hmm how do i say it... 1) you can actually sleep very soundly here, it's pitch black with the curtains down & there's light switch on your side. 2) shower is so-so. if you go to 2nd shower, the water would turn on and off randomly, and i got burnt twice because after it was randomly turned off the water turned on again got super hot. 😭 my thigh is still super painful till i write this. 3) hairdryer is provided which is cool & useful 4) pool is clean you can swim (but no one did on my 7 days stay here) 5) locker super tiny. this is my first hostel stay and it makes me not want to stay in hostel again because it's such a fuss whenever you want to get ready 🤷🏻‍♀️ you take in and out your luggage in the tiny locker provided while making sure not to make too much noise. i don't even do make up etc & i can't imagine when girls who loves to do make up while getting ready here must be a nightmare 6) bed sheet can be changed every 3 days. but this is also tricky, i often sleep in dusty sheet because it's very hard to clean the sheets on your own due to very tiny space 7) lower bed is so much better than the upper bed 8) WIFIIIIIIII OHHHH SCREW ME. if you're working remotely like i do, please spare more money to go to cafe because my own WiFi did not even get any signal here & the hostel WiFi works like trash. even if i go downstairs it's still won't work. this is vvvvverrrry frustrating, i cannot stay in a place with bad WiFi. 9) strategical place i might say, you can just walk to famous cafes, clubs, pubs, minimart, restaurants, anything. the cons from this is: expect loud motorcycle and stupid loud cars even at 2 AM, especially when it's friday/saturday night. i can only find peace and calm at 3 AM - 6 AM where i hear no noise of vehicles 10) staffs are very kind and helpful though!

Pro: Cheap nights sleep, well located, two pillows, has a pool. Super cheap cost of 78,500 IDR when booked via Agoda that appears on Google Search hotel view. Con: Wi-Fi pretty much nonfunctional, light inside my capsule bed was flickering constantly, the bar for hanging clothes/goods inside the capsule is bent out of shape and won’t hold things flat, the small laptop table on the side of the capsule is forgotten about because it’s broken and taped off for guest use, cigarette smoke enters inside from unruly guests that stay here. Loud chatting right outside the dorms that can be heard at 4:30am still on a Tuesday. Since the blocks aren’t partitioned, you’re subject to the rummaging and entering and exit of 40+ different people. Restroom cleanliness can be improved. Compared to some capsules in Bali, this one definitely isn’t the comfortable one. It’s true that this seems to attract a disrespectful crowd. Won’t recommend and would stay at a different capsule if you’re still keen on this lodging class.

Nice Place ! Clean Room n Chamber.got a swimingpool is a plus point. Comfortable for rest n take a relax time at Bali. For a long stay and single backpacker very suggested ! Approved 👍🏻

The shower has amazing hot water (the temperature of onsen! love that), but the bed is quite dirty with some sand and dust and hair on it. The dorm is quite big so that means there will be people coming and going all night long and some of them are quite noisy.

This place is honestly ridiculous, the biggest waste of money, these other reviews have to be fake. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Everything about the stay is awful. The bathrooms are disgusting and all the guests are loud and noisy throughout the night. You are actually unable to sleep, even at 1:30 am there’s multiple guests sorting and rummaging luggage, TikToks on the phone and everyone chatting like it’s the middle of the day in multiple languages & even speaking on the phone with loud speaker. It’s crazy how disrespectful everyone is here. People constantly coming in and out of the room you at all hours. The bathrooms are so close to the dorms too so you hear showers and toilets all night. The loud hand drying too and again people talking in the bathroom at midnight. The staff don’t do anything about the noise at all. It’s honestly so bad that I should’ve been refunded. The bathrooms are disgusting. All the showers are covered in mould, lime scale and rust. It’s so unsanitary and can’t believe no one else has mentioned this. Most of the locks don’t work too. I couldn’t even use the shower in worry that I’ll pick up some disease. The wifi was slow and barely worked through all that too. I couldn’t recommend this place at all. Even as a hostel it has no vibe to meet other travelers, this place seems to attract a weird disrespectful crowd. Please save your money and stay literally anywhere else.

Good,|Satisfied stay, very cool air conditioner, clean room, clean tolwer , capsule room with locker, good friendly lady service staff, 24hr free Balinese local coffee,tea , water, small kitchen microwave, fridge can be used.||Bad, | -hostel staff they try to Rent you the last white scooter without the Rear all Light is not working ,( Not Safety for tourists like us ) I did asked the staff for fixed it before I rent it, but the man who in charge for scooter in hostel who incharge motor ,try to ingore to you. & Given you too many excuses...like said shop closed, raining, can't fixed today, also a bad attitude with not really care.|-the hygiene can be more improvement in shower & toilet & pool side area |For far 3* rating |Thank again

I booked M Boutique Hostel only for one night on my arrival. The location was great. Lots of establishments around like spa, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, convenience stores, etc. It was easy to spot. There's a pool but was on maintenance when I stayed there. The male shower room was under maintenance as well in the mixed dorm. I liked the most that they gave RFIDs (card and bracelet) for the doors and lockers. Thought the socket in my bed wasnt really working, had to be in a certain angle for it to work. Overall, it was a great stay!

Pros - low price - location - very small space of parking but rather safe to park even at night - swimming pool with this price - not far from the beaches and night life area Cons - noisy long stayers at night - attracts southern Asian and Middle East people who talk on the phone even after the midnight inside the room - drunk people at night - almost no Bali cultural feeling nearby
