MAGIC MOMENT RESORT & KIDS CLUB

I had recently stayed here for one week with my family and I wish things went better than it did. As soon as we came in from our long drive, the employee that was checking me in did not make me feel welcomed at all. She kept rolling her eyes & sighing heavy whenever I asked to repeat something. I personally am having problems with my hearing & I wish she could’ve been more patient. Instead, she shoved me off to another employee to finish helping my mom. During check in, the only thing that was communicated was that you HAVE TO pay for the resort fee. There was no explanation on what this fee included, no discussion of the shuttles, nothing was mentioned of breakfast, pool times, nothing; they just make u pay $200 resort fee and don’t discuss nothing. Then going into our rooms was another problem. While I appreciated getting clean towels everyday, I wished they cleaned the rooms more often than just every 3 days. Especially since I paid $200 for the “resort fee”. We saw some cockroaches in our bedrooms, in the bathroom and in the coffee machine! I was able to get some breakfast a couple of times. It was over crowded, difficult to find a table & when I did, people would still push you.. you have to make your own waffles even given the resort fee included had to pay. On a positive note, the location on this hotel is perfect to go back and forth to the theme parks and there are so many options for food/ restaurants.

My family and I were so excited about our trip that we arrived much earlier than expected—around 7:30 AM, even though check-in wasn’t until 3 PM. Thankfully, we met Daily at the front desk, and she was absolutely amazing! She greeted us with warmth and genuine enthusiasm, and she went above and beyond to help accommodate us. Her kindness and dedication made us feel so welcome. If you ever have the pleasure of meeting her, know that you’re in great hands—she’s truly a lifesaver. Thanks again, Daily, for making our day so special!

We had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this resort during our Florida vacation! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. The check-in process was smooth, and our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after our busy days exploring. The resort grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. We especially loved the [pool area/spa/lounge/kids’ activities – customize here depending on what you enjoyed most]. It was clear that a lot of thought goes into making the resort both family-friendly and relaxing for adults. One of the standout aspects was the service — every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We truly felt like valued guests. Location-wise, it was ideal — close to [mention any nearby attractions, like Disney, Universal, or beaches], yet peaceful and quiet enough to unwind. We can’t say enough good things about our stay. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with family, or in a group, this resort is a perfect choice. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family!

I could not have asked for a better time during our stay! The staff was absolutely amazing and my kids (ages 10 all the way down to 2) had a blast. Even my 16 yo niece enjoyed the teen zone. The breakfast was also amazing. 100% would recommend and return

Room is good but they don’t have microwave oven which is inconvenient if you travel with kids or if you want to heat your own food. They have 1 oven for each building and people wait in queue to heat their food. Our room was too far and it was raining during our stay and it made our stay an hectic stay. Breakfast was good, cafeteria staff was excellent. Over all a good but if they can add microwave in each room then it would be an excellent option.

Victoria in the front desk was so nice and helpful. Beds and pillows are so comfortable. Clean rooms, clean property. Had the best continental breakfast I have had in a hotel/resort. All staff was very attentive and courteous. Will definitely be back.

The staff were very friendly and respectful. The breakfast was great. They have plenty of activities for the kids to do. It is family oriented and my kids loved it there and want to return because they had a blast. If the room was more updated I think more people will book it. I enjoyed my stay with my family here. Thank you for the hospitality, patience, and comfort while I was there.

The best! Booked a vacation package deal with universal so needed an extra night somewhere else off property the night before and near Disney’s springs and saw this place. Love the free parking! Free breakfast! Nice big clean modern rooms! Reception is friendly and open til 4am for late check ins which we did. Didn’t know they had a surprise character show for breakfast that was free as well and my friends little sister loved it! This is THE BEST PLACE if you have kids and want them entertained and safe! Very close to all Orlando landmarks and they have a pool and playground. For the price point it really can’t be beat and everyone on property seems to give it their all and have pride in their establishment 11/10 Please give them your business and have the best time of your life here!
