Google
Lovely local independent shop, really nice individual gifts, so glad I found it whilst on holiday in Jackson. Bought a lovely silver bracelet.

Emily B.

Google
I loved the store itself: great merchandise, unique options, and lots of local artist offerings. I bought a few things I really liked, I regretted not getting a sweatshirt there so I asked my MIL to pick it up for me when she went into town later that day. She was curious why I said it was my favorite store because the staff completely ignored her. I thought I just went in at an off moment. But neither of us, nor my boyfriend was spoken to at all besides the register interaction. I also didn’t see any employees in the upper half of the store which I don’t find ideal for customer service or asset protection for y’all! Again, loved the selection and curation, I’m happy with my purchases but it might as well have been a self check out.

Google
I have been shopping at MADE since it first opened, it's my favorite store in Jackson. I make it a point to stop in every year when I am in town. Most recently, I purchased a pair of earrings and accidentally lost one soon after purchase. The staff was so accommodative in reaching out to the artist to have a replacement earring made and shipped to me across the country! They went above and beyond to help and their service is greatly appreciated. :)

Google
The employees are great, they all made sure that every customer got great service. But I can’t seem to brush off the fact that I notice how the employees are not able to take a second for themselves. I’m always happy with the store products, but a few days ago I was browsing and I noticed how a young employee was visibly not feeling well. I want to make sure that the hard working employees are able to get the break they deserve, especially if they are not feeling well.

Google
Im so impressed with this small town/small owned shop. I can only speak to the online ordering, though I hope to check them out out in person someday. I have been searching for a Tetons mountain necklace for FOREVER. when I stumbled upon this Sterling Silver Tetons outline the other day via a google search, I knew I needed it immediately. I placed the order on a Friday, and by Monday afternoon, it had made it all the way to my apartment in Alaska, impressively fast. The necklace is absolutely beautiful, and it arrived in a cute little mesh bag with a handwritten thank you card and also another cute card. I’d originally been concerned that the pendant might be a little small, but it’s the perfect size. I ordered it with the optional extender and I’m not even sure I’ll use it-they did everything just exactly right with this necklace, including the size and chain length. I would absolutely order from them again!

Google
The store is amazing. The employees are super friendly and helpful every time I come in. You can tell they work hard and care about the customer experience. The only downside (and reason for not giving five stars) is that I wish the manager treated the staff better. You can sometimes sense the tension. A more positive work environment would make this place even better.

Google
A happy and diverse store with a variety of goods - it's well worth a visit. Goods range from postcards and paper products, to handmade books, small home items such as walnut chopping boards, leather goods, clothing and toys. Prices are very reasonable and range from a few dollars to a few hundred dollars for the largest items.

Google
John and his team at MADE have been an incredible resource for elevated gifting for our group needs! I am an an event planner located in Texas, and John's local Jackson expertise and curated offerings have been a wonderful asset in sourcing unique items for our group. His shipping and packaging options have made the whole process so convenient, down to seamlessly couriering 100+ individually shipped items to Texas. We're looking forward to future partnerships! Thank you John!

Yelp
This is a very cute store and I understand why there is so much buzz about this place on the internet. There is a huge selection of fun stuff that if I had more room in my carry on, I might have went hog wild. What didn't help was that I came here in November so there were Christmas things for sale already and I love good Christmas decorations. The store is also fairly large so you can roam and take a look at a lot of different things. There are also quite a few entrances/exits, which seemed odd for shoplifting reasons but I appreciated being able to walk out onto a different side of the street. I will say that stuff was super pricey in here, but if it is mostly hand made by artists, I understand. I also live in an overpriced tourist city, so I understand the mark up. I will say that I thought the staff was a bit aloof. Like they didn't care to answer any questions or make any conversation, or even say hello. That was fine. I like being left alone when I shop anyway. Aloof is fine but rudeness isn't. When we left one of the employees was super rude and slammed the door on us (someone else had left it open and she thought it was us so she said something and slammed the door) so that left a bad taste in my mouth but I will say this store is still pretty cute and I'd come back.

Yelp
Unfortunately I ordered these earrings that came broken during the delivery. I emailed them twice for replacement and till this day, I never received a reply or response. This was the second time I've ordered from here and would have continued but weird that I never got a response.

Yelp
Wow! This place has some of the most interesting and unique items. If you want something from Jackson Hole, WY, this is the place. From the shirts to the art to the fun stickers, I found so much and went back the next day for more. Quality items that can only be found at Made. You won't find mass produced items here. Made offers their customers something special.
google avatar

Cam S.

Yelp
Alright so it's pricey and probably marked up a bit too high bc tourists of course. But I like to support local businesses and artists alike, so I grabbed a few things. Almost everything in the store is locally made but be sure to double check the item before you purchase. Support the little guys at artisan prices, not the big ones.
google avatar

Yelp
Newest update: lol, check out the owners snarky reply. That's the kind of person you're supporting when you buy from this shop. Total jerk. He still owes me a greeting card. At no point has he offered me one (until he snarkily did just now lol) what a total jerk. New update: owner is a confirmed egotistical jerk. He still owes me a greeting card. Update: I spoke to the owner John, who is just as confused about his own loyalty reward program as his employees. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anybody. I joined their rewards program and both times I got a free item for purchases and the staff were really weird and downright rude about it. They tried to not give me my free sticker, and then this last time I got a free greeting card which the associate just flat out denied. Not a big deal, but don't have a rewards program and not honor it. Never shopping here again. You owe me a free greeting card.

Yelp
A fun store in the heart of downtown Jackson along with a few other shops, galleries, a jeweler, and a sweets place. Made had a little bit of everything such as tea towels, soaps, lotions, jewelry, handmade cards, key chains, trinkets. These were not your everyday trinkets but nicely made items. Nice staff. No masks needed. Street and lot parking was a challenge. Nevertheless it is a great area to walk around, enjoy the sights and maybe an ice cream.
google avatar

Kelsey B.

Yelp
This place has some cute stuff, but the prices carry a heavy tourist-tax and the employees are rude. The loyalty rewards program is not honored and I'm not sure why they even have one. The owner seems like he has a chip on his shoulder. Shop at your own risk.
google avatar

Yelp
So freaking cute. If I lived here, I would get every birthday / Christmas / shower gift here. Wanted to buy every card in the store but they also had so many other cute items. Settled on some cute postcards and a tiny little thank you card. But may go back before I leave to get bday gifts! Just FYI: bring cash if you only plan to buy a card. They have a $5 minimum on credit card purchases.

Lina S.

Yelp
Cute store but some of the things were too pricey for me. I also noticed that while other stores were having annual sales, they offered none to me.
google avatar

Paulina D.

Yelp
It's a step up from the godawful kitschy souvenir shops, but not by much. The store carries lots of stuff Midwestern housewives eat up. There's some unique Jackson Hole stuff here but if you're looking for cool art and makers, you are better off checking Roam a few blocks over.
google avatar

Sabrina M.

Yelp
Super impressed with this company! We visited the store this summer and bought almost all of our souvenirs for friends here. They have really unique stuff that you can't find at most souvenir shops, plus they have really cute jewelry, household items, and apparel. I bought a shirt that I loved so much I decided to order one for a friend a few days ago. The staff is super professional and prompt. The shirt I wanted was not on their website so I sent them an Instagram message and the shirt was in my mailbox four days later. I received the shirt even before I got notification that it was shipping. More than ever, we should be shopping small so if you can, please visit MADE (or order online). They are awesome!

Molly O.

Yelp
Great selection of perfectly curated gifts, cards, candles, housewares. These guys run a perfect, authentic and original shop you won't find anywhere else. It's a must stop in Jackson.
google avatar

Lei G.

Yelp
No greeting walking into store. No one asked if we needed any assistance. Once we initiated questions for items then assistance was given. Bought a couple items. They said they had no internet service so they had to take payment info manually. Said issue was affecting multiple businesses. Walked a block down the street, bakery had no issues completing transaction electronically.

Yelp
Fantastic bohemian-chic boutique in the heart of Jackson, with nearly everything cute thing your (wife's) heart could desire. Gorgeous displays, and more stickers than would fit on the tailgate of a parking lot full of late-2000s Subarus. Pro-Tip: Sign-in with your phone and get a coupon. Pickup some bacon with those savings!
google avatar

Katy C.

Yelp
Take all my money! Made is a beautifully curated boutique full of all of the best things - gifts, cards, jewelry, household items, decor, candles, etc. I wanted 95% of the stuff I saw at this store! At first glance, you might think it's mostly stuff for women, but there really is something for everyone here. Many of the products are handmade by locals which is very cool, and there are a lot of Wyoming-themed items that would make great souvenirs or gifts. There were several postcards and stickers that I really liked (easily portable souvenirs). I didn't think the prices were too high, especially given the quality of the items and the local nature of them. To anyone from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Made is like Rebel with a Wyoming twist. Super fun store, and a place I would definitely visit again and again if I lived in town.
google avatar

Julie S.

Yelp
This boutique was really cool with candles, journals, posters, decor and lots of stationary/notecards. Wish I had more time to explore, but our lunch table was ready as I looked around.
google avatar

Lori A.

Yelp
After so many negative reviews, I thought I'd jump on and say we were greeted kindly and helped by the associate working. Great selection of more unique tourist items and jewelry.
google avatar

Brian D.

Yelp
I came here in search for gifts and they only have one entrance which is totally understandable but even then you are not greeted once you go through the door. I looked around and everything is really neat and well sorted, it was easy to find things. Their merchandise is quite amazing especially their Jackson Hole inspired jewelry. Paying was easy and when finally engaging with the staff members, they turned out to be very friendly.

Yelp
I adored this store! So MADE is in gaslight alley, and everything they carry in here is all locally made from what i gathered. They had the cutest jewelry as well as handmade kids clothing, even the cards were all uniquely made and I hadn't seen them anywhere else so I do think they were made in Jackson Hole. They had really cute tourist items and I loved that it was all by small businesses. I think it's so cool to think about the fact that Jackson gets most of its income from tourists I'm sure, so if the tourists are buying items that are made locally, all the money is going back into this towns own economy which is wonderful! It's also so unique and these are items you can't get anywhere else so they are specific to the persons trip to Jackson and just great memorabilia. Nothing here was cheaply made or tacky either. Everything was made will very gentle care and every item seemed like it had been individually made and not mass produced.

Chad C.

Yelp
My wife and I were in the store 8 to 10 minutes. 3 or 4 employees were in there as well. Never had one of them say hi or asked if we needed any help
google avatar

Allison C.

Yelp
I had a similar experience to another reviewer regarding terrible customer service and return policy. My husband and I went to return one of the jewelry items we bought maybe 30 minutes after purchasing. The clerk (who supposedly was a manager, but I found this hard to believe as she had to go ask someone next door what she should do about their return policy) was very rude and told me she couldn't refund for the item and could only do store credit. I explained to her we had just been in the store and that we didn't live in Jackson. She said she remembered us but didn't empathize at all and just said we needed to pick something else out or have store credit. These people seriously need to learn about public relations - the few dollars they would have "lost" by us returning the jewelry item does not compare to the amount they will lose by us never shopping there again. It's too bad, but I can't stand places with terrible customer service. If you want equally unique jewelry and gift type items in Jackson, check out Paper and Grace or Workshop. Roam has pretty good items as well.
google avatar

Elizabeth H.

Yelp
Such a cute little shop. There are so many gifts and treats for yourself you can buy here. The girl running the shop was super helpful as well. Definitely stop by here!
google avatar

Anthony C.

Yelp
Same as several other reviewers: the store's return policy is frustratingly obtuse--especially for a touristy town. After thinking about it for a few minutes, my wife decided she couldn't stomach a leather bracelet. When we tried to return the bracelet for a refund back to our credit card, the hipster-cashier lady (with a beanie) was sure to make us aware that the return policy only allowed for store credit. That return policy--as moronic as it is--might be great for locals, but it's quite impossible for out-of-towners like ourselves. When will we ever come back to this hole-in-the-wall trinket store? (TL;DR: never again, obviously.) We explained that we were visiting for only this week, and that she should remember us having been through approximately 30 minutes prior. "Oh yeah, I remember you guys. I'm the one who rang you up," as if that made her lack of empathy more stomach-able. Still, hipster beanie girl wouldn't budge. After all, they *do* have a little 4" framed notice (in a horrendously uncouth non small-caps ALL CAPS no less) that states the return policy. Okay, so we're the idiots for not making it a habit of asking every single cashier we encounter whether their particular store has an equally idiotic return policy? Got it. Apparently the owner is in Kansas. It would be interesting know what sort of logic led them to impose such an unforgiving (and frankly, in poor taste) return policy. In the past, have there been a string of late-20s tourist couples flocking to MADE, purchasing goods, and then attempting to return said goods only after having defecated on them? I really can't imagine a scenario in which a business owner who sells physical goods would determine that this particular return policy is the best one. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ These types of stores are a dime a dozen in Jackson. Best try you luck at one of the other single-word-verb-turned-noun stores in town. Just be sure to ask if their return policy is as stupid as MADE.
google avatar

Nicole A.

Yelp
One of the few quirky-cute stores in town with assorted selections of jewelry, postcards, stuffed animals, wyoming-centric items, decor, candles..etc. You just want to buy everything because of how cute it all is. I picked up a few postcards and a shot glass. Reasonably priced place with good options for gifts.
google avatar

James C.

Yelp
This might have been a 5 star review, but for an unfortunate customer service experience. Nestled around the bend in Gaslight Alley, this cute store offers a unique assortment of handmade gifts, repurposed trinkets and funny cards. My wife and I were shopping there over Valentine's weekend and she noticed a pair of earrings she liked. I left her alone in the store, hoping to come back in an hour without her and buy those earrings as a present. Unbeknownst to me, she bought herself the earrings, then when I returned an hour later, I purchased a 2nd pair of the same earrings. Even though the sales clerk remembered me, she did not mention that my wife had made that same purchase when we were in there earlier. I don't mind that, I don't expect her to remember the purchases and relationships of all her guests. However, when the 14th rolled around, and I gave my wife earrings she already owned, I would have liked to return the 2nd pair. We were informed categorically that MADE would not accept a return (with receipt, 2 days later) and that we had to exchange or take store credit. No amount of explaining or reasoning could sway the clerk to amend the policy in this instance. All the charm and style of a one-of-a-kind boutique with the rigid customer service of a big box store (and a lousier return policy).
google avatar

Michele M.

Yelp
For a really amazing hand crafted item, go to MADE! I love stores like this! You can find the most unique gifts that will be sure to wow. I discovered this place last year on a work trip and was happy to make time to get back for some Christmas shopping this year. If you are a crafter, just go for inspiration. Its like an Etsy brick and mortar, but you don't have to wait for your items to come in the post. Enjoy.
google avatar

Tiffany B.

Yelp
LOVED this place, but then I'm always a sucker for the local/ artist/ repurposed items. The gal behind the counter was very attentive and I was amazed at how this small space packed in so many fun items: tons of printed cards and the like, it seemed like many must be local, and stuffed animals repurposed from old pants or colorful fabrics. Some fun wall art, tons of jewelry and other clever ideas I've not seen elsewhere. Go get it, Wyoming!
google avatar

Terri M.

Yelp
I went into this shop for the first time last weekend and just fell in love with it! Everything in it is hand made and the owner works with over 80 artists. It's a sweet little space with tons of interesting gifts from jewelry to pottery to ultra funny cards (my favorite: "You're not just a trophy wife to me"). Things are really reasonably priced, especially considering that everything is hand made. I'm so happy to have discovered this place! If you are in Jackson Hole, skip the tee shirt shops and stop here for some unique and high quality take home gifts!
google avatar

Cori T.

Yelp
Seriously?? I can't say enough about this place!!! We were in Jackson Hole for a week and made 5 trips to Made. It's adorable, and you can go in and find something new that you missed the first three visits. Cute things for kids, women, men, and that one person that you have no clue what to get them as a gift. Most hand made things I've seen in a long time. I wish they were closer to me.

Margaret H.

Yelp
Beautiful store and items. The staff is not friendly whatsoever. No greeting at all. One associate looked at me as I entered and said to another "start locking the door" as apparently they were reaching the "virus capacity" of 10. While these are unprecedented times, Jackson is too amazing of a place for these young ladies to be so unwelcoming and apathetic to customers.
google avatar

Melissa D.

Yelp
LOVE this super cute and unique store. My husband and I both got our trip souvenirs here including a scratch off poster of all of the national parks.
google avatar

Dee P.

Yelp
Eh, too expensive. Cute store though. Worker didn't even say hi. Walked by us like we were ghosts.
google avatar

Shane S.

Yelp
Cute store, expensive, but nice stuff. DO NOT sign up for the loyalty program unless you want your cell phone SPAMed with updates. Miss the old punch card! Run away from the e-sign up.

Ana J.

Yelp
Great selection of products--hats, glassware and jewelry. And friendly staff to boot!

Makenna T.

Yelp
Reviewing for their excellent shipping services! I wanted to get a Christmas gift for my dad, who loves American-made products and supporting small businesses. This was the perfect online stop for him! I ordered the Nation Parks playing cards and the Cabin Fever Bandana since he loves hiking, camping, and games, and both items were high quality! They shipped just hours after my order was placed, too. As someone who works at a small business, I know from experience that is no small feat during the holiday season! They even complied to my rather silly request, to write "Do not open until Christmas!" on the outside of the box, since my dad is a serial "accidental" package opener. Not this year though, thanks to MADE! Everything was packaged delicately with care, and it arrived quickly. Overall, a total class act! Thank you, MADE!
google avatar

E R.

Yelp
This place is a beautiful one stop shopping place for well-curated, high quality, mostly locally-crafted gifts. It's really easy to rack up a high bill though. I don't mind this as much as there are plenty of shops that offer cheaper fare if that's desired. But if you're looking for something nice for someone special, this is worth a stop. It's also in the interior section of town which is an incredibly cute area. The staff was super friendly. I've never had to make a return so I can't vouch for their services beyond the purchase experience.
google avatar

Sarah M.

Yelp
Sweet eclectic shop in the J. Hole square! If you don't want a standard shirt that just says 'Grant Tetons' on it, this is your spot to find something a little more unique and locally made to remember your trip. From baby to grandparent - there is something for everyone. My favorite items were the coffee mugs and baby clothes! The home decor was also way cool - lots of creativity up in hurr.
google avatar

Evan M.

Yelp
Ok, ok. If you visit JH and don't stop in this store, you're seriously BLOWING IT! This is a gift shop of treasures.....hilarious cards, local crafts, the best wrapping paper you've ever seen, baby clothes, jewelry, quirky, fun, inspiring, a MUST. John, the owner, is usually in and he always has great stories about where he finds the goods. The decorations are epic. Go get a to go beverage near by and get lost in MADE for a while.

Lydia T.

Yelp
Definitely the best place in Jackson to find local spice and carefully handcrafted items! There's something for everyone here. From belt buckles to candles to earrings (and SO much more), you're sure to find something perfect here. It has a super fun, upbeat vibe to the place. The staff is also helpful and fun to talk to. I for sure recommend coming here for handmade pieces for a friend (or yourself)!
google avatar

Tana N.

Yelp
Great! Fabulous! Kind! Helpful! And absolutely great merchandise!! I broke the bank buying greeting cards. Handmade, funny, loving and just great stuff for the whole family.

Lori P.

Yelp
I saw these fantastic 45 Caliber cuff links in SUNSET magazine. The price was great and when they arrived, I loved them so much, I ordered 2 more for my Christmas hunters!! Great customer service too!!

Addy C.

Yelp
This store is quite frankly addicting. Its always fun to wander around and the items are guaranteed to be unique and different every visit. It can be a little pricey but the products are so cool that its hard not to justify. A lot of their items are locally made and upcycled from other materials which is great as well.
google avatar

Lady T.

Yelp
MADE is a great hole in the wall shop, a place to find unique and/or locally made treasures. I love the jewelry and other nik-naks. There is always something new coming in and you can easily find something for different tastes. You can tell the owner genuinely enjoys what he does, too. I stopped in to buy a simple necklace to bring with me on a trip overseas and we chatted about his travels in Italy.
google avatar

Cheryl V.

Yelp
MADE is an amazing store. The moment I walked by the store, I was attracted to the ambiance. The creative vibe encompasses you as you enter through the doors. You cannot spend enough time inside looking at all of the quality items. The owner is a gracious host and took his time explaining interesting tidbits about some of the artist who crafted the items. If you miss this store during your trip to Jackson, you're missing a treasure.
google avatar

Vic S.

Yelp
This place is full of very trendy stuff. Trendy handmade souvenir type stuff. I was looking for a sterling silver charm for a traditional charm bracelet. All they have here is hand stamped "artsy" type stuff that looks a little too primitive and obviously made with a hammer and stamp kit on little pieces of thin metal, and the prices are super high! I went across the little alleyway and bought two authentic sterling silver traditional charms for less money, which weighed more and were much nicer. If you want some artsy kitch coasters or something made of old license plates, and you'd like to pay a fortune for it, please visit here and you'll like it. Other than that, I wouldn't. I'm sure the owner is very nice, and lease prices must be high. Either that or they are gouging tourists.

Melissa R.

Yelp
Super cute store with a great selection. I love all the great Wyoming merchandise. They have jewelry, beauty, clothing and food. Their T-shirt's are soft and cozy. My favorite shop in this lovely town.
google avatar

Kalen K.

Yelp
Made has amazing handmade gifts! With the expanded space they have a plethora of items to choose from, including a fun selection of locally inspired items! Jon, the owner, goes out of his way to help customers find the "just right" gift in a short amount of time! I highly recommend this locally owned shop in jackson for locals and tourists!

Vicky R.

Yelp
Cute store. Left with many great gifts for friends, family, and momentos for me of my time in the area. They all felt original, creative, and attractive.

Kristen G.

Yelp
Best cards for every occasion...and what a location. The employees are friendly and welcoming. They are there to help, not sell.
