Ma Bourgogne is a classic Parisian brasserie located right on Place des Vosges, with a very pleasant atmosphere and an unmistakably traditional setting. Sitting here feels authentic and lively, especially thanks to the location and the typical brasserie décor.
The food is good and well executed, with a menu focused on traditional French dishes. I tried the onion soup, which was comforting and correctly prepared, and the boeuf bourguignon, served in a cast-iron pot, rich and flavorful, although not particularly memorable compared to other places in Paris offering the same dish.
Overall, everything was enjoyable, but nothing truly stood out. It’s a solid choice if you are in the area and want a reliable brasserie experience, however there are better options in Paris if food is your main priority.
Good atmosphere, decent food, but not a must-visit.
