Madewell

Whenever I come to the Grove I feel compelled to window shop at Madewell and whenever I do that, one thing leads to another and I'm in the dressing room. This time around, I was helped by Jacqueline F, who really sold me on my purchases! She was kind, helpful and so damn funny! She helped me find my size for each item of clothing and even came up with recommendations that fit my style. She went above and beyond to make the customers in the fitting rooms feel comfortable and beautiful in the clothes they chose. She's incredible at what she does and I hope Madewell will reward her for her hard work.

My sister and I had the best shopping experience last week at this location and I will gladly make the 45 min drive any given day. The girls who helped us were absolutely wonderful - quick to help us with sizing and gave us different options while we were in our dressing rooms. I haven't gone proper clothes shopping in quite some time and moreover have never once tried on a pair of Madewell jeans until this trip. The sales associate walked around the store with me and helped me choose different pairs and explained how she would style them and how they differed. The moment I buttoned my first pair, I knew I was leaving with about three more in tow. The quality is incomparable to any other jeans I've worn. The store itself is beautiful, clean, and organized. We were there for well over an hour and could have easily spent another hour perusing and trying things on. As someone who doesn't love clothes shopping, this experience made me fall in love with it and I genuinely cannot wait to come back.

Ines in the fitting room was such a great help! She listened to my concerns and found me the perfect pair or jeans in the store! She was so helpful in bringing me sizes and making suggestions and all around very sweet!

If I could give more stars to Diana in Shrewsbury, I would. Her customer service over the telephone on a busy Saturday, was above and beyond. Not only did she call NY, which was all I asked, but she found a very limited item in Pa and arranged to have it shipped to me. I am so happy, and so will the recipient of the item be!! THANK YOU!!

As a curvy girl, I've heard rave reviews about Madewell jeans for ages, but they were always just out of range of my budget. So when there was an online sale recently, I jumped at the chance to score some premium denim. Unfortunately for me, I didn't realize that these jeans fit a bit bigger than most other brands, so I wound up with two pairs of gorgeous, high-quality jeans that were about 2-3 sizes too big. I then discovered there was a Madewell brick-and-mortar store about 30 minutes away from me, in Shrewsbury. I took the jeans there and was greeted by Catherine, who immediately dove right in to helping me. She must've grabbed about 5-8 pairs of jeans in different washes and sizes in the quest to help me find the right fit... and we did! The experience was honestly wonderful, and I felt totally spoiled by her consideration and attention to detail. We found my correct size and I left a very happy customer who will definitely be returning. Thanks again, Catherine!

Crew. They are currently running their end of season sales with an added 40% during the second week of January.  I walked in for the first time and felt I have found my new store. They carry everything from jeans, sweaters, hats, gloves, jewelry, handbags, pants, sunglasses, and some chic knick knacks for the home. The only sad thing about this place is, as per the salesclerk, they only carry petite sizes online and it's only for jeans as they were originally famous for their denim clothing. The good news is they do carry a few sweaters in sized XXS. Not many but there are some. What I love most is not only are the extremely helpful sales people but their clothes which speaks for themselves. They are well made with clean structured lines. I found many of their styles of clothes to be classics and to be treasure for years to come. Do I recommend this store? Oh Yes! I would advise you to go now and not miss out on the sales because let's be honest, who doesn't love a sale?
