We weren’t sure about seeing the historical sights included in our Niagara Falls Parks Adventure Plus Pass but the Mackenzie Printery peaked our interest so we went and it was worth every minute. Highly recommend you go and take the tour offered. Ask for Anthony, he is the best!!! There is a short tour (approximately 25 minutes) and a long tour (approximately 45 minutes). We started with the short and I think we ended up with the long because it was so awesome. The tour is interactive and hands-on. Our kids printed a Wanted Poster with our name to take home on an old printing press. They also printed bookmarks to take home. We even bought a Christmas ornament so we can remember the best tour of our Niagara Falls vacation. Thanks Anthony.

Such a hidden gem! 🖨️ The staff are warm, welcoming, and full of fascinating knowledge. You don’t just see history here — you get to touch it! The interactive exhibits make it fun, unique, and memorable. Definitely a must-visit for anyone exploring the area!

Anthony gave us a personalized tour and is quite knowledgeable about the different presses. We were just going to take a quick look inside but ended up taking an extended tour as he made it so interesting.

Interesting place of history. Tour was very informative. You can take photos inside but no video. It was interesting seeing how the early printers worked.

old times, good times!! a shout out to Emma, she was really informative, learned a bunch of new things, we had no idea about the Canadian political system of 1900's!! The highlight of the tour was the old printed poster and the hand made bookmarks!! Definitely recommend!!

We had a great experience here exploring printing press machines which are late 70-80's. Guides were amazing and kind. If your lucky you might print out your name in customized wanted poster printed by old technology 😁😁

Beautiful building but was unfortunately closed today due to unforseen circumstances. Can't wait to come back for a tour.

The printery is very cool!!! Like others, my wife and I stopped by as we were wrapping up a short vacation. We purchased the City Adventure Pass Plus and figured we would check this place out as it was on the drive to another location we were visiting. WOW did we underestimate how much we would like this printery. Anthony took the time to show us around and helped us make a wanted poster. Honestly we would definitely do it again it was so much fun. Yelp
The idea behind this is pretty cool. You got to see old Printery instrument. When we went some women where using it. You can get a personal tour guide if you wish. Why only 3 stars because first it is very small and not worth money to be honest. We only done it because it was part of the package but not worth going if it is the only thing you wanna do. Also it said on the website and advertising that you can do you own printing. Let's face it that was the most interesting thing for me but once there all you do is pick a paper lovers a level and that's it. You do t get to choose the sentence. You are not really explain neither the process.
