M hotel Ljubljana

A good hotel, also well-suited for groups. The rooms are clean and tidied daily, with effective air conditioning which made the stay comfortable. The bed was a bit small and the pillow was very uncomfortable, which was a downside. As for meals, the breakfast was good even during busy times. Could be more bread options. The hotel restaurant also offers tasty lunch and dinner options. All in all, a solid hotel for a comfortable stay.

One of the biggest advantages of M Hotel for us was its immediate proximity to Kino Šiška concert hall, located right next to the hotel. It was the perfect choice for anyone coming from afar, like us, to attend a concert. The hotel itself is quite large, with a high number of rooms. Our room was clean and had a comfortable bed, though the pillows weren’t particularly special. A nice bonus was the complimentary breakfast, which offered a good selection of food to start the day. Another big plus is the free designated street parking, making it convenient for those arriving by car. Overall, a great option, especially for concertgoers looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

I seriously wonder how these kinds of hotels get a 4-star rating. In Asia, similar hotels would be rated 2 or 3 stars at best. When we arrived, I was surprised to find not even a portico! You basically park right next to the entrance, on the road! The folks at the reception appeared disinterested and not very guest-friendly, which was surprising, as I found most Slovenians friendly. I guess the hotel atmosphere even got to the staff!||There is no lobby area to speak of - just a few chairs. Only 2 lifts for guests. And the rooms were small! I mean, I've stayed in plenty of European hotels, and in general, they are much smaller than Asian/American hotels. But M hotel rooms were even smaller than most! And, no amenities whatsoever. No tea/coffee kettle (which should be the default for most 4-star hotels). No bathrobe, slippers. Just a soap dispenser in the shower area that did not work. And tiny bars of soap. The bathroom was very small, the shower area even more so! Wifi worked fine ... thank goodness!||Breakfast area is located on the back side. And the spread was nothing great. Crowded, tables too close to each other, and unsmiling staff - wonder how these guys got into the service industry?!||Was glad to get out of the hotel after 1 night!

The room are good, smelless, but the organisation at the check in is not good. I found better organisation in hostels, I mean, this is not the kind of organisation you expect from a structure like this. I have been there twice, and all the times there was a probably new enrolled officer that was lowly welcoming with me, and uncertain about giving indications. Someone more experienced is needed.

The hotel was average. The reception is confused about the payment. The triple room was relatively small, the third person slept on an uncomfortable bed. They had a small shower. But they were all clean. hotel restaurant only buffet style.

I wouldnt call this hotel 4 star but rather 3+. We were happy with the value we received from this hotel. Staff was helpful, calling us a taxi when we needed to go to the centre and we were lucky with the parking space. M hotel has a limited space for free parking and its first come first serve. If you travel on the busy day, tou might have to use public one and has to pay for it. Taxi from the hotel to thw centre is abt 6-7€ one way or you can take the bus which is abt 1.3€ one way and can pay on the bus with your card easily. The room was clean and modern, bed is comfy as we have slim figure but if you are a bit big, the single bed might be too small for you. The obvious downside is the bathroom, so small, especially shower area, super tiny and im a little asian girl and found it difficult to move my arms. Breakfast was good. The outer of thw hotel look like a 2-star running hotel. And the noise is real. Couldnt sleep well for 2ns

Very nice modern rooms, great comfortable beds! Good pillows and warm covers.|The curtains don’t let any light through (they should have been a little bit wider, it would have been 5/5 if that was the case)||Nice shower.|Enough towels.|Clean.|Very friendly staff.||No products in the room but you see that more often, I had everything with me so bonuses if they provide it if you ask for it.||Price is really good per night since it includes a nice breakfast too!||Lunch and dinner are of good quality, fresh and lots of (healthy) choices.||I will for sure go back next year 🥰

We arrived very late, but the receptionist offered us parking behind the hotel, and I didn't have to remove my bike from the roof—exceptional service! The hallways, rooms, and lobby looked completely new and/or renovated. The room was standard size but sufficient for three of us and a dog. Breakfast was diverse and good, providing a great start to our day. Overall, the service and facilities exceeded our expectations. I couldn't find any bad remarks for the hotel or staff. Everything was well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The experience was seamless from check-in to check-out, making our stay very pleasant.
