I can't say enough good things about the management team at Lynn Creek. Sean and Jackson are my homies. I moved in to this complex when I was super young and they made me feel extremely welcome. They’re incredibly responsive and genuinely care about the residents. Whether it’s a maintenance issue, a package delivery concern, or just a question about the building, Sean and Jackson handle everything quickly and with care. They communicate clearly, follow through on what they say, and are always approachable. I highly recommend living here :)

Since moving in I have been very happy with my decision to reside at Lynn Creek apartments. The building is well maintained, clean and the staff, Sean and Jackson are going above and beyond to be approachable, to listen and to act quickly if any issues ever arise. Our packages are always kept safe and it’s lovely to feel a sense of community I feel they have created! I always recommend the building to friends looking for a spacious modern apartment in a clean well managed building to call home!

My partner and I visited apartments at Lynn Creek yesterday, and were guided by Sean who is the resident manager there. We sure loved the place and will send an application in their smart building. But this 5-star review is really about Sean. From the quality and timeliness of his follow-up from our viewing, to the genuine, funny, and knowledgeable conversation he naturally makes, and the care we could feel from him the whole time, we just really wanted to make it known that we only have great things to say about him, and the people living there must be well cared after (and have a blast). From our perspective as sales professionals, and from our experience as prospective viewers, we found Sean simply amazing and wish everyone in real estate (and sales) could be like him. My partner had a rough day, and he just made it so much better. Thank you for that, Sean! Whatever happens with our application, we won't fail to remember you and Lynn Creek Apartments.

It honestly feels like renting from friends. They're responsive, genuinely caring, and always go the extra mile to ensure everything is smooth. Any issue, big or small, is handled quickly and with real consideration. This personal touch creates a comfortable and supportive living environment. If you're seeking a rental where you'll feel truly valued and cared for, this is the place. The management team is outstanding!

We've been living in this building since 2017. Before we moved here, we had to move twice within 16 months as the owners of the our previous homes sold their properties. We decided to move into a rental building so that we wouldn't need to deal with frequent moving hassles due to landlords' financial decisions. When we moved in, we felt like Sean and Leah were more than the building managers. They were like friends to us. We have never seen a management team like them. During our residency here, Sean hired more people for the building management team: Maria, Afees, Jackson... and they were (are) all amazing people. The only downside is the parking problem if you have more than one car. Otherwise, we do not have any other problem living here. The bus stops are just next to our building, which is very convenient if you want to go to Downtown or just want to avoid driving. If you do not have a car, it is one of the best locations in Metro Vancouver. If something goes wrong, Sean is always extremely fast on fixing the problem. There are many people who have lived here for a long time. That shows how happy the tenants are with their homes and management. We are not planning to move out as long as we rent.

5/5 Stars Exceptional service from Lynn Creek Apartment! They truly go above and beyond. In a stressful situation where my son's crucial medication was left in the office, Sean and Jackson , our building manager and his assistant went out of their way to deliver it to our flat and even ensured it was stored properly in the fridge. Their kindness, efficiency, and dedication to urgent services are truly commendable. We're grateful for their support and highly recommend Realstar for their exceptional service and care.

I moved out from this cozy house week ago, already miss all. Manage Sean and Maria.. they are friendly, cheerful, kindness...(no word to describe about this guys). I'm very grateful for the kindness you have shown me! Floor-heat system👍 I didn’t feel the cold, which is warm and mildest during winter. Bus stop is just 10strides also A&W, Canadian Tire, Tim hortons Mc Donalds.... in 5min by adult-step, Save on food, TD, Starbucks... in 10min aswell. I wanna stay long, but I transfer the job location, thats why have to move.. so sad Anyway I thank to Sean and Maria, you guys are the BEST of BEST 👍👍
