M Hotel Saigon

The hotel has a minimalist black-and-white decor. Our room was a decent size, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. One unusual design choice is that the wash basin is located next to the bed, outside the toilet. Also, when you shower, the toilet area can get quite wet. This didn’t bother me too much, but the sliding bathroom door was a bit of an issue—it doesn’t offer much in terms of noise privacy.||I know the hotel has other room options with more enclosed bathrooms, so I’d recommend checking the room layout before booking if that’s a concern for you. Their bedroom slippers are reusable. I would always use my own slippers when using the toilet and when in shower. ||That said, I can easily overlook this because of the fantastic location! The hotel is right next to Takashimaya Shopping Mall and just a short walk to Saigon Square and Ben Thanh Market. You're surrounded by shops and restaurants, which makes it super convenient.||The breakfast spread was impressive in both variety and quality. The hot dishes changed over the two days we stayed, and there were stations for eggs, noodles, and even a waffle machine—great touches that made breakfast enjoyable.||Special thanks to Sonic and Chloe for their professionalism and helpful service throughout our stay. Also, a big shout-out to the bellboys who never failed to run and open the big, heavy front door for us every single time—much appreciated!

A very central located hotel, this is different from the hotel with the swimming pool. It's has very big rooms, bed was comfortable the bath tub was very big, same with the shower. Staff are very helpful, the breakfast is amazing but as we had to pay a bit expensive. The staff were helpful when we wanted a tour and one tour they said card payment accepted but it was only cash, good thing we had cash on hand. They sorted out cleaning any dirty clothes. I really enjoyed my stay. Just wish it had a big swimming pool.

One of the best hotel chains in Vietnam. M Hotel Saigon is very close to Saigon Centre and Saigon Square. Our shopping experience was made easy as we could go back and forth in our room. The rooms were neat and tidy and the bed was the most comfortable. The breakfast was the best I had with select menu and the staff’s hospitality made it even better. Special mention to May and Louis for the welcome stay. Would definitely visit again next year or after that.

I really appreciate the support from the staff, especially May from the front office. Everyone was so kind and always ready to help with anything we needed during our stay. I also love that the shopping area is less than 100 meters away. Such a great experience — I’d be happy to stay here again.

We had a quick but wonderful stay during a 20 hour layover on our outward journey. The hotel is very clean, with a super friendly staff including Louis at the front desk. The free breakfast was absolutely amazing, with dishes catering to all palates. Very convenient location to walk to all the sights of Ho Chi Minh.

The hotel is in a great location and very clean, no bugs at all. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. There were just a couple of things I didn’t love. The outlet for the blow dryer was positioned too far from the mirror, so I couldn’t use it while seeing myself. If I tried to pull it closer, the cord would disconnect from the outlet. Also, there’s no divider between the shower and the toilet, which meant the toilet area would get wet after someone showered. That’s just a personal preference, it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, I had a good experience and wouldn’t say anything negative about the hotel itself.

Great location, stylish interiors – but noisy at nightIt’s just beside Saigon Centre Mall and within walking distance to the Café Apartment and many key attractions in District 1.There’s a Highlands Coffee and Circle K just around the corner — perfect for a quick drink or any necessities. The room interiors were beautiful and well-maintained, with thoughtful details like a high-quality iron and hair dryer that made getting ready a breeze.However, the one major downside is its location directly opposite several clubs. The noise at night was quite disruptive, especially the loud music and street chatter from club-goers, which made it hard to fall asleep even with the earplugs provided by the hotel. Unfortunately, they didn’t block out the sound completely.Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re a heavy sleeper — otherwise, request a room on a higher floor if available.
