Macelleria Norcineria Sergio Falaschi

We had lunch here during the truffle festival and it was wonderful. Not your typical setup, very casual, super friendly owner. Pretty much everything you eat and drink there comes from their own production all made within less than 10 km.

It's a family run establishment for 100 years. They know what they are doing. We had some wine, some cold cuts and 2 side dishes. Everything tasted fresh. Highly recommend to pay them a visit!

Macelleria Sergio Falaschi is a wonderful butcher shop in San Minato. They are long time Slow Food supporters. They have great meat and homemade sausage for sale, and a restaurant in the back of the store serving delicious food. It's very traditional in the sense that they offer only a few dishes that change with the season and day. There is a view over the hills from the covered terrace (if you want to sit on the terrace be sure to call in advance). Your lunch will be a real experience, do what we did, try everything! You won't be disappointed.

The best lunch experience of our trip! This butcher shop is home to an exemplary local butcher that does things right. I have never had such wonderful cured meats and cheeses. The dining area is rather small so you may have to wait a little bit but the town has much to offer in sites and small shops. Do not miss out if you can't dine in buy some meat and cheese to take with you..

Unique dining experience not to be missed. Lamb, chicken, beans done two ways, very special pork crostini, perfect wine suggested for the meal, relaxed vibe, bought salami to take away too. The butcher/waiter is an absolute gem. Grazie mille for a memorable evening and meal. Peace, love and sausage.

Came here for a great lunch on our first day in San Miniato. High quality meats with a beautiful view out the back, over the rolling Tuscan hills. We also came back to buy meat for dinner. Very kind and helpful staff and delicious products. Would recommend.
