I often went to this niche perfume store, it is very aesthetic, but today, the service was extremely unpleasant, the consultant treated us with extreme blatant distrust, followed on our heels absolutely everywhere, keeping a minimum distance, and this despite what I said, that I don’t need consultation. The feeling was extremely unpleasant, it was as if she saw me as a thief, although judging by my appearance and clothes it’s impossible to think so, but maybe she only sees as her clients people with Chanel written right on their foreheads. A very strange and unpleasant aftertaste after visiting this place. I really loved buying perfume here, but I don’t want to visit this store anymore

I was honestly looking forward to walking around here trying a few fragrances, but as soon as I walked in I was told I cannot take any videos, which was okay and understandableto me I just wanted to show my friend who’s a content creator, I didn’t plan on having any people in the video, but after this the lady had followed me like a hound, right behind me the whole time, super unpleasant, I was even hesitant to spray anything and when I asked she said she would spray it for me, they are severely judgmental, if you look like you have money they will let you walk freely. I am a collector of fragrance and have been to multiple shops and I am financially well off, this has been the worst by far

Awful awful personnel, I bet they only hire extremely judgy people so they can make you feel horrible and leave the store. Been there a lot of times and while the vibe is always tense and repugnant, the last time was the last drop, telling us that “you seem not to understand the shop’s policy” and telling us, like we annoyed him, how to smell a perfume. We have plenty niche perfumes at home and I can guarantee we don’t need a snob sale assistant tell me what and how I should smell the perfumes. I would give this shop 0 stars if I could, only because of the awful experience provided by the assistants, but because I need to let people know to avoid this store, I’m confortable to give it a 1/5 for the awesome selection they have.

Good perfumes, bit pricy but this is it. Three stars due to horrible experience with personnel. I am client for many years and i had excellent interaction with Alina and two other colleagues before. However the latest two interactions with two of the representatives (the gentleman with baldness and glasses and the lady tattooed with smiley red lips on her forearm - apologies but could not get the names) were extremely difficult and not what we are normally expected at Madison. I hope the team will be seriously improved as it is a pity for the the brand. And I love the coffee too, their barrista is a star!

I've been there several times and everything was ok. I went before Xmas for some gifts and after spending app 45 minutes discussing with a representative we were invited either to leave or buy something faster because the store was full. Shame for treating customers like this.

Beautiful Interior, a lot of perfumes you won't see elsewhere in Bucharest, the woman that helped us was very nice and patient.

Amazing selection of niche scents and jewelry. Service is exceptional, shoutout to Diana who made the time we were there so enjoyable and fly by like nothing. She is very knowledgeable and amazing at finding a scent that will suit you. Can only recommend to go there.
