Easy to fine using google maps Clean and beautiful Hike is moderate to difficult so be fit They don’t allow outside food at the facility for day visitors.

Great place and friendly staff, however there was leakage in the rooms from the rain during our stay, the drainage system in the shower kept on getting clogged and we were not happy that the staff would switch off the geyser without alerting us. There is a bit of a wait for food orders, so it is advisable to place your food orders 4hrs prior. They have paintballing but it was disappointing to learn that there was no PPE for the activity. Special thanks to Juice for making our stay pleasurable and catering to all our requests.

Madiathava is not worth it's 4star rating anymore. I first visited the lodge in 2021,the service was excellent, the food was great and the amenities were perfect. However, on my return visit now December 2024 it's clear that the establishment is in trouble. The final straw is getting washed out and torn old hand towels instead of the fluffy white bath towels that are standard at a four star resort. Vanessa

I visited this place a month ago. Wow I was impressed with how welcoming, and friendly all the staff members were. The attraction site was absolutely fulfilling. This place has all in one, I got to get massage, did quadbiking, swimming and ziplining.

Came here with my friend for zip lining, great experience with the zip lining however the service is very poor, no sense of urgency, we ordered wings and chips which took 3 hours and didn’t taste nice at all, zero hospitality. It has a potential, it lacks creativity and marketing skills. You need to hire competent staff because the ones working currently know nothing about customer care.

I need to be convinced that those 4 stars are of merit🙄🙄The rooms are clean but those bed sheets for kids, they can barely cover when you when you turn. The food is good but the service is terrible. 2 days in a row I ordered breakfast during my supper so that I’m not late for work, I get there at the agreed time of 8:00, only to arrive and they ask you what would you would like (did I not order a day before so this process is fast???) and sit until 8:30 to serve you…. This is the same for the supper also. You’ll wait for 40minutes for the food you’ve ordered 4 hours before!!😫😫 the wait for service is really unprofessional and not even furnished with a reason. You just wait… definitely not coming back here. Don’t get me wrong, it could be outstanding provided the service is catered for, adult sized bed sheets, bottled water in the fridge, no noise from the kitchen when guests are sleeping and respect our time!!!
