I walked by this beautiful building across Grande Lisbao many times in the past, always wanted to book, but it’s members first, finally got a table during CNY! Most members were having lunch buffet, I of course want to try their à la cart!
A bottle of good Portuguese green white to kick off this long expected meal. Signature dishes Bacalhau potatocakes, clams in white wine, Leitao da Bairrada roast suckling pig & my favourite baked duck rice a must order on my list!
Bacalhau cake right balance of meat & potato 😋 Clams good, but second to Albergue 1601, Suckling pig is Best I tasted in Macau, crispy skin tender meat roasted to perfection, melt in your mouth👍👍
Duck rice is home made style feels like visiting a good cook’s kitchen!
After all it’s a good lunch in the center of a club house, a must try in Macau other then Albergue 1601 & the Vic’s. All 3 chefs handle the same dish with their own style, all admirable and enjoyable, Macau, my favourite place to visit for a short vacation🥂🥂
