Mack Weldon - Hudson Yards

Bought a bunch of underwear, two pants and a few shirts. The quality is terrible. The underwear are too thick and make me feel like grandpa. The snap on the pants broke and they refused to exchange for a different article of clothing. I had to exchange for the same poor quality item I was replacing. I just threw away all the clothing I purchased from them.

The best quality value especially for the difficult to please buyer. The choice of styles and fabrics across all of the product lines meets the most discerning personal preferences. Innovative in offering new and unique clothing items. For example, "The Radius Flex Jogger" with zipper pockets, zip fly, elastic waist with snap button closure; and, the best part—belt loops instead of the awkward draw string tie-up. Really, nothing like it in the marketplace. Joggers for any type of sporting activity and classy enough to wear to work or out on the town. Mack Weldon is an old name brand that past away in time but was restored by savvy marketers, creative designers with an eye for what men didn't know that they really needed.

Chinese made stretchware that's basically a Lulu lemon knock off. Worst tv commercial too. Is a perfect example of redundant a dude biz not offering a new style or anything different.

I just had the most amazing experience that you rarely find in retail. While shopping for a few shirts, I came across the pajamas which I told the clerk one color happened to be scratchy and uncomfortable. He said if it was within a year bring them back in. It was 356 days ago but the offensive pair were back in the middle east. He said he would make the exchange anyway and I can donate them or throw them out. WOW! That truly is great customer service and an awesome way to build customer loyalty. I have a wide range of Mack Weldon clothing for travel and hanging out. It's experiences like this that go beyond the style and comfort that keeps me coming back.

I gave up on this company. After purchasing multiple products from them, I must say their quality is horrible. The products are very comfortable and look good, but only when they are brand new. The fabric on their underwear starts to pill so badly just within days of wearing that I think they need to include a free fabric shaver with it. And sweatpants color fade so quickly that a four months old sweatpants look like they are four years old. How are they still in business? I am not buying anything from them anymore. There are so many good options out there at this price point.

I’ve been a long time shopper of their online store so it was great to get to visit their retail location. Store manager Bobby and staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Good selection of new styles and colors!

Product quality is good. The fit can be slightly on the small side, but quality is good. However, both the store at Hudson Yards (this location) and the website, NEVER have size medium or large in the basics. Last time I visited the store, nothing I wanted in my size. Right now (2/4/2021) I am trying to order a few pair of boxer briefs. Every single print color is unavailable in medium. Every color (over a dozen colors and NO mediums). I have never seen a retailer fail so badly on the supply chain basics.

I have ordered from this company online. Never again. Overpriced, item frequently out of stock, terrible customer service. I'm done with them.
