Madpackers Delhi

Recently stayed at Madpackers Hostel, the experience was amazing , the team was very supportive. Dorms were very comfortable. the Rooftop is just amazing with ganga river flowing by the side makes it serene. Will be coming again for sure

The staff are super super helpful!! I made a mistake with the reservation and they helped us immediately. The rooftop is nice and they have a really nice lounge to chill. The vibe of the hostel is very friendly. HOWEVER, the rooms are horrible. I paid around 12 euros for this and it was the most expensive one I paid in India and the rooms were extremely basic. The bunk beds don't have curtains, the hot water doesn't work properly, the blankets they gave us were very thin fleece blankets you use on the couch, not to sleep. And it was 8°C outside so it was freezing. The worst of all is that the windows are MESH, and you can close them, so all the cold and the noise comes in and it's hard to sleep. The dorms are super noisy because you can here everyone passing from the lounge to the kitchen all night long. Definitely not worth the money.

Stayed there for two nights, staff left an amazing impressions with their services. I really enjoyed my time at this well maintained hostel. Bathroom is really nice with western toilet. And their breakfast is awesome. Wifi as well. Would definitely recommend this hostel for everyone that want to visit Delhi.

They would turn off the main as well as the room ac for hours in the hot afternoon mornings. Let's just not mention it in the facilities then! Additionally​, we understand that the management has some discussions that need to be done with the staff, but it would be preferable if they were not done in the common area at night making everyone sitting there too uncomfortable to go on with their stuff. The cleanliness is non existent. The mix of people are good here, and the staff seems eager to help. The food is average as well.

Love the vibes. Good for backpackers and the lonely ones visiting Delhi. The bunk beds are decent and breakfast is mostly good. The new in house Cafe serves amazing falafel. Would have given 5 stars if the place was maintained. Overall cleanliness is good but you could find corners being left out / not maintained

Awesome hostel. So many really cool people are always coming through here. Friendly and hilarious staff really encourage a social vibe. Beds are comfy, good ac and a decent restaurant plus both floors have Reverse osmosis/UV water dispensers which is great for cutting down plastic consumption while traveling. Also a nice relatively laid back part of town. Wouldnt consider staying anywhere else in Delhi!

Great hostel with great staff! We felt extremely welcome and in good hands there. The staff knew everyone by name after a very short time and they really tried hard to make you feel like home and to assist you in every way. We did the Delhi Belly your with them which was a great way to experience Old Delhi as well as the Agra Daytrip, which was good as well. But we missed the sunrise a bit unfortunately, so they’d need to start even earlier. Rooms were nice and clean, but the staff were my heroes :) The hostel is in a very safe area, where you can walk around safely even in the evening (they have gates and security staff all day). Great place to start your Indian adventure!

Highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Delhi. The whole place is clean and the beds are comfy. The staff are amazing and will help you plan and book your onward journey if you need the help! The cafe on site produces some great food at a decent price. The hostel also offers daily events such as day trips to the Taj Mahal or street food tours around old Delhi. The atmosphere I experienced in the two times I visited this hostel was overall a great experience and I met people I'll know for a very long time!
