I recently purchased a bag from this shop and was truly impressed the quality was fantastic, barely used, and exactly as described. Later, I came across a shop on Instagram called @vivellabags, so I decided to give it a try out of curiosity. To my surprise, the quality was nearly identical to the original from the genuine leather and luxurious smell to the full box packaging. The price difference was unbelievable, making it an incredible value. They also accept PayPal which gave me peace of mind with secure payment. Extremely well curated collection of items - predominantly clothing, but also some beautiful shoes, bags, and jewellery. I tried on a few items and found one I loved. If you’re well versed in designer / deadstock vintage then you’ll know the pricing is very fair, whilst also factoring in over heads for the store itself. Very pleased with my purchase, and would definitely come back again!

They have amazing pieces and good prices, yes customer service is a little bit weird but if you think about the fact that they have haute couture pieces with delicate fabrics that could get easily dirty or damaged you understand why they’re so picky. So, if you like vintage you should go to this place

I sought this store out in Milan to browse vintage designer fashion. I left after one minute as the woman at the counter looked me up and down (I was wearing head to toe designer, albeit low key) and gave me a disgusted look. She was absolutely foul! A place to avoid for people who appreciate good service.

Great shop, EVERYTHING is in pristine mint condition, you feel like a hero of “pretty in pink” movie. Tons of kisses to the owners.

No hello, no goodbye, did not even look me in the eye once from the second I walked in until the second I walked out. Deplorable customer service. On top of this, their selection of vintage clothing is limited. Skip this one.

Meh! The staff makes no attempt to be courteous. I’d say they are rather rude. The inventory was nice but prices are a little high. Not impressed.

Visited Madame Pauline Vintage yesterday...def highly, highly recommend! This store is like a treasure box!!! And for sure it is one of my favorite vintage shops of all time. The staff is wonderful! Super helpful, and knowledgeable about all of the magnificent pieces. They even help you with styling, and mix and matching everything together. It was so much fun playing dress up! I can't wait to go back!!!!!!

This store is stocked with dresses in vibrant colors and bold prints. So many interesting pieces to look through. And Claudia was very helpful.
