"With bright lights, shiplapped walls, and wine-barrel tables and stools, this might not be the fanciest wine room you’ll ever tour. But yes, they grow grapes in Tennessee and where there are grapes, there is wine. The cellar is filled with dry and semi-sweet varietals, like the South’s favorite Muscadine. This is a good place to pick up some bottles of sweet wine for gifts—or to drink in your hotel later on." - Margaret Littman

Stumbled on this gem while waiting for our Jack Daniels tour. We decided to try a wine tasting 😋 Not expensive at all, we got to try 5 wines for about $7. Totally worth it, I wasn't on planning on buying any wine, but after the tasting I was sold. The Lynchburg black was EXCELLENT 👌🏼, the Celebration was very tasty as well, but much to my surprise- the Moscato was my favorite, with the Ruby Red Slippers following close behind. Honestly some of the best wine I've ever tasted!. If you are ever in the area I highly recommend stopping in and giving them a taste test for yourself. I promise you will want to leave with a bottle, maybe two 😎. The staff was very friendly and informative, always nice to get a lesson on your drink 🍷

**Returned for our anniversary and had another wine and whiskey tasting, This is absolutely top notch friendliness from both Melissa and our bartender (I forgot her name 🙁). We could not have had a friendlier person to help us! We did the wine tasting and it was such a hard decision. We came home with 3 bottles. She was so knowledgeable and was able to answer any question we asked. The place is so neat and clean. Can't wait to go back.

Good memories and good wines at the shop with my wife and I but came by on a Friday at 1:10 pm after a 2 hour drive to find the shop closed. No update on the website or Google maps that could be easily found just a sign on the door, very disappointing to travel such a long way for nothing

Visited this place while in the area for Jack Daniel's and didn't regret this stop! Wonderful selection of wine, was so good we bought a bottle to enjoy back at the hotel on our last night of vacation. Just a short walk from Jack Daniel's, located in a cute downtown area.

I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful business. I was greeted warmly and they answered my questions graciously. They make a wide variety of alcoholic beverages. Did a tasting and loved the Muscashine! Woo! They don't serve food but there are a couple of restaurants in walking distance. They will allow you to bring food and have your drinks there. Cool kinda loophole. They are located in a dry county. They can sell it because they make it on sight. Can you say juke joint? This place is a cut above a backyard barkeep type situation. Though if youre numbing your feelings with alcohol you may want to find another way to deal with your feelings. Play some music and kick back to relax. I hope they can bring the live music there back soon. They might be able to get Mike from Tennessee outfitters to grab the Bass again! Wouldn't that be awesome? #SupportSmall #SupportADream #VoteWithYourDollar #AttitudeOnGratitude #MomInShaman #ChooseLove #Christed #OddParent #Homeschool #RoamSchool #Learning each day Don't forget to play!

I never thought that I would enjoy wine tastings. I am very new to drinking wine but I absolutely enjoy visiting wineries. We really enjoy Lynchburg Winery and it is conveniently located close to our home. We have become members of the wine club, and receive three bottles of wine each month. This winery is located on the square of Lynchburg Tennessee. The square and winery has a great atmosphere. The wine is awesome. We enjoy the sweet wines. We recommend Serendipity, Ruby Red Slippers, 12 and the Moscato.

Yelp
I don't even believe it's going to take a girl from NYC to be the first to review the Lynchburg Winery, but here goes! Lynchburg, Tennessee is home to the Jack Daniel's distillery. But up the road, just past the distillery is where you can find the town's center with antique shops, gift shops, an ice cream parlor, a pizza place and few other places to past the time away while visiting. The friend I came down to visit has been meaning to check out their winery, so we made it a point to put it on the itinerary and it did not disappoint. When walking in, you enter in a room with a register to the right and some novelty items for purchase. Just past this is the actual tasting room. The room is rustic and spacious with a nice size bar in the center. They had two people manning the bar. According to the website, they had two tastings, a regular and a premium. But when we got to the bar, there was only the regular tasting available. Pencils are placed at the bar for you to check off what wines you'd like to sample. They are listed in order from dry to sweet. The wines were tasty with the Moscato being my fav and the Pinot being my friend's. We bought a bottle of each. Each bottle cost $17.95 which isn't bad in the slightest. Things to note: 1) There is no food for purchase but if you need a soda, you can purchase one from the fridge in the tasting room. 2) if you are hungry, don't fret! Like mentioned earlier, there are food options within the town. 3) The Lynchburg Distillery is attached, with moonshine that can be bought as well. I may have bought a sampler without a tasting because YOLO. 4) Like your tasting glass, they are available for purchase at $2.50. Fun day in Lynchburg, TN and a must if you're ever in the area.

Yelp
Lynchburg may be a dry county but its very wet. After a jack Daniel's tour you end up in town and find yet another distillery and as long as you make it you can pay to taste it. Wine tasting and liqour tastings all under one roof. Enjoyed the experience.

Yelp
The Bloody Mary is my favorite. Bartender puts pickle juice in it if you ask. Oh so good! P

Yelp
This place looks small from the outside but is large when you walk in- they have the distillery to the right and the winery in the back. Great wine!

Yelp
This place is pretty nice. The young lady behind the counter is very quiet. She had to find the answer to most of our questions. But other than that. This is a good place to go try wines. The wines are good, and prices are reasonable. If you are in the area, stop by.
