Came in today after trying to place a click-and-collect order online, which ended up being cancelled for some reason. I was refunded, but decided to head to the store anyway and try my luck. Not exactly impressed with the eCommerce experience, but the in-store team completely turned things around.
In the kids’ section, two staff members really stood out — one guided me to the Liewood shelves, and the other found a replacement bottle after I noticed the one I picked up was missing its box. Friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful.
I’ve been here a few times before for Dyson, Liewood, and other brands that are not always easy to find elsewhere. I’m also part of their Goodie loyalty programme, which makes each visit that bit more rewarding.
This is one of the few times I’ve felt a full five stars were truly warranted — great service, well-organised store, and a team that actually cares. Sadly, I never got the name of the lady who helped me with the bottle & even gift-wrapped the items. If based on invoice then maybe Emilia!
