Nice restaurant in general. Food is good. Portions are ok. Staff is helpful and atmosphere is quiet. Still the place is a bit pricey: Drinks around RM6-10 and dishes around RM20. We had a good chat with the owner. It’s more an Indian restaurant that a restaurant for Indian people. (We missed banana leaf rice, thosai, murtabak, but that’s not fault of the restaurant)

I went there aft reading good reviews of this restaurant! When we went there, we saw the restaurant was empty, since its almost going to be 5 we asked the cashier if its still open or going to be close. He told us its open so we went in. The first impression was gone when he jz came and throw the menu card on the table and left. 2ndly, we ordered this tandoori chicken briyani which was abit costly, when it came the rice was cold, the chicken was hidden with the little bit of rice on the top of it, we can be sure that it was microwaved! Either raita nor boiled egg was included with the briyani! It was Tasteless! We felt its not worth for that price!! 3rdly, the mango lassi that we ordered its jz 90% of it is jz yogurt, they put a big portion of ice in the glass where a small sip of the juice finish the entire thing! It wasnt thick!! They added water! The cashier was rushing us to pay since he had prepared the bill! Overall, we wasnt feel happy for the amount we paid as the food wasnt up to the standard! Im sure the other indian restaurants in kuching serves 100% better then this shop and its cheaper and u will feel welcomed!!

Impeccable service. Our family has been coming here for years and not once have we been let down by the service. The quality of the food is always good! You can definitely tell the difference. I would say it’s the best Indian restaurant in Malaysia! I’ve tried a couple of overhyped & waaaay overpriced Indian restaurants in KL and none rival this, the quality of the dishes in Lyn’s speak for themselves. Just wish this place has more publicity! It’s a shame that the restaurant is always half empty whenever we dine in there. This is the go-to place for good honest quality Indian food. Definitely deserve way more fame!

I just got to Borneo yesterday. This was my first meal. OMG. I can't even say how great the food is. It's a small cozy little place. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Service was great and prices are very reasonable. If you're in the area you should give them a visit. You won't regret it 👍👍

Ordered lamb briyani... Worth RM30.. Got a what I believe to be a dried up mutton piece with only tendons left..hidden in ghee rice.. And a bit of sweetened curry.. The place looks sadly run down ie all the light fittings, furniture and toilet dusty n damp smelling. To the Lyn Tandoori team, maybe u were good a long time ago.. But definitely not now.. Time to open your eyes and carry out spring cleaning. You strongly replied to many customers complaint and etc but have yet to do to almost most of the complaint.. I got the feeling I got robbed I terms of price and place. And definitely work on your menu.. I don't know how one can cook freshly with that many items on the menu like you proclaimed many comments ago. It doesn't make sense you have all that done daily.. Not cost effective thus I think mostly are reheated. Please2 improve.. Wasted my time coming here.

The food was good but not that great. But I can understand that you can't always compare the taste with the Indian food from India. The range of menu is quite wide. Probably, they can improve on the taste. Pricewise, I won't rate very expensive as others have commented. Atleast there's an Indian restaurant in Kuching for hardcore Indian food lovers. And there aren't any much choices for travellers staying around. Overall rating, Good 👍
