Staying at Hilton was truly an amazing experience. The location is very strategic, just a short distance from the Mosque, making it convenient for worship. At breakfast, the variety of food was impressive, and most importantly, everything was delicious. Not a single dish was disappointing. The same goes for lunch at the hotel’s restaurant—every meal served had an exceptional taste. Moreover, the service at this hotel was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making every guest feel valued. With its proximity to various shopping areas, Hilton is the perfect choice for a stay in Madinah.

Amazing Housekeeping Service by Mohammed Moin!||||I recently stayed at Hilton Madinah and had a wonderful experience, thanks to Mohammed Moin from housekeeping. He did an outstanding job keeping my room clean and well-organized every day. Everything was always fresh, tidy, and perfect!||||What really stood out was his friendly and professional attitude. He always greeted me with a warm smile and was happy to help with anything I needed. His hard work and attention to detail made my stay so much more comfortable.||||I truly appreciate his effort and dedication. Hilton is lucky to have someone like Mohammed on their team! Thank you, Mohammed, for your excellent service—I hope to see you again on my next visit!

Madinah was the first stop of my wife and I in Saudi Arabia (our very first visit). We stayed from 15th January 2025 for five days. We had mixed expectations. The Hilton Hotel in Madinah was the most perfect place to stay. The hotel was less than five minutes from the Prophet’s Mosque: Al Masjid an Nabawi and it was very clear that the hotel staff loved their job and understood the privilege of being able to work and live in Madinah. I have stayed at many different hotels, but the service provided by the staff at The Hilton Hotel Madinah went above and beyond! In Arabic, someone with such professional heartfelt welcoming friendliness would be regarded as having “good adaab”. The Hilton Hotel staff had “excellent adaab!” Whoever recruited the staff for this hotel is truly gifted. It was the type of hotel experience that the Government of Saudi Arabia Tourist Board should award.||As a consequence of the quality of staff based at the Hilton Hotel, my wife and I had a perfect start to our trip in Saudi Arabia.||Sharif Salim, Zakaria Yahia and Tariq Butt were senior staff of the dining hall. All three had very challenging moments and displayed utterly superb professionalism in dealing with issues of customer service. They maintained their composure and never forgot what their responsibilities were – This type of skill cannot be trained, they were born with it.||Mohammed Ismail – an Assistant Chef had probably one of the best palettes I have seen in a single chef for many years. Mohammed could prepare food from almost any part of the globe excellently well. We were highly impressed. His colleague Mohammed Gouda had the patience of a saint.||Our time in Madinah was mainly spent praying at Al Masjid an Nabawi, but it was also necessary to eat and prepare for our trip to Makkah. The locals in Madinah were very accommodating and our time there felt very safe and secure. At teatime Yusra and Buthaina of the Hotel café demonstrated why the Hilton Hotel had to be the accommodation of choice in Madinah. Never rude and always friendly.||Two more staff that has to be mentioned:||Mehdi Hassan (House Keeping)|Khairul Miah (House Keeping).|They undertook a very hard job and always with a smile.||I sincerely hope that the Hilton Hotel Madinah staff get the Highest Rewards for their very hard exemplary work. We cannot wait to return to the hotel in the future insha’Allah.

Very pleasant stay at the sumptuously old style hilton - in pristine condition throughout - obviously very well looked after. Only had breakfast there but the range of dishes is quite remarkable and, without a doubt, something for everyone - more than enough! Having stayed in quite a few places, i can tell you it was a delightful surprise to get decent boiled eggs from a buffet! Staff are very pleasant and helpful throughout. Definitely recommend!

Hilton Madina was good. Staff were really nice, really close to the mosque. The rooms were great too. However i did end up having a rash on my legs from sleeping here. This was maybe due to feather bedding allergies, which they didnt have non feather bedding as other Hiltons do. |One thing i would say is that as a gold member, i didnt feel valued or appreciated being a member here at this hotel. Other hilton hotels, would give me complimentary fruits or pastries but just the feeling of being a valued gold member, i didnt get at this hilton hotel which is probably a small donwfall here. Other than that, it was a good hotel.

Great experience and Jana (Hilton Reception) accommodated and guided my family how to reach the Prophet House for completing our Umra trip. She was very thorough answering my questions. Thank you Jana and God bless you for your good deeds and help customers

The staff and service were excellent. The location is very convenient, next to the Mosque, particularly for the women. The restaurant offered a variety of excellent food and superb service. The room was very spacious. It is a very safe place.

Good housekeeping service given by the team Marouf Hussain, Shahriar and Jewel Rana.. overall great service. They are very accommodating and hospitable. I really enjoyed the trip and the comfort provided by the team. They also went out of way at times to meet the needs.
