Macy's

Debbie in the bath and linen shop went above and beyond to help me. She patiently attended to me, she save me time and money with the Father's day sale, allowing me to shop a day early. Guests were arriving and I needed to refresh three bathrooms. I did purchase a considerable amount of item, but at with 60% off sale point. Plus not having to return a day later for the sale to begin saved me time.

Im so happy that this Macy’s store is not one on the chopping block to close. I love Macy’s I know exactly where to go to find what I need in store and have the option while there to order an out of stock item and have it delivered home. I have to drive a half an hour to get here but definitely worth it! Most of the staff is great, cheerful, professional, most importantly willing to assist!!

Recently we were looking for a suit for our sisters wedding. We are seniors. This wonderful woman Lynn was so attentive to my husband in finding the proper fit for his shirt. She measured his neck and arms for the perfect fit. We were awesomed by her. God bless. What a deal we got on my husbands suit. Thanks again Lynn.

The top I purchased is made from modal polyester. I like everything about it except the fact it is made using toxic chemicals that cause an allergic reaction to many, and I am one of them. Had to throw it away. Really should be against the law, but apparently the U.S. does not have the same high standards as Europe. Will have to be a lot more discriminating before making purchases from Macy's.

John in the cosmetics department and Stephanie in the shoe department were actually incredible. I'm here from Chicago and they were so kind and so nice and so helpful and went above and beyond what I would have expected. They both definitely are exemplary employees and I hope they are commended. Thank you very much to both of you.

Lynn outfitted me in a Tommy Hilfiger suit, Ralph Lauren shirt and shoes, and Perry Ellis socks and belt. All were in stock and available to try on. Macys has better selection than Belk and more helpful sales associates.

I can't believe this place still has stores. Rediculous prices even on their bottom tier items. The few people that do shop there probably pretend they are bougie while bending over the barrel they rolled in on.

Macy's at this particular location gives the company a very bad name. It looks like a dirty warehouse that is about to go out of business. Yesterday I needed an outfit and since I happen to finish early at an appointment next to Paddock Mall, I went inside to take a quick look. I went into a fitting room to try on a pair of black dress pants and the leg of the pants as I was pulling them on ran across the filthy floor, covering the pant leg in gray dust. I could not wait to get out of there. I told the sales woman about how filthy the fitting room was and that someone needed to clean it and she laughed. Sad.

Department stores all seem ridiculously over priced to me, as does this one. It was well stocked. There were alot of long stained carpets, and dinged up shelving, in a way Macys never would have allowed years ago. I expect that from the second line type places that come in after the major chains leave, but was surprised to see it in an establishment that one would think takes itself seriously. There seemed to be enough staff.

The store has much to offer. Excellent selections of swimsuits. Clothing is expensive however it's made of good quality. The saleswoman we had was the weakest link. Perhaps we caught her on a bad day. warm and fuzzy---she was not

We have always had great customer service. Most recently I bought an item during an after Christmas special and needed to exchange it for another size. The clerk made sure the sale price was honored even though it had passed. She was pleasant and helpful throughout. I know online shopping is popular but we need bricks and mortar too.

This is one of the smallest Macy's I have ever encountered. Paddock for a long time was the only game in Ocala. Other offering in this Mall, include JC Penny's and Sears. This Macy's would be a no brainer against that competition but for the size of the store. On a square footage basis, I'm sure Macy's management must be pleased with themselves. But the shortcomings are the limited selection and reduced number of sizes available to customers -- Pettit and XXL are all but forgotten. Nearby Dillard's feels almost twice as large and has a much, much wider selection in all departments.

Worst store ever. Sales people were scare and walked by when you had questions. Very limited inventory. Had a gift certificate- will give it away.

Disgusting! Small! No sales personnel! Limited, very limited selection of clothing and everything else. Totally backward and back-woods mini-store. Not a real Macy's...have no idea what it really is. You can go down the road a little bit and to a really nice Dillards! They have great selection and excellent sales associates. This Macy's store should be knocked down and rebuilt. Men's and women's rest rooms are disgusting! The entire store is a disaster. May as well go anywhere else. But not here. Terrible...and they hear these complaints all the time and never, never change. They can't even answer the phone and tell you where an order is! That is just nuts.

Maybe my expectations have been lowered as the small town living seeps in... Things move a little bit slower, and people don't seem to be as demanding. So, I guess I should cut them some slack that it's the holiday season, and they're one of a handful of stores in what is likely a 40 mile radius that provides 'higher quality' products. But, I"m kind of merciless when it comes to some expectations.... 1. Product placement. I circled this store and not ONCE did I see what I was looking for (shoes for children/men). 2. I was going to buy a Christmas Present for The Fiance... And it took a minute for someone to come over to the counter to help me. Fine, forgiven, it's busy. There were no test strips for cologne. Are you kidding me? There's no help OR test strips? You're on shaky ground now. The lady that finally came over provided me with test strips. Then she said she was going to help the couple standing behind me and she'd be right back. She walked off, showed them something, and WALKED OFF. I stood there for what seemed like the entire afternoon (in reality, possibly 4 minutes) and she never returned. UNFORGIVABLE! I walked out. Left. Never to be heard from again. I hope she works on commission.

Adelaide helped us find the sheets my aunt needed and was super helpful. Great sense of humor and was simply a delight. Excellent customer service.
