Magic City Casino 450 NW 37th Ave., Miami, FL 33125 4 Stars In Miami, everyone is a Cuban irredentist. However, living in Miami is apparently acceptable to this passionate group. Second --and third-generation Cuban-Americans abound at Magic City Casino. For my second foray into the Casino Review Landscape, I began on the casino floor. The Casino is full of the newest class 3 slots, or "Las Vegas" style slot machines. While I did not notice a high-limit area, I could have missed one. They do not have any live table games in the casino, but they do have an abundance of video roulette and craps machines. Literally wall-to-wall, as one can see in the pictures. Making my way into the card room. I noticed that everyone was Speaking Spanish. Just be aware that the English-only law for poker rooms is not being enforced here. The dealers are all solid in their card-handling skills and fluent in English. They only comp water and coffee, so if you like to drink while you play, be prepared to pay for liquor. Not only do they have loads of table games in their Poker Room, but they also have tables for Texas Hold 'Em, Three Card Poker, High Card Flush, and 5-card Stud, as well as daily poker promotions. After my modest win at the last reviewed casino, I sat at a 1-2 no-limit Texas Hold 'Em table again. I had dinner reservations at 5 PM, so I had roughly two hours to ply my luck. Magic City Casino has an extremely generous Players Club with bountiful rewards. The rake per hand is consistent with non-Indian gaming. The Big Boy says, "The slots are loose and fun, and the poker room is live. I won $62.00 in two hours. Not a bad take for a fun time."

Out dated.. very small.. no smoking.. no dining options and if you don’t speak Spanish, don’t come. Awful experience. Awful customer service. Literally sat at the bar with an empty drink and no other customers for 20 minutes. Not to mention the small size drinks for 14 DOLLARS! Will never be back again. Do not come!

Hidden gem in the middle of the city. Great salsa scene Friday and Saturday night with salsa classes and great salsa groups. Have to visit!

The deli is awesome. The coffee was very good. The sports betting section was cool. Old dog tracks converted to a concert venue.

First time attending a jai alai match it was the most fun sport watching setting ! I was so happily surprised how much my group of 7 enjoyed the whole experience. It is a very dynamic sport and presented in a very festive vibrant manner. They have outdone themselves in reviving the sport in a high quality manner ensuring quality in the sportsmanship and value to the viewing audience. We had a blast and will come back again and again

We always have a blast at Magic City. There is an abundance of gaming machines and a variety of food options. While it may not be as large as the Hard Rock, it remains a solid choice for us whenever we want to try our luck.

Google
We went to a concert and it is a great venue. Good view from most seats. Not much in the food selection in the casino at the snack bar but sufficient for the night. $30 buffet would have been okay if we wanted seafood but more than we wanted. Music was great and felt like we had room to move in and around your seat. Numbered seats appreciated, we were off center and midway to the stage. Loud enough and still able to communicate with each other. Great venue wondering why it is not used more often?

Google
Went for the hamburger bash party. $50 tickets but completely worth it. Was crowded in the beginning but slowed down once everyone was getting full. Tons of options for burgers, pies, and even more choices for drinks. The music was awesome.

Yelp
Here for Freestyle concert! If you're from Miami this was the vibe in the 80's and 90's!!!!!!

Yelp
We went to the Air Supply concert and had a great time. There are many bars to get drinks. I didn't see any food being sold. The restroom is inside the casino. It's very clean, big and modern. No line:) There is a security check to enter concert area. No outside beverages allowed. Parking is free and easy. The upper level seating is covered by a roof.

Yelp
This review is for the Jai- Alai at Magic City Casino. We were happy to catch the last game of the Spring season. Free admission and free parking is always nice! I've lived in South Florida over 25 years and had always seen signs for Jai Alai and now I know what it is. What a cool sport, and a cool little arena space they have. They got refreshments, bar, games area for families. Really cool vibe and fun to a Friday night date night. We are looking forward to the next season!

Yelp
I have been coming to Magic City Casino for over 12 years and the new poker room looks amazing, Today I saw Yusimi which has been working there for over 7 years as a security . She has not change since day one. Her professionalism and awareness to details has gone unnoticed and I decided to make people aware of presence and is one of the assets that Magic City Casino has, To some people this is that she is just doing her job but to others she is beyond of what she was hire to. Yelp
We purchased tickets to see the Magic City Lights event on a Friday which was held during the Christmas season and also took the opportunity to explore the casino. The venue appears to be a melting pot of Hispanic individuals where people of all ages come together. You will find a lively area in the slot machine room where a DJ spins Latino music and people dance, socialize, or play. When hunger strikes make your way to 1952 Cafe, restaurant. The concept is simple but provides a diverse menu that caters to a variety of diners. While the food may not have Michelin-star expectations, it delivers great value for the money without compromising on quality. A friendly employee recommended trying the Lomo Saltado which we did and we were not disappointed. We also ordered a Caesar salad.

Yelp
While the ambient and facilities are probably the best, and the food prices and services leave every body else behind , it's clean good fun. After spending over $1,000 at the slots.. my take home was $0. It's kind of far for me. Due to the low paying range it'll give 3 stars... won't be spending ever that much again in there. It's a good place.. but don't u go and spend more than a few bucks looking for a big pay out. It just doesn't happens

Sherry W.

Yelp
I went on a Friday night for the Air Supply concert. There was a line to enter and a staff member grabbed us and some others to go upstairs to another entrance sign no line. There is security check that look in hour bag and metal defected wand you. No outside beverage are allowed. The seats are comfortable and have cup holders. There are many bars open. I didn't see any food being sold. The restroom is inside the casino. It's large and very clean and modern. You then have to go thru security again to re enter concert. The upper level seats are roof covered. Parking was easy and free.

Yelp
Crap hole since the Windy creek take over, expect to lose your shirt!! They cheat, lock machines no bonus after 2k in, denominations, freeze machines in the middle of bonus play... all the locals know and that's why they've been asking why people aren't coming back!! How about you pay out once in a while instead of being pigs....

Yelp
What they lack in professionalism they make up for in low prices. Come if you're in a resilient mood.

Yelp
So I was recently in Vegas on the day they dropped the mask mandate and instantly the next day if you were fully vaccinated you did not have to wear a mask. Clearly the management doesn't believe the science or the federal or state government saying masks are no longer required. Secondly workers here don't speak English, at all. I speak Spanish but last I checked we were in the USA. When you ask a question in English, the staff here is rude. Their website advertises the fronton is open and Jai Alai is on Sat,Sun,Mon, and Tuesday. We even called to confirm. We were told the information was correct. A few days later we arrived and nobody seemed to know where the front on is. When we found it we were told that games were only viewable via television and only on Saturday. This place is a total joke and I will never return.

Yelp
Been to the poker room several times throughout the years. I like its uniqueness with the big windows with the view of the palm trees and Miami skylines. Poker is very good here, games are good and loose. Dealers are friendly and professional. The supervisor was friendly and opened a table for us waiting. They have bathrooms in the room so you don't have to walk half a block to wash your hands. Didn't hit a promotion but with them going every 30 minutes i expect i will soon.

Yelp
Magic city was one of the first casinos I ever played poker at. I've been there a few more times but realized there were better spots in Miami. The action here is great, and you will get some very loose play. The poker room its self is okay, nothing really incredible. The buy ins are standard 100 BB max. Expect a lot of spanish speaking between players and staff. I don't like playing here because it mostly feels like gambling instead of playing poker. People will call with anything at times. Chips will be splashed around, so if you don't mind being called down by 9-4 offsuit and taking some bad beats from unsuspecting hands, then this is a solid place for you. As for me, I can't stand that style of play, so I stay far away.

Jay P.

Yelp
I went tonight to a event well I couldn't hangout with my friends their Vip was no where near accessible for a disable person two set of stairs and no ramp upon bringing it up to staff and management they were no help I do not recommend you go there

Yelp
I guess it's my fault for not knowing most casinos in Florida don't offer love dealers and tables games. This place promoted having Craps everywhere but when we got there it looked like Chuck E Cheese. I was misled to believe there was a craps table but they didn't even have a Craps machine! (if those even exist, I've never seen one) Annoying! But I played virtual blackjack and won $1,000+ so that's why I at least give this place 1 star. Lol Don't come here if you're looking for any live dealers or live table games. Total bummer!

Yelp
Despite passing by it every day, it has only been in the last couple of months that I have gone to Magic City Casino. While I cannot comment on the casino portion of the place, I can comment on it as a host for shows. You see, I have attended Croquetapalooza and The Chonga Girls World Tour featuring Abuela there. Now before anything, I must say that one of the things this place has going for it is the vast amount of free parking. Yes, free parking! How often do you see this as these large venues? Not to mention that they are extremely organized and they have systems where you can buy tickets online. Eventbrite anyone? Score! The first time I attended a show there was back in August. It was Croquetapalooza and it was sold out. There easily must have been over 1,000 attendees, and yet, it was manageable to walk, if a bit difficult to find chairs. Still, the place was kept clean and the event ran smoothly. No one left home hungry, which is an impressive feat in itself given the amount of people who went. Anyway, the second show I went to was The Chonga Girls World Tour featuring Abuela. This show was much smaller than Croquetapalooza, but I think it surprised me much more because they had so much seating available. It also did not feel cramped at all, so needless to say, when they mentioned the show sold out I was shocked. Something to note if you attend a show. They have a VIP Lounge. Both times I have gone, it has been open, but I do not know if that is always the case. At any rate, once the show ends, you can always gamble or go downstairs to the Burger Beast Museum. The place is popping with options. No way to be bored there, that's for sure.

Yelp
This is the worst casino I have ever been to, and believe me I've been to many! They are extremely TIGHT and when you finally get a bonus it pays you little or nothing! I bet a range of bets and play all denoms from .01 to 12.50 and nothing seemed to work. I am loving my stay in Miami but MAGIC CITY can kick rocks with open toe sandals
google avatar

Amy M.

Yelp
I guess because I am from a state that has 2 huge casinos, Magic City is like a hole in the wall. 1 level of slot machines. I was there to attend an event which was good but the casino itself is run down and old. Drinks were well priced and made very strong. I wouldn't go here again unless it Was for an event. I did eat at the concession stand. The potato ball and empanada was amazingly good!

Yelp
Came here solely for a concert of Three Dog Night and Little River Band. The concerts are held in the back of where the Casino is located at the previously Flagler Dog Track. I believe voters changed dogs from running anymore they felt it was in humane. Beautiful spot for concerts and they have food trucks on the field for light bites. I had a soft pretzel it was not great. As for the refreshment offering it was more generic no name offerings so I stuck with Bud Light in a can at least I know what I am drinking. Depending on which stand you went to depending on what you paid sad commentary on poorly trained staff or perhaps the girl with no line charges $24. for a rot gut Gin & Tonic to anyone that dare ask her for a drink thus no line. Concert was great as it was a cool night out and you could see the Miami Downtown skyline in a distance. Acoustics not great but a nice evening out with hubby and that's all that matters. After the concert the valet and parking lot was backed up so rather than call Uber we went in the Casino. It was interesting to say the least as we are not gamblers so we listened to the band they had instead. Got drinks at a mere fraction of the price from outside at the concert and the labels on the bottles I could identify. We sat at a penny slot machine and played our luck or lack of for penny slots lol. Anyway great people watching not as glitzy a Casino as you would find Las Vegas or the Hard Rock. Would think twice before coming back here.

Yelp
They finally shut down the dog races and what an upgrade!! Today I was at the Luv me tenders event thanks to Yelp and it was perfect for an early Sunday evening suitable for everyone. The track covered in grass and a stage had amazing music. Atmosphere was really good. Busy but not too packed. I'll definitely go more often to concerts and events now!

Yelp
Came here with a friend and my daughter. My daughter didnt have her ID so she couldnt come on. Ugh The concert here was sold out parking was horrible. My daughter left in an uber when she hot home she realized she had the keys to the car. LOL needless to say I m not putting a dollar in a machine tonight. The band playing is a great but tonight you can not hear the vocalist. Sad because they are good. On the upside they also are great musicians. They need a bigger area to play with the crowd the attract.

Yelp
Machines pay well, but the Magic City Pelota combination race book and restaurant on the third floor is pathetic. On September 9, 2022, I ordered food, during which I was told by the food worker "if you don't buy a $20.00 voucher, you can't eat by the restaurant, it would have to be to go". I wanted to go back to the slots, so I ordered it to go. I bet a race while waiting for my food, and I sat down waiting. A huge bald Latin male security guard came over and told me "You can't be here"! My response "I'm waiting for food, and I bet the race. I'm NOT a $2.00 race better either!" There were only 5 other people in the area at the time, and lots of empty seats and tables. "You can't be here"! Where was I supposed to wait for my food, and do you think I will go that restaurant again? NO! I felt offended, went back to the casino and told the manager (Nadia?) about the situation, asking if white people aren't welcomed at Magic City? She said the Casino doesn't own the restaurant or the race book, and she instructed me to go to the casino security office and complain, I DID! When the Security office took a copy of my players card verifying my complaint, they said they "know exactly who you described, it couldn't be anyone else". I asked again, if he harassed me because I was white, and their response was, we will tell the supervisor. FYI, my wife is a Latina, I speak Spanish, and wasn't the taking any seat for people that were waiting. Again, only 5 others were there. Magic City do your policies approve racism? Magic City, racism has no place in Florida!

Yelp
What a fun place on a Friday night! We only came because we saw their banner on a plane while we were laying on the beach! As soon as my friend and I came up the escalator, salsa music was blasting and we saw the cutest group of old people dancing the night away! The Hot Stuff Wicked Wheel slot machine was a great time! Every time we won, it played the hot stuff song. When you sign up with the casino, they give you a badge. You have to play 20 sessions then return to the service desk and they upload $20 on it. There were creepers here and there but that's everywhere!

Yelp
Lousy excuse of a poker room, I waited over half an hour to get in a simple 1-2 poker game and the host wasn't even there to put my name on the long list since they don't want to hire dealers and only had a few tables running while all of the poker tables were full. I told the host once she finally showed up that I had been waiting to put my name but instead she took other peoples names and put them on the list and told me I'll be next and then continue to neglect that I have been waiting there. Poor service and tiny casino where there's a bunch of police that sit on their phone and do nothing.

Yelp
1952 Cafe was awesome. I didnt know it was here. There was alot to choose from salad bar, to shrimp, omelette station, ham n pork. Lots of meats, rice, chicken soup, and finally dessert. Ice cream or all sorts of Spanish custards. Will definitely come back for the $15, a glass of misosa is also included.

Yelp
I don't gamble often. Every time I'm at Magic City Casino it's usually for a Burger Beast Event (can't wait for his museum to open). I'll be at Magic City Casino again for Croquetapalooza 2016 (I can't wait). The casino is very clean and staff are friendly. The casino has tons of free parking available which is great. Even on the busiest of night you somehow manage to find parking with ease. The bathrooms at Magic City Casino are clean. This casino is located in the heart of the City of Miami which I love. I think it might be the biggest casino after the Miccosukee Resort and Casino. You will feel safe at this casino. There's plenty of security and police on property. The City of Miami Police Department does a phenomenal job by always providing plenty of officers in and around the casino.
google avatar

Jenny M.

Yelp
The casino is a lot smaller than I imagined. The thing that I loved,it is a smoke free casino. So as you walk in you are not hit in the nostrils the intense cigarette smell. We went for their seafood buffet and it wasn't anything out of this world. They barely had anything to choose from. The salmon was really good and so were their steamed vegetables.Where the slot machines were located they had an amazing salsa band performing, that I really liked. We tried out the dog races, I was extremely confused because I have never paid attention to it but many bets were constantly placed but so many ppl. Lastly their poker room was PACKED, you could tell intense concentration was going down. They have plenty of parking space. Offer complimentary pick up starting at 5pm, this is good for ppl visiting Miami. If you go to the players club Desk they give you gifts sometimes even money to start a game. Food trucks are there on the third Saturday of the month.

Yelp
I went on Friday night. and I have the blue card. and they told me that there is no more promotion. that's all good. But what I did not like at all that he asked about my cash back. And the answer was we already counted the money. come another day and reluctantly. and how weird that they closed at 2 am and that was like of 1:10 am

Yelp
This was my first time here. I came tonight to partake in the Burger's Beast's Luv Me Tenders event. I must say that I had a great time. There were 12 venders out by the track frying up chicken tenders. Once you've tried all that you can try, you are asked to vote for your favorite tender. Of the 12, I only felt that 2 of them were worth talking about. One of them was really good and apparently won in 2015, 2016 and 2017. I wouldn't be surprised if they won again for 2018. There was about 3 venders out for desserts. I was finally able to taste a bacon donut. Needlessly to say, I am not a fan. There was one vender, Miami's Roasted Corn I believe, had really good lemonade. The guy was outside of the truck making it fresh and I must say that it was quite delicious. As far as Magic City Casino, they don't seem to get much business. It seems that they depend on events like this to bring in money because while the chicken tender event was going on so was a live band concert that folks brought tickets for. It was all in the same area, so it was a bit hard to determine who was for what event. In the end, I guess it really didn't matter. However all of this is just my perception and I could be totally wrong. The event staff that we encountered throughout check-in and the event was nice. Upon arrival, the event staff out front didn't have a clue about the event so it took a while to get to the right part of the casino. Overall, I had a really good time at this event.

Yelp
Magic City Casino will always hold a very special place in my heart. This was the first (and my original favorite casino) when I moved to South Florida from Pennsylvania and honestly, felt like my first real introduction into South Florida... What I always loved about this place was the vibe. Coming here late at night, a little drunk, I can sit down, play some slots, here some live music (in Spanish) and just either continue drinking and hopefully winning some money on the penny slots along the way. The casino itself is always clean, a little too smokey, but still clean. It's not the biggest casino so it's probably easier if you just find a slot and stay there (hopefully it feeds you some money). The staff is super nice here and the drinks are constantly being shuffled around. It's a casino I still feel safe at even though it may not be in the absolute best neighborhood. I've seen concerts here. I've won $1,000 here, I've lost money here, and I once had a friend get stuck in the escalator, breaking the escalator for awhile- good times. I love this place. Always have, always will.

Yelp
I recently went here for a concert with the Romantics, Knight Ranger and Rick Springfield. I actually couldn't find that much information about their concerts before I went so here's a quick summary to help others. I bought my tickets on their website for $20 standing room and this was an amazing bargain. They setup the stage outside on the edge of the Greyhound track but the standing room gives you a great view. There were a few food trucks selling pizza, burgers, beers etc. Most of the vendors were cash only so I recommend bringing cash with you. Parking was free and super easy.

Jordan W.

Yelp
The Saving Grace of this establishment is: there is a small outdoor concert venue located around back & concerts are now being performed again. Hence the 5 stars. This Old Timey casino is a hotspot for the Spanish-speaking Crowd from Little Havana. Pros: Small outdoor concert venue located out back. This establishment is located in a central location near freeway entrance. Big parking lot. Plenty of bathrooms. Cons: The casino offers a surprisingly small and very low-quality concession stand located on Casino Floor. Cuban snacks and coffee basically, hots dogs, and the worst pizza ever can be had. None of the bars on site offer IPA's. The concert events are run by a separate 'concert event staff', hence none of the employees on site (including box-office employees) have a clue about what's going on regarding special events/event details. Pro Tip: Go in with super low expectations and have an open mind. Enjoy the live music.

Yelp
Came here after being told this casino is huge. It's not only tiny, it's extremely underwhelming as well. Only poker tables, no other games aside from slots. Masks are optional which quite frankly sucks for this kind of environment, they should be mandatory.
google avatar

Jason H.

Yelp
Nothing special about their slot floor. New and old games with some adjustable denoms. I didnt see anyone win anything that req a w2g, but the floor was busy. The poker room is also typical. 2/4 limit, and couple nl games running. Busy room. 520, their restaurant, was truly disappointing. Ordered a cheesesteak.. barely edible, lacking flavor. Took forever to come out the fries were barely lukewarm. I forgot the servers name, but he was just as absent as the flavor. It's obviously a place the local degens go to pass time. I'd probably come back only to see jai alai. Still have no clue what that's all about.

Yelp
They have this huge parking lot for such a small casino. I think even if my visit had not been during COVID, I still would rate this casino the same. I went on the weekend and of course casinos are usually more busy on the weekends. They had the machines quarantined off to every other machine due to COVID so it was very hard to find a machine that was accessible because everyone was hoarding machines since they knew nothing else was available. There really aren't any decent slots here either. All of them seem a bit old and not exciting. It reminds me of some of the casinos that are inside manufactured trailers in Oklahoma except this one is in the heart of Miami. I guess I can say that I'm glad they were somewhat sticking to COVID protocols but honestly I couldn't see myself spending much time inside the casino once inside as there's really not much room. The cops were on-site as well. I don't know if that's a regular thing or if just due to the weekend crowd. I don't even think they were serving drinks/cocktails because the staff were hard to find.

Yelp
Thanks to my brother and sister in law for tickets :) I've been coming here for the past year for all the Ultimate Miami events. Came here on Friday night for the Ultimate Miami bartender/dessert event with the TKA & Covergirls concert after. They even had a surprise guest Nyasia!!!! I was in heaven, truly an old skool night. Brought me back the hotwheels days and you know I wanted to bust the shuffle. Anyhow there were so many drinks and desserts to try they were all delish and I enjoyed every drink and bite. When the concert began after the event I felt like a teen again. Singing and dancing to all the songs..what a great night. If you haven't been to one of the Ultimate Miami events you must go, trust me the experience will be worth it and this past Friday night was another memory in the books for my besties and I!

Yelp
Best poker room in the country. Best run by far. Excellent dealers. Outstanding service. We are blessed. The floor and supervisors are very professional. We can't wait to go back.

The service for African Americans is horrible. I do not recommend going to this place for a nice time. They skip over you when ordering food or drinks and the wait is horrible. I waited 45 minutes for a hot dog and was looked over repeatedly. Tables speak Spanish. This is the worst casino and they have no fairness or respect towards black people.

Yelp
Magic City Casino had a good run for many years but post COVID, they've not been able to get back to the level of offering great entertainment options like they've done in the past. The free stuff does not cut it. The radio does better. Obviously COVID played a role in their short term demise but in 2022 when other venues had recovered, MCC clearly struggled. This year is not looking promising at all. It's not clear what the issue is but it is evident they aren't as attractive as they've been in the past to higher grade performers. I won't be around until they up their game again.

Yelp
With all the lousy experiences I have had in this place you would think I would learn to avoid it. Nothing much has changed since my last visit except it appears they have revamped the outside stage area for concerts. I am on the mailing list for this dump (Magic City Casino), so they sent me an email stating to come to a Jai Alai event, doors open at 1:00pm, and a free hat giveaway "while supplies last." I went with a friend, and we played the machines for a while and then went in for the Jai Alai. We were the second and third people in so when we asked for our free hat, and we were told it would be given at 4:00pm after the Jai Alai. If that is the case, it is a mystery as to why they would make a statement about when the doors opened and while supplies last. We had arrived early to play but had no intention on spending the entire day there. The advertisement was extremely misleading. The clientele at Magic City is flat-out low rent and there is a seedy vibe about the place. I have never seen such a trashy casino, even in the Caribbean. Check out the food vendor located right on the Casino floor selling croquetas and papa relleno, tacky as hell.

Yelp
The poker room had plenty of tables going on a weekday. The dealers and staff were very friendly and helpful. Big windows with very nice views of the Miami Skyline. Enjoyed our time there

Yelp
The drinks were great but the machines didn't work that well and there was one snobby cocktail waitress giving dirty looks to my friends and I. I even had to ask her what her problem was when all we wanted to do was be there get cash have fun and get drinks

Yelp
Honestly thinking of filing a lawsuit. I cannot believe the level of discrimination I was treated after politely asking why patrons need to walk down three flights of stairs to receive a basic glass of wine. Apparently my question was so offensive that they sent the cops to our table to escort me out In front of my friends. It was laughable as we were glad to leave ... the only people in this pathetic "restaurant" that apparently requires its own customers to walk downstairs to get their own drinks despite what appeared to be a FULL bar in front of us.

Yelp
1952 cafe is on the 3 floor. Sunday brunch is very good. $15 includes one drink after that is $3 extra drink. Food is is great with live music.

Yelp
If your expecting a full blown casino, then this is not the place to go. Check out the Hard Rock Casino or Seminole in Hollywood. However, this place is a really great alternative if you don't want to make the drive to Broward county. Unfortunately, Magic City Casino does not offer live table games, but they do offer most of the basic table games in full size computerized video format to simulate the live dealer experience. On a positive note: If Poker is your game, then you are in luck, because they do have a live poker room. Overall, aside from the smell of smoke in some areas (as with most gambling facilities), this is a relatively clean casino and its convenient if you live in Miami-Dade county.

Yelp
Reviews speak for themselves. The staff is okay, but the people are VERY LOW CLASS. A bunch of broke ghetto people with very low standards. Very unsafe if you go alone as a women. The staff will not defend you if a drunk old man is being inappropriate. I played in the poker room and it was a nightmare. Honestly the worst casino I've ever played at and I've traveled and played poker all over the US. I came here while I was in town a few years back and it was really nice. Since then it's gone WAY DOWN HILL.

Yelp
Magic City Casino is a great place to have fun. Whether you want to play, dance or drink, you will enjoy your night! On Friday's and Saturdays, there's live music at the lobby. Drinks are affordable starting at $5.50 & everyday there's a beer special at only $3.00! I truly recommend this place!!!

Yelp
Magic City wasnt what I expected. Going to casinos in Vegas and New Mexico Im used to far larger more active casinos. Everything here is automated, meaning there are no live dealers everything is electronic. But it casino was nice, clean, and the staff was friendly. They have a small food court area and a bar. All in all it wasnt a bad experience a good way to spend some time out of the sun. But if your used to larger casinos you will get bored rather quickly here

Yelp
wow This place can be a lot of fun but you have to go in expecting the bar scene from the original Star Wars The people watching is top notch If you like the website People of WalMart, you will love it here My favorite part is watching the doggies race but they are over in like 21 seconds and then you have to wait a half hour for the next one They also have been adding some pretty interesting concerts Here is the upcoming schedule Maybe a UYE is in order MARCH 12 @ 8PM GIN BLOSSOMS & SUGAR RAY MARCH 19, APRIL 9, APRIL 29 @10:30 &Midnight CHIRINO SISTERS MARCH 26 @ 10PM An Intimate evening with TAYLOR DAYNE APRIL 3 @ 4PM AMERICA & DAVE MASON APRIL 17 @ 4PM THE VILLAGE PEOPLE & THE SPINNERS They also have Badia Friday Night Fights, Live Boxing on April 8th and May 6th Check out their calendar for all their interesting promotion Come here with a modest budget, learn to play some of the games and how to gamble and for the equivalent price of dinner and a movie you can have a great time doing something a bit different You never know, you might actually go home with more than you came with and some funny stories to tell your friends
