I’ve been a loyal guest here since 2019 and have always liked the area, returning almost every year (apart from during Covid and when the hotel wasn’t available). Sadly, the experience has steadily declined.||When I first stayed, guests were offered coffee and a muffin each morning, which was later reduced to just coffee – and now there’s nothing at all. On my most recent two-night stay, my room wasn’t serviced after the first night, and no goodwill gesture was offered to acknowledge this.||I even shared this feedback directly with the hotel, but disappointingly never received a reply. That lack of acknowledgement, combined with the drop in standards, means I’ll definitely be looking elsewhere for future visits to the area.
