mansadevi Temple is a peaceful and beautiful place in Haridwar. The view from the top is really nice and you can go by ropeway or by walking. Water and sitting facilities are available at almost every turn which helps a lot while climbing. No photography is allowed inside the temple and there are no entry charges. A proper shoe stand is also available. The temple feels very spiritual and calm.

Beautifully located on the top of the mountain with Har Ki Pouri beneath it. The road ,if you go walking, is all winding and will take a long time to reach the top. There is cable car service which is pretty crowded but well organised and takes you up in minutes. The view on the way up or down is awesome, with Ganga stretching out for a very very long distance, the Har Ki Pouri, the bridges, etc you can see and the majestic mountains surrounding the area. The temple was quite crowded and people were unruly pushing and pulling, no crowd control as such. Even the darshan was difficult as people were pushing from the back. Apart from the crowd control rest is good. Jai maa Mansa Devi. 🙏

Maa Mansa Devi Temple is such a beautiful temple located on a hillock overlooking River Ganges, in Haridwar. You can Take the cable car or you can walk and enjoy the scenic views enroute. Starting point for the cable car is located at 20 minutes driving time from Harki Pauri. You may also walk up till the base in the same time. The Base is too crowded with long queue for cable car tickets, shops and eateries. Take the cable car and enjoy the scenic views. Have a divine Darshan of Maa Devi and other devtas. Enjoy the experience of shopping enroute. No photography is permitted within the temple. You can take tickets for both Maa Manasa Devi and Maa Chandi Devi tickets . The cost will be 439 per person children below 110 cm are free

It's totally good to see and spritual and peace place . When you finally get up then you will free from fraud people who are selling something 10 rupees things on 30 . Government is totally irresponsible in this case .they should measure what they selling and what actually they're making fraud. Mansa devi is most amazing place in haridwar and it's an heart of haridwar. Because there is nothing in haridwar, only this temple take everyone to spritual vibes. Government should have to ban the alcohol in this holly district. clean india no clean corruption

The temple is located on top of a hill accessed by a ropeway. There is some 15 minutes wait for the ropeway on crowded days. The charges are ₹190 per person and you can book ropeway for Chandi Devi temple too at a discounted package rate here. There is a sloping walkway also available. The views from the ropeway is breathtaking, but the approach to it is through narrow lanes in between houses and dilapidated structures. The Q system was good till the final steps to the temple. Then it became crowded and unruly, maybe due to Diwali week. You can buy some Prasad along the Queue which will be offered to the Goddess and given back. There is a place to keep footwear after the ropeway ride.

The Mansa Devi Temple in Haridwar is a famous Hindu temple dedicated to Goddess Mansa Devi, located on top of Bilwa Parvat in the Shivalik Hills. The temple is a significant pilgrimage site, considered one of the five panch-tirthas of Haridwar, and is reached either by a 2 km trek or a 5-7 minute ropeway ride. The Manasa Devi Temple in Haridwar is open from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with a break from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

Visited both Mansa Devi and was deeply moved by the spiritual energy. The temple is located on hilltops, offering breathtaking views of Haridwar and the Ganga River. The ropeway (Udan Khatola) is well-managed and saves a lot of time and energy. Mansa Devi is usually more crowded, but very well organized. Loved the tradition of tying threads for wishes. Highly recommend buying the combo ropeway ticket to visit the temple. A must-visit for anyone traveling to Haridwar!

Ropeway feels a bit risky but it's a once in a lifetime experience. Temple is well maintained and the view also is quite good from top as you can see whole of haridwar
