Unfortunately, my experience at your restaurant was disappointing due to poor service. While the food was reasonably good, the service fell far short of expectations. The male server was unfriendly from the beginning, setting a negative tone for the meal.
The most unacceptable part came when I asked for my change. The amount was over my intended tip, so I requested the difference. Instead of handling this professionally, the server returned my change in an excessive and disrespectful manner—approximately 20 coins, including several ten-cent sol coins. This felt intentionally offensive, as though my request for change was unwelcome or bothersome.
While I understand there may be language barriers or cultural differences, this behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. A restaurant should value its customers and train its staff to treat everyone with respect, regardless of circumstances. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issues to prevent similar experiences for future customers.
