Had the best experience choosing my perfume for my birthday. Yes, I booked the appointment and didnt regret. I got a dedicated sales person which made my exploring more enjoyable. Thank you Valentin for being so knowledgeable and fun, non pressuring. I left with a perfect gift for myself. A lot a lot of special niche perfumes and brands that I have never heard of. Would love to come back again. Keep up the great job 👍

a beautiful and elegant perfumery, offering both an impressive variety and quantity—two entire floors packed with perfumes. the staff was alright, though we would’ve appreciated having some perfume blotters available. having to call someone repeatedly just to smell a fragrance can get a bit tiresome after a while. beyond the perfumes, the interior is equally captivating. they pay great attention to design, with stunning paintings and a thoughtfully arranged space that adds to the overall experience. we definitely recommend visiting this spot 😊

Rude employees and make you feel unwelcomed - unless they realize you are actually there to buy something, of course. I wanted a perfume they had, the shop was on my way while I was out buying groceries for my mom. Maybe because of the shopping bags but they were so, so rude, lol. I strongly considered walking out but really needed the perfume. Their attitude changed completely once I asked to buy the product.

I had my worst experience as a customer ever here. For reference, I have been at this place before and overall it was a really good experience with friendly and helpful staff however this time, I have never had a representative be so unwelcoming before. Right from the start, I was met with snarky remarks from the bald gentleman with glasses saying that if I want to try any of their offering "properly" I should have "made an appointment" despite being here before and not needing to make one. I was willing to put aside the initial unprofessional attitude and asked about a specific brand and if it's ok to try them to which he did bring me to the shelf. It was here when I realised it wasn't about "appointments" but more so that I am not welcome. He not only continued his hostile and snarky attitude when I asked for reccomendations on what to try but I wasn't even allowed to pick up the bottles because "you can't smell it properly from the bottle you need to spray it". At this point I decided leave. The entire interaction was less than 5 minutes. I walked in here with the intention to buy a perfume as I am a serious customer that owns a sizable collection of perfumes to which most are niche brands. I have been all over Europe in perfume boutiques and stores that are far more exclusive and high end and I was never treated this disrespectfully. I will not only never step foot in this store again, but I will make sure to let everyone know how unprofessional this place is.

Horrendous store experience. I’ve been here multiple times and bought some perfumes and whilst the vibe was always off and there was always someone following your every step with the worst attitude and I’ve felt pressured a couple of times before to buy something even if I didn’t actually like anything that much, I came back due to the great selection of niche perfume brands. The last store visit was the last one indeed, as we will never come back here. Now you are not allowed to touch the perfumes yourself and they even blocked the access to the staircase to the second level of the store, that was simply mindblowing to see. Anyways, good luck with this attitude and this new policy, even though seeing the latest reviews, I’m not sure who will still want to visit the store.

I do not comprehend the bad reviews, while first time visiting on a busy Saturday without an appointment turned into one of the most fantastic experiences ever. I am a big fan of niche perfume and I'm not talking about MFK or Le Labo or Diptyque. Here as soon as I entered, a nice and kind lady approached me and introduced me to Diana. I cannot thank her enough because she took time guiding me through the journey and I ended up with 2 bottles of perfume. My husband has been hugging me until now because he loves the smell so much! Would definitely become my favorite place!
