M hotel Ljubljana

We arrived very late, but the receptionist offered us parking behind the hotel, and I didn't have to remove my bike from the roof—exceptional service! The hallways, rooms, and lobby looked completely new and/or renovated. The room was standard size but sufficient for three of us and a dog. Breakfast was diverse and good, providing a great start to our day. Overall, the service and facilities exceeded our expectations. I couldn't find any bad remarks for the hotel or staff. Everything was well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The experience was seamless from check-in to check-out, making our stay very pleasant.

This was my third and not last time when i stayed in M Hotel Ljubljana! The hotel is very easy to reach by car. Afterwords I take a cab but if the weather is good you can take a walk or rent a bicycle to reach the center! The reception and the other workers are very professional and helpful. Hotel always had the possibility to have dinner and even lunch when I was there. This was a blessing for me while i was in town for business. They have a good variety of healthy food. Rooms are practical, clean and they have very comfortable beds. I am sure i will come back again!

Enjoyed my 5 nights at M hotel Ljubljana. All in all a good experience, some distance to downtown but there's both a bus station and cycle renting just outside the hotel. Plus a really nice park for walking/running in front of the hotel.

Nice place. They have charging station. Good personnel. Good breakfast. Aditional bed not very comfortable for an adult. A little pricey. Sound proof needs improvement.

Very poor service at the reception! Not recomended! Our story: while travelling with a car from Roma to Poland we stopped here to get some rest before the further trip. We arrived at 5.30 am. The lasy at the reception told us we can use a room till 13.00 for €100. I asked if we could use it till 18.00. Yes,for €150. Fine. So 12 hours stay. During the day I have noticed that in our room there is nothing to prepare tea. I asked at the reception for tea cups, cups etc. The lady at the reception told me it is not included in the price! For €150 not included! Other rooms at our floor had everything available ( I saw it as the cleaning ladies openned the doors). No comment anymore.

We had a very pleasant stay in M Hotel this November. This was my third time here during the past 3 years. Always spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, great breakfast. I love that they do not have carpets in the rooms so i can so my daily yoga with my mat! Good service at the restaurant and at the reception.

Have been to many hotels so far across continents. I am yet to understand the "stars" scoring system in Europe. This hotel is a 4 star, but in my opinion not more than a good 3 star. Pros: - Good breakfast spread - Public parking available nearby - 25-30 mins walk to center Cons: - Limited free parking - No toiletries in the room except shampoo and body wash - Front desk seemed overburdened with the number of guests
