A very nice and upscale place to visit, feel of the modern Marrakech with upscale eateries and the shopping brands. Ample underground parking and all kinds of cuisines available to experience. Fine dine as well Tapas bars. Had a wonderful evening there.

Whether you come for shopping, dining, or simply to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, M Avenue has something to offer. It’s definitely one of the must-visit spots in Marrakech.

This street is all about luxury and, in my opinion, it doesn’t really feel like Marrakech. It is clearly designed for high-end shopping and dining rather than for authentic local experiences. Walking through it, you get the impression of a place more similar to Puerto Banús or Marbella’s Golden Mile than to the traditional Moroccan vibe. The boutiques, restaurants, and cafés are stylish and modern, but also very ostentatious, with prices that reflect the exclusivity of the area. If what you’re looking for is genuine luxury and a polished atmosphere, then this is definitely the right spot for you.

It is really an upbeat and contemporary open air mall. Not too many shopa and reataurants but still it ia a good place.
