People should know this is not a hotel but a co-living space. They won’t clean your room everyday or change the towels everyday. There’s no fridge in the room. But they have great and clean facilities - such as a pool and an open kitchen! All staffs were really nice besides one female staff at the reception.

Stayed for a week for retreat and requested for a quiet room and higher floor on 26th april. One of their front desk male staff (with glasses) accommodated my request and arrange for a great room for me, was thankful for his help.Been coming back to stay here whenever I need a short break. The availability of the kitchen to cook and dine in has always been a draw to my decision. Plus it may be away from the big malls but it has enough amenities and food outlets around. It is quiet on weekends but for weekdays you might want to avoid the rush hour as it is near to offices.Will definitely come back again if I need a break!

An excellent experience with this hotel that I had my ROM ceremony at. Mr. Daniel is very helpful and efficient with what we have requested last minute. The room is not so big but it is cozy, clean and comfortable for a couple. Walking distance from One North MRT. Overall, thank you Mr. Daniel for the help 😊

I don’t usually giving feedback but this worth a super like!We had a blast visiting for the Taytay concert! The hotel’s location near the One North MRT station was super convenient, being on the Circle Line and all. Overall, our stay at Lyf One North left us feeling extremely satisfied. Everything was just perfect – the place was squeaky clean, the sound insulation was on point, and don’t even get me started on how cozy the bed was! Plus, they even provided organic shampoo, which I absolutely loved. My family couldn’t stop raving about how it was the best hotel they’ve ever stayed at! The only tiny downside was that it wasn’t super spacious, but hey, we still managed just fine. Definitely planning to come back again!

Convenient that there is water, shared fridges, microwave, and iron available on each floor. Super clean. Bed was very very comfortable. The staff at reception ordered a taxi each morning for me and my friend. The shared kitchen area and outside sitting areas are wonderful. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shoos within walking distance. Metro station across the street. I would stay here again.

Given the huge gulf between good and bad reviews I thought I’d add my thoughts following a 2 night stay in Feb 2024.||I found the check in staff to be brisk (in a good way) and friendly. I really think you make your own luck with hotel people and generally ignore reviews that complain of rude staff. ||The room was certainly compact and quirky. I travelled solo; two people would have to do a kind of intricate dance to move around. Also my regular sized suitcase did not fit right under the bed, a quarter of it stuck out so I had to negotiate this when getting out of bed. ||And yes, the signs on the walls are very confusing but with a certain charm. Instead of a sign to the pool saying This Way To The Pool it said something like How Do You Know What’s Out Here If You Don’t Look? ||The pool…brilliant. Self service towels, plenty of room and looking out over leafy colonial buildings instead of the back of the skyscraper next door. Wonderful; calm and relaxing.||There is a shared kitchen which was widely used, and excellent coffee from a machine in reception. Tap with your card…who uses coins these days? ||Location was superb, right next to One North station and there was even a food court in the station.||No fridge in the room, but there was no room in the room for one so for S$2.5 I bought a big bag of ice from the supermarket in the station and cooled my beers in the sink. You work it out; $2.50 for a daily bag of ice or $100 per night for a swankier hotel with a room fridge.||This was by miles the most affordable Singapore hotel that I found that had a proper swimming pool, which was one of my must haves. I enjoyed my time here and would certainly come back.

I recently stayed at this Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making sure all of my needs were met during my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The hotel's location was also convenient, close to many attractions and restaurants.The hotel's facilities, including the pool and gym, were well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of fresh and delicious options.Overall, I highly recommend this Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The room is quite small but clean and quiet. All the facilities are well maintained and clean. There is a water dispenser on every floor. The wifi is good. The TV has chromecast which I like. Overall staying experience is excellent.
