20 Disney World Secrets You've Never Heard Before

"A nostalgic entry corridor designed with deliberate visual and practical touches: the sidewalks and color choices were selected to evoke historic small-town charm and more photogenic scenes, the flags are subtly altered so they can remain permanently displayed (and their poles double as lightning protection), the second-level windows honor notable employees with commemorative dedications, and scent-diffusion systems are used to waft comforting aromas like baked goods to enhance the guest experience." - Carlye Wisel Carlye Wisel Carlye Wisel is one of the nation's leading theme park journalists. We paid $50 for preferred parking - “a fool and his money are soon parted” comes to mind. This made no sense at all as we walked a considerable distance instead of being able to take the trolley from our parking lot. Save your money for the “$4.00” bottled water at the park - you will need it!

Very quick service

You can find a bus to any Disney property resort here. They run earlier than the parks are open and late enough for any park stragglers. Expect about a 20 minute wait. I think I recall, strollers need to be folded up and of course, priority to those with accessibility needs.

Busses remain the primary means if transportation between the parks and to and from the resorts on property. There are other options depending on your destination, such as the skylines or monorail, but for the most part, unless you have your own car, you are still stuck using the busses. Usually this is just fine, but at peak hours especially, the wait can be a bit ridiculous.

Tons of people. Would be much better with less people! You spend most of your time waiting in line. Still had a good time.

Board your complimentary buses to any Disney destination (hotel or park) here. Beware: no direct link to Disney Springs is available. You first need to get to any hotel and then take another service to Disney Springs. Just to keep in mind

Had a really great day here and the fireworks show at night was really well done. Splash mountain and Space Mountain both were such great rides.

Great for kids, just go into it knowing you'll wait for everything because everyone has the genie pass
