Definitely worth a visit! Be there when it opens and you can easily get a car for yourself and then you can enjoy the views from all sides. Get a return ticket if you don't plan to visit the park on the other end and as you come back, you can see the Madrid skyline with the Royal Palace and the Cathedral. The cars were clean and most of the employees I came across were nice.

It is a nice experience to be relaxing in the cable car for a €6 round trip each adult. The park where we arrived wasn't so green, I guess because we are in the summer, but the view from the park and cable car is amazing. The place is well maintained and all the employees are very nice.

The ride is a little shaky 😅, but there's a really nice view. 6 euro for a round trip. Eventually we didn't take the ride back, but just walked down to the lake and took the metro back to the city. That way you get to enjoy the cable car, but also walk doen the park and see the lake.

It was an excellent decision, to make time within our other committed event for the day. Of course during this time over 35 Celsius degre temperature it would be nice to have controlled indoor environment. The view is good and enjoyable.

We didn't hear about the Gondola until the last minute on our short trip to Madrid. Went late in the day and it was almost empty, no wait at all. Paid for the round trip as we didn't want to walk back after dark. The gondola's themselves are standard, small ones, ideal for couple. 4 people can fit but gets a bit cramped. It's not the smoothest ride, but nothing to worry about. It took maybe 20 minutes round trip. Was amazed by the views of the city and the parks, as well as the biking trails we didn't know existed on the other side. If we had more time definitely would have done one way and walked back. Ideal break in an otherwise hectic trip. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful views… do it. The Madrid Cableway, departing from Rosales Station, offers a scenic 11-minute ride with panoramic views of Madrid's landmarks, including the Royal Palace and Almudena Cathedral. At €6 for a round trip, it's a budget-friendly way to experience the city from above. Careful, the ride can feel a bit shaky, but the view is awesome. At the Casa de Campo station, you can explore the park, visit the zoo, or enjoy a meal at the café. It's a family-friendly activity, though it's advisable to check the operating status before planning your visit

It was quite a nice experience, to see so much of Madrid. It goes from Moncloa until Casa de Campo, for about 11 minutes. You can purchase tickets online or at the station itself, one way trip is 4.50€, round trip will cost you 6€. We visited this place on Sunday, around 17:00, I guess it’s perfect time, since there weren’t so many people, and due to COVID restrictions, the queue could be quite long (on the way back, we were waiting for about 20 mins). So, you arrive at casa de campo, which is a huge park, perfect to have a walk, or do a picnic.

Definitely worth a trip on the cable car for the views of the city skyline. It's quite a long trip, and the €6 round-trip fare is good value. There's not much to do in the park at the other side, it's too hot to walk around at midday but would be nice in the morning or evening. None of the cafes at the park station were open when we visited, but there's a vending machine for refreshments.

Yelp
We floated above Madrid for :15 each way with endless views of the city below. It was €6 round trip & worth it. A very smooth ride @ 15 mph. We got off at the station, went to the view point & turned around to return to the city. There was a closed restaurant, clean restrooms & a small reasonably priced gift shop .Highly recommend!

Yelp
For a couple dollars, you can soar over the city in this teleférico. For a few Euros you can take a 15 minute ride one way or 30 minute ride both ways. The ride takes you over a big park and apartment buildings in the suburbs, so while it's not the coolest view, it is fun if you have a ton of time in Madrid and want to relax. The cable cars are pretty small and not super new, so again, if you only have a few days in Madrid, I'd recommend other things first, but if you're looking for extra to do, this is available!

Yelp
A good value at less than €5 for the 15 minute one-way trip, and just over €5 for the 30-minute round trip. The primary starting point is near Argüelles in the Rosaleda de Madrid park. The trip goes west to the sprawling Casa de Campo park. The park is lovely and worth a visit, but be careful - it's huge, and the nearest metro from the Treleférico is at least 20 minutes walking with no taxis in sight. If you take the one-way trip, be prepared to walk. The park has a nearby Zoo (Zoo Aquarium de Madrid), Amusement park (Parques Reunidos), and the Madrid Arena. The best part is the Lago de la Casa de Campo, which has several restaurants nearby. The restaurants are overpriced, but still worthwhile for the relaxing outdoor terrace along the lake. There's a metro stop (Lago) near the lake, but taxis are hard to find.

Yelp
After the one I tried in Barcelona, I decided to come here with my hubby just have a look. The cable cars actual located a bit away from the city centre, it is more ment for the people who want to go to the zoo. Which that wasn't out plan. We decided to buy the return ticket and use it as a round trip. So as usual, there was a queuing line But it was much less people here compared with one I've been in Barcelona. It took about 20 minutes, and we got our tickets. The tickets were quite acceptable price. If the person already got the ticket online, just talk to the manager at the entrance. They will let you in. There are much more cable cars here, I think, they probably got more than 50 of them, according to the number I saw. But I don't think they run them all at once. So after couple more minutes, we finally could get on it and enjoy the view. The jounery rom point A to B took us about 10 minutes. And it actually was better experience than I was expected. We didn't need to stick the people we didn't know. And they were enough space to move around and switch places. Well, probably is better not to do it, it was a bit shaky. The view was amazing. We could see the old town from this distance and we see also lucky with the weather, the view was real clear. We made some great picture. And the green around was really refreshing. We had a good time here.

Yelp
Just fun! You'll want to take it round trip unless you have kids because on the other side is just a playground. It offers a full 360 degree look at the beautiful city of Madrid. Totally worth it. One tip: you can buy tickets ahead of time online to avoid the cue.

Yelp
Pretty cheap, view is alright. The talking cable car is weird. Kids might enjoy it, but it will surely burst any romantic bubble. Note that there isn't much at the other end. So, for tourists, it's advisable to get a round-trip ticket. If you do get a single-way, and don't have a car waiting on the other side, you can walk through the park to a Metro station, but bring a gps and some good shoes.

Yelp
A nice experience in Madrid offering aerial views of the city and the parks. It takes a good walk to get here or a cheap cab ride. The price isn't bad and you can find coupons in a lot of the booklets given out at hotels. The other side is worth a quick stop but not a long stay so get a round trip ticket.

Yelp
We went to the Teleférico on a very busy day (Monday 2016-10-31, Halloween) so there was a queue, but it moved quite fast. I was a bit annoyed that on such a busy day they were sometimes putting only two people into the six-person gondolas, at least put two pairs in and get the queue moving a bit quicker. The journey and the view were superb, well worth it. The major disappointment was the food at the the Casa de Campo Park restaurant at the top. The service was very very slow and disorganised. When we got our food it was sub standard, especially so for the price charged. I chose the Wiener Schnitzel. It was pretty awful - the covering was not the usual breadcrumbs, it was more like batter. It was such poor meat that it was chewy and I broke the plastic fork trying to cut it with the plastic knife!

Yelp
I live in Madrid and I would definitely recommend this to visitors. I might even take it again myself! I dont think the tickets are too expensive (3,85€ one way and 5,60€ roundtrip). The ride is about 10 or so minutes long and you get to see the whole Casa de Campo (park). The cable car does not take you too far into the park, but to a good point where you can walk around, go to the amusment park, or the zoo. You can also just do one way where you take the metro there and then catch it back or vice versa. The closest metro stop is Bátan on the number 10 (dark blue line). Make sure to check when it runs (less during the winter / spring time and apparently not when it rains) before going and give yourself time to walk around the park as its BEAUTIFUL. Also be careful of getting lost, :)
