I love Madison Matthews!! Hands down the best boutique in Charleston! They have a dress for every occasion and I ALWAYS get complimented when I’m wearing my Madison Matthews. The customer service is impeccable - Tanner always puts a smile on my face and helps me choose the best pieces. I absolutely adore this store and everyone in it!! 10/10 shopping experience.

Visited today and the staff did not even bother to greet me. I was so excited to try on the beautiful clothes and the elder woman who works there almost treated me like she wanted me to leave. I asked if there was a fitting room and she let me know they were all full and “I guess it would be alright if you tried them on”. Needless to say I did not purchase anything.

Lovely store. Everyone is welcoming and ready to help. The clothes are high quality. A bit pricey. I LOVED the cloth shopping bags they gave right after Thanksgiving. Great way to advertise!

All I have to say is wow! I was met with such kindness when I walked into the store and surrounded by so many beautiful and affordable clothing options! I must say the skirts and dresses are my favorite pieces! I love the idea small batch fashion! The warmth of the women in the store plus the amazing finds will definitely have me coming back!! I am from the upstate but was in town & decided to visit because my favorite influencers rave about this store. The store is very cute & the dresses are gorgeous but the girls working behind the counter are not friendly. Could not smile & acted so stuck up, not welcoming at all. It sucks because this is a locally owned store & people who come from out of state should be able to experience the hospitality that typically comes with visiting us in SC.

Lovely dresses. I could only buy a shirt from the clearance rack. Need to save up to buy one of their dresses. Staff was helpful and friendly even though they sensed I couldn't make a big purchase.
