WOW the idea of starting the first Piedmontese "slow fast-food" chain in the world really is genius.
Piedmont's specialties prepared with the best local products (baked cheese with truffles, baked cheese with pears, hamburgers made with local meats, anchovies in red pesto, cottage cheese in green pesto, and so on) can be ordered in a quick and easy way, directly at the counter like at MacDonalds.
The place was originally called MacBun (which in the local dialect means "not bat at all") but they were forced by the big M to change their name to M**Bun. :-)))
