The hotel itself is okay it's basic but it's good for the price. The lady in reception is super nice and very welcoming. The old guy with the glasses in reception is super rude unprofessional always disappointed always sad always not welcoming. Always answering questions and Italian and when I asking in English. Dude, you're working in the Hotel Reception where tourist are coming! Speak in English when people try to speak with you in English. And yes, I know we are in Italy but you're working in the hotel! Also, he charged me for additional day the when I wanted to check out around 1 pm. This was super rude. I hope he is not the owner of Hotel otherwise he shouldn't be there working. He's damaging the control brand and the whole image. If he's the owner then whatever.

Very clean and location is perfect. Very central to everthing. Five mins walk to the beach. Close to the port. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff are all ok. Would recommend this Hotel. In my opinion it's worth a 3 star Hotel not a 1 star Hotel.

I chose this hotel for its great location in the center of Trapani and value for money. Both were fulfilled. I reserved a room with breakfast however when I came for check in I was told that they don't offer breakfast at this time of the year (December) which I have not been notified about when I made the reservation. Not professional at all and very disappointing since I wanted a hotel with a breakfast. The room was renovated and the bed comfortable but very noisy until late at night because there is couple of bars with loud music nearby. I was allowed to keep my luggage after check out.

Location: Couldn't have been any better! It's a walk away from the port and also the central roads of Trapani. ||Room: Our room was recently refurbished I think as the area seemed different than the other corridors. Was a bit smelly sometimes you have to close the bathroom and the taps. A/C and TV worked perfectly. Small and cozy. It was quite also even though we had a balcony facing the main road. The walls need a bit of paint as there are marks on it.||Service: Excellent. Very helpfull staff. Room cleaned everyday. ||Price: Worth it.||

This is the place to stay if you need to get to the airport or take the aliscafo to the islands. It’s no more than a 5-minute walk from the aliscafo terminal, the ticket office, the bus stop, and many taxi companies. It’s also a 5-minute walk from some of the best local restaurants and some of the important tourist sites of Trapani. You can’t do better in terms of location.||||The hotel is basically your old-fashioned small Italian hotel but updated with modern bathrooms and efficient air conditioning. The management and staff are very welcoming and helpful; the little black-and-white mascot dog Willie is also welcoming although he is too old and tired to be very helpful.||||A basic but good breakfast is served, with excellent cappuccino. A sense of helpfulness seems to spill over from the staff to the guests; we were surprised to see that many of the breakfasters picked their dirty dishes up and took them to the serving counter.

We stayed in trapani for three days. The hotel location was superb, right in the center on a quite street. ||The hotelroom was a little bit small, we you take a shower you need to be creativ with the available space. Never the less, the hotel and there rooms where clean, the bed was good and very big. Together with the helpful staff and a pleassent breakfast we can recommend this hotel.

You can't beat this location in the historic center. I have no complaints and this old hotel is fine and affordable. Wifi in the rooms, comfortable small rooms. Front desk is not helpful, no one to help with our bags, loud guests in the hallways. I think the hotel is perfectly fine for the price.

We were disappointed with this hotel. The room was clean but entirely lacking in character. No friendly information, staff at reception weren't great. Maybe we were unlucky to stay on a Saturday night, but the noise of revellers in the street was very loud till 3am. We were on 2nd floor. Outside a few main streets Trapani was pretty dirty and in lovely. We didn't think this hotel was good value given its midrange price, around 50 euros.
