Mad Monkey Siem Reap

Lovely hostel, fun events Krom was always so friendly and made my stay way better. If you go there be sure you are meeting with him! Also Rachel were awesome host I’m happy to meet both of them ♥️

Stayed at Mad Monkey Siem Reap already two times and both were amazing. Excellent facilities, great staff and amazing vibe every night. Would highlight my interactions with the hostel manager, Rachel, who was always very polite, helpful and hands-on any matter. If you wanna experience the best pub crawls in siem reap, hit Roisin and Sokreom up, 100% fun guaranteed!!!! Thank you, Mad Monkey ❤️

Originally booked for 2 nights and ended up extending an extra night we loved it so much! We had a private room at the pool, it was super clean and spacious!! The highlight of our stay had to be Sokreom, his service from the moment we checked in was amazing, from taking our bags to our room, to the cocktail making session and then to taking us out to pub street for one of the best nights out we’ve had! He was so much fun, so knowledgable and made our stay! Thank you Sokreom for giving us such an unforgettable stay in Siem Reap!

I had an amazing stay at Mad Monkey! As a solo traveller, I felt incredibly welcome thanks to the fantastic staff who went above and beyond to create a friendly and social atmosphere. Sokreom was amazing, he took us out to explore local spots, making the experience even more special. Rosheen organized fantastic social events that really helped me connect with other travellers. The hostel has an incredible vibe, with two lovely pools perfect for relaxing and meeting people. I was lucky enough to be here for St. Patrick’s Day, and the big social event they put on was so much fun! If you’re looking for a fun and social atmosphere, this is the place to be.

Had an amazing stay at Mad Monkey during my time in Siem Reap. Very easy to meet others and the staff were always lovely. The temples were such a highlight but Shane and Clodagh were a close second. I’ll be coming back at some point!

Mad Monkey Siem Reap is a bit quieter than the usual Mad Monkey vibe, which was actually a nice change. There are still plenty of activities to join, so it’s easy to meet people. It’s located a little far from Pub Street, but still manageable with a quick tuk-tuk ride or 10min walk. Great spot if you want a balance between social and chill.

Nice place, my only grief will be the towels, i stayed for a couple days and it was always an issue to get one. The staff wouldn’t exchange wet towels for dried ones despite having ten of these behind them as you can only have one a day and other times they just had none. I suggest getting more towels or washing them more. Other than that it was fine.

I stayed here for 2weeks and it was such a great place to stay! The people working there are so awesome and very helpful! If you get the chance of meeting Sokreom he’s super awesome and is very helpful, and fun!
