Madison Capital Executive Apartments

Nice little hotel. Nothing fancy but does provide good value for money. A great place to stay if you are in town for business or an event. The free breakfast everyday was an added bonus! The streets outside are a bit noisy at night, so bring earplugs if you are not used to traffic noise.

The motel is quite good, well ocated near transport and restaurants and is reasonably priced. However our room was 101 (at the end of the building) and we had no motel wifi and had to rely on unsafe Canberra free wifi. We complained numerous times about this (we stayed for about 1 week) but the staff were unable to provide any assistance. Presumably this problem occurs for all residents at the far end of the corridors. Why can't the management install a wifi repeater so that this problem does not exist?

The location is excellent, right near all the cafes and restaurants in Braddon, and is within walking distance to the Canberra Centre. Parking is available on-site but can be quite cramped; however, there are three electric chargers. The staff were outstanding and very helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, though the bathroom had some mold at the bottom.

We only stayed one night. The room interior is already quite old which wouldn't be a matter. But what did disturb us was the dirt. We had lots of dust below the A/C and in the corners of the room. I had to pull forward the sidedesk to reach the socket and I am certain that nobody ever cleaned behind it. Breakfast was included in our stay. There isn't a big variety to expect and mostly sweet food (croissants, muffins, pancakes). Coffee was surprisingly good. The location is great for the closer restaurants and if you have a car to move around. They have free parking at the hotel as well. In total, if you need a hotel for one night it's ok, but wouldn't expect too much.

Excellent location with High walk ability to many restaurants and venues. We had a lovely quiet large room on level two and did not notice any noise. The breakfast in the morning was much better than I expected and absolutely great value for the price. The staff were friendly,kind and helpful. The parking is under the hotel which was great in the rain and it’s easy to get in and out and access your car at any time. Overall I would highly recommend this place as it is excellent value for money.

Apartment is very clean and the beds are comfortable. Staff are helpful and friendly. Price is very reasonable. The apartment is also conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Highly recommended

For us, those on business trips, or short time tourist visitors, a perfect place to stay. Quiet inside, clean beds, clean bathrooms at a reasonable price. Of course, common areas are a bit tired, but honestly, the combination of reasonable price and room comfortability and cleanness is ok. There's dedicated parking. Next time, I'll stay there again.

Central location in Braddon, very walkable to Canberra Centre and restaurants. ||Very good price Studios and 1-bedroom apartments come with kitchenettes, making it practical and comfortable. ||Continental breakfast is included, enough to cover the basics. ||Parking is limited and tight, so if you have a car, might be stressful. ||Rooms are not super luxe; some guests call it “clean and comfortable, but basic.||For a traveler who cares about great price + location, this place is a smart pick. Highly recommend staying here.
