le cadre est sympa, mais vrais fournaise en soirée.
La bouffe est bonne, jolie présentation, mais rien d'exceptionnel.
Contrairement au prix.
Venu une fois, c'était la derniere.

Yelp
Its in a quiet area, and was empty when we visited on a Wednesday PM. One of the rare times that I have been to an empty Paris restaurant. My local friend brought me here, and selected based on some good reviews.
We ordered the degustation menu for 2. It was a bargain at only 27 euros per people. There was so much food, and almost all of the courses were extremely tasty. I don't recall the names of most items, but the degustation came with a few appetizers, and 2 meats (chicken and beef). Of the appetizers, I enjoyed the eggplant caviar dish the most. Both of the meat dishes were cooked really well and also delicious. The dessert was only okay... kinda of a porridge dish that had some balaklava flavors (but was not sweet at all).
Again the food was great... too bad its in such a dead area, otherwise I imagine that it would be much more packed.
Service was friendly.

Yelp
Well, I landed in Paris at 7:30 am from the US and after a small breakfast I walked 5 miles from Trocadéro to this small gem for lunch. Of course and to my surprise I needed a reservation. After I have explained my long pilgrimage to him, he arranged for me to sit in a private area on the second floor. I was served the most amazing Lebanese simple food and I know since I am Lebanese. Few minutes after I sat down, I was joined by another fellow fan who just arrived from Brazil.
Great food but make a reservation

Yelp
Madito is a nice little, really little (5-6 tables), middle eastern spot in the Quinze-Vingts neighborhood. The chef is friendly and warm. The sole host/waiter is also very nice.
We had a meze comprised of simple hummus, matabah (aubergine purée not roasted beforehand like in babaganoush), and tabuleh. All were fresh and made with care.
We then had a boeuf shawarma, which was served more like a composed dish than I've seen before for shawarma. Flavorful and nicely spiced with perhaps sumac and some dark spices. The lavash was fresh and the wine was cold. A nice meal overall.
