Came in for a quick jewelry repair. Was in and out within 10 minutes. Staff were extremely professional and lovely to work with! I will definitely be returning. Great business.

My fiance bought my engagement ring here (after I'd spotted it in the window and fell in love). Joe and Lori were so kind and helpful; Joe even sent back the first diamond he was given for the ring because he wasn't satisfied with the quality! He put a light inside the ring box so that the diamond would sparkle when my fiance proposed- even if it was in a dark restaurant! I am so thrilled with the quality and beauty of the ring and with the personal customer service they provided. We'll be going back to get our wedding rings made here!

Walking past on Black Friday on my way to Grand Seiko, I stopped because there seemed to be a good selection here. Got an incredible deal on a stunning Oris watch. Recommended!

Passed by on the way to a show and stopped in . I have a lot of jewelry and dealt with a lot of establishments but I must say Madison Jewelers has a great selection and they are lovely people. I felt so comfortable there and hope to return- of course had to leave with a pair of earrings!

Gorgeous jewelry. Amazing customer service. They stand by their merchandise. Had an issue with a bracelet. No problem. I found one I loved so much more. Cost more, but I got a great deal and I'm a happy camper.

Fantastic experience here by the pair !! Great service nothing was too difficult! Only a visitor(Australian) to the states but love the hospitality this store has provided. Ended up waking away with a very nice watch and almost a pair of diamond earrings!
