What a gorgeous place to enjoy a delicious meal! This is a perfect place for a special occasion. I had a gastronomical lunch experience filled with local delights like “The Camp” Nasi Goreng – a feast of heritage rice produced by local farmers from the Payangan village, Wagyu beef satay, and grilled king prawn. I also could not resist the classic Indonesian seafood Mie Goreng. I also indulged in lights bites like chicken satay served over smoking charcoal and lobster wonton – a delish cacophony of spring onion, coriander, mango chutney, and chicken satay.

We’re in Ubud and just found Capella Ubud on our social media. My boyfriend and I went there around 5 PM, we not even staying overnight, just for dinner. And OMG… the service? 10,000/10. If I could give 10 stars, I totally would. From the security, receptionist, restaurant? everyone was SUPER NICE. But BIG shoutout to Bli who served us…(Bli Suwandi) he was VERY VERY VERY GOOD! Hands down the best service I’ve ever had in my life. The food? Super tasty, huge portions, and totally worth the price. Bli even surprised us with free hot chocolate + marshmallows, and brought mosquito repellent. Like seriously… how sweet can people be? I almost never write reviews, but for this place I just have to. I’ll keep coming back here again and again, and if you’re in Ubud, you NEED to try, nope you MUST. Stay here if you can, but even just coming for lunch or dinner is already worth it. And don’t get me started on the vibes… the pool, the interior, the whole place is just GORGEOUS. My rating: 10,000/10!!! You guys HAVE to check this place out 💗

Had afternoon tea there a few days ago. The food was great and the service is definitely among the best I have ever encountered. The staff is so caring and friendly. Lovely view of the jungle and the pool. Capella is a unique hotel that focuses on making every detail special. The restaurant is no exception. Even their toilet is astonishing in concept and design. Loved everything about it. Will definitely be back soon.

The most serene and peaceful spot to enjoy a drink, high up in the jungle among the trees. The setting is absolutely stunning, the drinks are excellent, and the staff are brilliant. Our servers – Ayu, Dits, and Suyasa – were fantastic.

Came here with friends a few days ago for an afternoon tea. The food and drinks were amazing. Delicious and well presented. The staff was very accommodating of our requests. They truly care about the guests and they show it to you from the moment you enter the restaurant. Will definitely be back soon.

What a lovely place to dine! The food was amazing and when I say amazing I mean the best I have had so far in Bali. I ordered Seafood Mie Goreng for mains and the flavours blew my mind. Flavours were really close to home. Everything was as close to Balinese flavours as I wanted. Hats off to the owner for preserving Balinese culture in a beautiful way. Talking about service, Eris was really polite and showed us a few nice parts of the Capella after the meal. Atmosphere was lovely overall. Wish I had time to make a reservation for lunch as well the next day and see the view in the day time. P.S. Reservation is required but really smooth process.

We are guests coming from the Four Seasons Ubud and didn't expect better, but once we were here, every single detail of the restaurant was outstanding, and the services from Era were unreal. It’s a hospitality experience on the next level. Please give her a raise. The food is delicious. When you have a Bali belly, the chef also carefully takes care of your stomach, making sure you feel good.

Treated myself to an early bday dinner at Capella’s restaurant during my solo trip in Bali last May 23. I have to say all was spectacular and overwhelming. From the. Kindness of the staff to the food and service. The full experience will remain fixed in my memory forever. I mixed and matched fish dishes that night and it was memorable. All so tasty and fresh. Shoutout to this place and the Italian Chef!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Also had some time after dinner at their campfire watching black & white movies and drinking ginger tea under a wonderful sky full of stars. This place is something different and every traveller who touches Bali should go and check it out!!
