Never have I had a more frustrating situation with this hotel. Our flights were changed against our will so we needed to change our dates of stay. They refused to make any modification to our booking, even months before our stay. Additionally, they lied to us saying they would be able to do it if we sent in our flight info, which we did. They wait 10 days to then tell us they had more more space left. Essentially they have no motivation or willingness to help their customers. You may get lucky and have a normal stay without problems but the second you need something from them you are on your own. I highly recommend if you are booking in advance and will be traveling to Palma, do not book this hotel. Horrible customer service. Terrible decision making from the managers.
