If I were to briefly describe Madinat Jumeirah, I would say it is beautiful everywhere. Yet, much effort has been made to give its architecture an old and historic appearance, though in reality it is not. Everywhere you look, the landscape is filled with Iranian windcatchers, reminiscent of Yazd, making you feel as if you have traveled to Iran. It is quite surprising that the Emiratis seem intent on claiming this Iranian architectural heritage as their own.

The hotel is wonderfully clean, cozy, and filled with a friendly atmosphere that makes it easy to relax even when traveling with a little one. What touched me most was how attentive and caring the staff were. They not only made sure I felt comfortable, but they also showed such warmth towards my son To end our day, we joined a boat trip and wow, what a magical experience! The water, the views, the sense of calm… it was unforgettable. Robert did an amazing job: professional, patient, and truly passionate. He made sure everyone, including my curious toddler, enjoyed the ride safely and happily.

I visited the Christmas Market... And it was a real vibe setter.... It's alll Jingle Bells since then.... A good place to visit with Family and have good winter stroll.... With the lights and decorations really lifts our mood.....

Beautiful setting but don’t take your car. We were there for 4 hours, spent 2000 aed but parking can only be validated for 3 hours so had to pay 20 aed for parking. It took about 20 minutes to pay the parking. Ruined the whole evening!

It is absolutely necessary to thank the wonderfully cheerful and thoughtful abra operator Zemenu who made our day on November 17th 2025. Zemenu was taking us along the canal in Madinat Jumeirah slowing the boat down to describe the amazing surroundings! So welcoming, charming and very knowledgeable! Thank you Zemenu and all who helped us along the way. My guests were absolutely delighted.
