had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the comfort and organization. The restaurant deserves special praise – the food was delicious, fresh, and well presented, with a great variety of options. The service was fast and very professional. I would also like to thank all the staff for their kindness, respect, and constant smile. They truly make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed El-Kholy for his outstanding service, professionalism, and positive attitude. He went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again.

Really good experience. I stayed for 2 nights in a Deluxe partial Haram view. Really perfect location and courteous staff from the front desk to bell boys and main restaurant staff. The food was really delicious and with a great variety of salads, main dishes and desserts. Special thanks to Mohamed Alkholy who went above and beyond in making us enjoy our dinner. The breakfast at the hotel was a wonderful way to start the day. There was a great variety of fresh and delicious options, from warm dishes to pastries, fruit, and excellent coffee. Everything was well presented and constantly replenished, and the quality was clearly a priority. A special thank you to the service staff, especially Hana Saad, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention made the experience even more enjoyable. Their warm service truly stood out and made breakfast a highlight of our stay.

Me and my family have a very nice experience in here! The room was very nice, all staff are very friendly and the service is great. Our gratitude to the Chef Ismael, the foods was really delicious. We even have a special nasi goreng for our last dinner in Madinah before going to Mekkah. Cannot thanks enough. Thank you as well for Mustofa and all the staff we meet in here. We’re very happy to choose Hilton Madinah. Hope to goin back here anytime soon.

This is maybe my 5th stay at Madinah Hilton. The service everytime has been excellent. Lots of old faces who greet you like family. This time though a new face made an impression due to his great customer service. Mr Mohammad Al Kholy. Truly someone committed to excellent customer service.

It was a wonderful stay - clean rooms, courteous staff, fantastic breakfast and so close to the Women’s Gate 25. We had a small issue and the Manager “Hafsi” went above and beyond to help us! The little tea station near the reception is a “delight” as well! Will definitely return!

The room was really beautiful and the location was perfect near Elharam, only 3 minutes walk. Breakfast also was full of oriental and continental food, it was delicious. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Elkholy for hospitality and loyalty at work.

What an amazing experience it was. Staying with family for Umrah here. Very neat and clean rooms, very much supported and lovely staff. Amazing hospitality and view from restaurant. Breakfast was super amazing with the Masjid e Nabwi view. Highly recommended.
