Amazing team at Madewell at the Soho location. Went in there and was greeted with the best vibes ever..Was introduced to Amanda Santos (manager) who was very professional and so hands on to help in every possible way she can. I decided to shine light on this team of beautiful people and commend them on the dedicated service that they provide. They carry ALLLLLLL styles of clothing for your every fashion and taste. Go check them out and I guarantee, you won't be disappointed. Make sure and tell them JC sent you.. spread love...

Nice store .. good selection of men’s clothing. Got some weird look (not welcoming) from the woman working in the men’s dept. but the guy was nice.

Incredible customer service and wonderful selection! Nick and Colin were absolute sweethearts. Nick helped me find a great pair of jeans (after trying on numerous styles) and he even went on a scavenger hunt to locate a top I eyed upstairs but didn't bring down to the dressing room. All he had to go by was my description of a white cotton or linen blouse with cut outs. He went upstairs, found it, and even took it off the mannequin to bring it to me. Colin helped measure me for a hem adjustment on the jeans and was meticulous throughout. Both he and Nick were incredibly helpful, patient, and provided honest feedback on what looked good on me. Above and beyond! Tips: 1. If you're a Madewell insider (free to join), they offer free hemming services--no need to go to the tailor! 2. If there's a long line for the fitting rooms on the main floor (the women's section), head downstairs to the shoes and men's dept, where there are more fitting rooms that are less busy. That's also where you'll find Nick and Colin--the personification of amazing customer service!

Madewell has great clothes, but the service I received from one of the staff members was truly exceptional—possibly the best I’ve ever experienced in a store. I can’t remember his name, but he was a tall person of color, wearing all denim that day a few months ago. I wanted to highlight this because management should definitely consider giving him a raise and promotion. After I shared my experience with my friends, a few of them have started shopping at this location because of the excellent service I received!

Went in today looking for a certain jumpsuit! Susan was so helpful! She is awesome! She was able to find the jumpsuit and made my decision to purchase easy. She was funny , helpful and super sweet! Thank you Susan amazing customer service 🤩

Logan was literally a godsend today ♥️ went in for jeans hemming and came out with a better fitting pair of jeans! I was having a rough day at work, and he literally made it better. So appreciative of the customer service and help! Will definitely be back if I am in the area. 🤗
