Great value for staying close to Disney. Our room with 2 queen beds was under $100. They have done a lot to make it very kid-friendly. The hotel takes many strides to evoke a Disney theme including outdoor music from Disney films. There is a well-maintained pool and playground area. It's an incredible value that can literally save you hundreds of dollars during your vacation. I wished that the staff didn't start taking away the food in the breakfast room immediately at 9:30, though. We were eating and went up for a second plate but the food had been removed. It was kind of silly to waste it when I would have taken it. Maybe stop replenishing at 9:30 but let the existing food remain for second helpings and when only a few people remain then start cleaning up? Food for thought.

The best birthday party a five year-old could have was with friends as well as people he didn’t even know Mickey Mouse and Minnie mouse Were amazing! The music, the waffle, making class you’re fine that the kids had it was so much of a blast. We don’t even wanna leave. We had the opportunity to have the best customer service by Mariana. Jesus, thank you Jesus we appreciate you. Oh my gosh you did a great!

We had an amazing experience, location is very good, close to theme parks, good option of restaurants around, the staff is very friendly, they accommodated us the get the room we wanted for our son, the bedroom was clean, great breakfast option. The amenities were great, this hotel has a lot of option for kids to be busy, pool, playground, bouncing house, arcade. It was great and we would definitely come back. We love the fact is family oriented.

Magic Moments Resort truly lives up to its name! From the moment we arrived, the exceptional customer service made us feel like part of the family. Our signature Minions-themed room was a huge hit – our 3-year-old was absolutely amazed, and his pure joy made our entire stay happier. The pool area was amazing! Not only was it perfect for the kids, but having **on-site pool towels and floats readily available** made life so easy. We loved relaxing in the **cabanas** – a perfect oasis for adults while the kids splashed nearby. The Mickey Waffle Breakfast was an absolute highlight! Not only was the food delicious, but the dancing, meeting Mickey Mouse, and especially the "make-your-own" waffle topping station were pure magic for the kids. The photo opportunity with Mickey created a truly memorable moment for our little guy and the whole family. For parents wanting a perfect blend of relaxation and non-stop fun for their little ones, this is the place. The atmosphere is incredibly fun, the activities kept our child happily engaged, **we loved the pool setup**, and we actually got to unwind. We highly recommend Magic Moments Resort to any family!

I had recently stayed here for one week with my family and I wish things went better than it did. As soon as we came in from our long drive, the employee that was checking me in did not make me feel welcomed at all. She kept rolling her eyes & sighing heavy whenever I asked to repeat something. I personally am having problems with my hearing & I wish she could’ve been more patient. Instead, she shoved me off to another employee to finish helping my mom. During check in, the only thing that was communicated was that you HAVE TO pay for the resort fee. There was no explanation on what this fee included, no discussion of the shuttles, nothing was mentioned of breakfast, pool times, nothing; they just make u pay $200 resort fee and don’t discuss nothing. Then going into our rooms was another problem. While I appreciated getting clean towels everyday, I wished they cleaned the rooms more often than just every 3 days. Especially since I paid $200 for the “resort fee”. We saw some cockroaches in our bedrooms, in the bathroom and in the coffee machine! I was able to get some breakfast a couple of times. It was over crowded, difficult to find a table & when I did, people would still push you.. you have to make your own waffles even given the resort fee included had to pay. On a positive note, the location on this hotel is perfect to go back and forth to the theme parks and there are so many options for food/ restaurants.

We had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this resort during our Florida vacation! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. The check-in process was smooth, and our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after our busy days exploring. The resort grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. We especially loved the [pool area/spa/lounge/kids’ activities – customize here depending on what you enjoyed most]. It was clear that a lot of thought goes into making the resort both family-friendly and relaxing for adults. One of the standout aspects was the service — every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We truly felt like valued guests. Location-wise, it was ideal — close to [mention any nearby attractions, like Disney, Universal, or beaches], yet peaceful and quiet enough to unwind. We can’t say enough good things about our stay. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with family, or in a group, this resort is a perfect choice. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family!

My family and I were so excited about our trip that we arrived much earlier than expected—around 7:30 AM, even though check-in wasn’t until 3 PM. Thankfully, we met Daily at the front desk, and she was absolutely amazing! She greeted us with warmth and genuine enthusiasm, and she went above and beyond to help accommodate us. Her kindness and dedication made us feel so welcome. If you ever have the pleasure of meeting her, know that you’re in great hands—she’s truly a lifesaver. Thanks again, Daily, for making our day so special!

Yelp
After much research, we decided to spend 2 nights at the Magic Moment Resort while we were in town. Many of the other places we looked at had activities and play areas that seemed geared towards older kids, so we chose this hotel. If we had paid closer to $60-80/night, I would have been happier with the quality of the experience but docking stars because we paid $150/night which was not worth the experience. PROS - great location, 15-20 minutes from Disney - a lot of restaurants and shops nearby - safe area, free parking - fun playground and pool - breakfast is included in the cost - decent sized, clean room with comfortable beds + fridge - pack & plays available CONS - price varies drastically, we booked a month ahead at $150/night including the resort fee and taxes -- it would have been cheaper for us to wait - check in isn't until 4 PM - the free breakfast is lack luster and SO weirdly organized/arranged - some of the photos used to advertise do not match the areas currently there (specifically the movie/art area) - the pool area needs cleaning - they have Starbucks onsite but it's hit or miss if it's open - their snacks/drinks in the lobby are insanely expensive AND most egregiously, they WILL try to trick you into a time-share presentation and can be very pushy. We were two women traveling with a toddler, I don't want to be approached by a sales guy while in our bathing suits trying to relax at the pool. We had to say no multiple times.

Yelp
Just tried the Altair White Chocolate and the Mickey Mouse chocolate macaron from Tutto Exquisito--absolutely dreamy! The white chocolate is smooth, creamy, and melts like velvet with just the right touch of sweetness. The Mickey macaron is adorable and so rich in flavor--crisp on the outside, soft inside, and filled with a deep, fudgy chocolate ganache. Both are beautifully made and feel like a little luxury in every bite. Tutto Exquisito really knows how to blend fun with elegance. Total treat!

Yelp
We've stayed here a few times because it's so kid-friendly, our 4 year old absolutely loves the play area. There's a nice breakfast (used to be better but still nice) and the staff is very accommodating but it's definitely no 5 star hotel. The rooms are alright but we were very disappointed on this trip because although you pay a hefty "resort fee" on top of the daily rate, they don't inform you of renovations. When we got here this weekend there was dust and debris everywhere from the pool being tiled and the noise during the day was ridiculous. The pool was one of the amenities that we wanted on this trip so they offered us to switch to their "sister hotel", the Palazzo. We took advantage of that and checked out since they definitely don't honor refunds for cancellations.

Yelp
I planned to only spend six hours here sleeping (9 pm check in and 3:30 am check out), so I looked for the lowest hotel price closest to the airport. That led me here. This property is advertised as 4-star. It is, by far, NOT that caliber, nor is it even close. At best, it's a glorified Days Inn with amenities and play areas for children. Front desk staff barely spoke English and had lots of difficulty communicating simple instructions. The "resort fee" is a joke. I see no logical reason to charge such a ridiculous amount. I would have been better off paying more and booking elsewhere. That said, if you have young children and relatively low housing standards, this is definitely the place to book. I arrived after dark and didn't take a tour; but it looks like it's a fun place for kids.

Yelp

Yelp
STAY AWAY!!! Bedding was dirty and hadn't been changed before our arrival (about 10pm). Long dark hairs were all over the sheets (we have blonde hair). There was trash on the floor, room phone was trashed and disconnected, and they had very rude front desk attendants. We left pretty much 5 minutes after we realized how disgusting the room was, we wouldn't stay there bc of how gross it is. I went back to the rude front desk, told them the situation, gave them the room key and left. Then- they actually charged us the $50 deposit, they didn't refund it. I tried calling them and their phone is out of service.

Yelp
Advertising for this place is great, but is kinda far from truth. Checked in for one night while in the area and the claim to be in the top 10 resort. I honestly doesn't see how. The front desk associate was friendly and professional and the lobby looked very nice. The room in the other hand from first glance looked ok, however the floors were dusty and the sofa bed was filled with old food. The big bed wasn't uncomfortable but it made so much noise while getting on and off the bed. They have a descent complementary breakfast. And the toddler area was cute but small and we didn't try it. They charge you $10 if you don't return the key and $35 for late checkout or $50 for very late checkout. Honestly I don't think I would stay here again.

Yelp
Last min stay. Everything was perfect. Staff is super welcoming and nice. The wonderful breakfast was a nice surprise. The decors and ambience was super cute and happy. Definitely recommended.

Yelp
Slim property. Manager won't say her name but claims she is in charge. They charge you during a STATE EMERGENCY. Don't waste your money. They lack simple decency or professionalism. Hotels.com couldn't get in contact with them for days. It's like no one wants to deal with any issues. Property is a motel and is nothing like pictures. You have been WARNED!

Dustin S.

Yelp
Checking in after 4pm and it's storming all evening but check out is 11am with no consideration. They say for 60$ more we can stay a couple hours later to swim?

Zach R.

Yelp
Did you get the impression that this place really wants everyone to think it is associated with Disney (except the Disney lawyers)? You got the right vibe! Did you also get the impression that there would be Bible verses on the walls and Christian music blasted near the pool? Because that is also the vibe here. To be very fair, this place is great for Christian families with little kids. There is a teen center, but no one was in it for the four days we were there. It is close to the theme parks. It was cheaper to take an Uber than pay for parking. We had some issues trying to leave a day earlier than we had booked, and it was incredibly difficult to work with them. Said, the front desk worker, didn't seem to care or want to help. Gregory, the manager, took 20 emails to help, and I had to keep on pestering him.

Yelp
Firstly, whoever does the marketing here is amazing. How you can make a place look so beautiful and sound amazing kuddos to you! This place is NOT a resort, how it can get by with that name is beyond me. Stating they are one of the top ten hotels is a lie. Now if it's comparing itself in the Motel 6 category as the rooms seem nicely renovated with the lumpy beds with springs in tow with it then I can see it. Parking is awful. They have a super "cute" security guard at the front, I'm not sure if this is to make it look fancy or what....but your little hand block with cones makes it a hilarious effort. For around $80-100 a night in this area it may be a decent deal but I don't see it. We just happened to get in at midnight and only needed a resting area. As far as the beautiful cockroach, I didn't see any. The shower is a trickle. We have an accessible room, good luck getting in the door with the bench in front of it and that horrible lip to the door, then even more luck squeezing in between the beds to the sink (no where near ADA and fitting in the non 36" bathroom doorway! The bench is awesome in the shower but good luck reaching that shower spray if you can't stand or walk.

Yelp
This is a really dirty hotel. The housekeeping uses a broom. Lol. There is a 150 dollar fee in addition to the rent. The pool is not heated. The food is awful unless your a child and like sprinkles .. I made a huge mistake staying here

Yelp
*WARNING* *HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD* *PABLO THE GENERAL MANAGER IS A CROOK AND OVERLOOKS SANITATION Decided to stay here for a portion of our stay for business. While using the restroom I notice movement on the floor. it's a tiny bug!! Then when I go to wash my hands I notice movement on the sink. It's another tiny bug! And when I shine a light on our tv table I notice 2 different types of bugs crawling all around!! DISGUSTING. ..but wait! there's more. It gets worse. We report this and escalate it up to the general manager Pablo, and his response is priceless: "We have a standard process for this, we will call The extermination company we're contracted with and once they check the room, THEY WILL ISSUE YOU A REFUND" "We will follow up with you when they come" Haha the hotel wouldn't issue a refund. The extermination company will. My spouse should have just decked Pablo for being such a blatant SCUMBAG and for lying to our faces. But I already knew people like Pablo have no regard for running a real business, he just wants your money and will say anything out of his a$$ to get you out of there so he doesn't have to deal With you. Followed up with him a week later through calls and texts to see if their extermination people came and would be issuing the refund (LOL insanity) and as expected no response. If youre a good person, Watch out for Pablo, and this establishment! Extremely disappointing.

Yelp
I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. This is really a gem. I cannot emphasize enough how happy our kids were here. They didn't want to leave for Disneyworld, that much!! This is the best repositioning of a motel that I've seen in my life. So cleverly the owner has used the space to make it friendly for little kids. The amenities make it so peaceful for parents with little kids. It's so sad that there are no such places around USA. Always parents with infants or little kids are seen as inconvenience and they have to adjust to other travellers. Not here, you feel at home. Moreover, you can't beat the value. For under $100 you get all the amenities and free breakfast for all. And they use real plates!! I'm a fairly experienced traveller and I've seen much more expensive branded hotels just serve breakfast in paper or Togo boxes. Of course, breakfast is simple and nothing to brag about but does the job before a long day at a theme park. They have pool, cabana, fun zone with xboxes for kids, plenty of playscapes around for kids up to 10 50 enjoy. And all of that is free and included. They also did room housekeeping service which the branded hotels have pretty much stopped doing. They also provide shared microwave, free filtered water, ice and there's a fridge in each room. All the essentials that a family needs. Don't drool after the overpriced Disney resorts and give this place a try. I'd book this place if there were more locations around USA just to live here!! Great job owners.

Yelp
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! Hotel will charge you a $29.95 resort fee per night upon check-out. This fee was not disclosed when I booked.

Yelp
Gm ..this is a very inspiring resort I have every been in ..run by Christians that are ashame of the Gospel of good news ..it is so kid friendly there are all kinds of things to do ..game rooms , playgrounds, nice pool with "goodies everywhere"...The front desk lady Daily is the best ..come here you will not be disappointed and supporting a Christian establishment... Yelp
I give a 1 star because of the mini park in the middle of the hotel. The pictures on expedia and website are false advertisement. This is not a resort its like a motel 6. It was dirty. I have bites from bed bugs. I saw a cockroach on the corner of the bed. We had left over food and my son went to the lobby to ask for a fork and was told they didn't have any. The bathtub water did not go and it was clogged. The technician was called and he told us it was normal. They do not clean the room unless you tell them 24 hours in advance. I do not recommend for anyone to stay here. I was here 4 night and was miserable.

Yelp
Positive: I would like to highlight Said's service. He is very professional, very friendly and attentive. He speaks English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Arabic. Negative: My room was close to the pool, the volume of the musica was very loud all day, this was very frustrating. Another downside is the breakfast. It's too bad.

Yelp
Nice place to stay. Great place for the kids. We enjoyed our stay. Close to the parks. Breakfast was ok. Will stay there again if we go to Orlando.
google avatar

Elva S.

Yelp
It was an actually good place. I got surprised the amount of negative comments but again each of us have our own experience. The only downside was the breakfast option (too limited) yet I understand that it is due to fast accommodation for all guest. Other than that, room was clean, everything was working properly and the check in was very fast. Keep in mind- I only stayed one night since we were going to the parks. I would like to see hoy my experience would be if I decide to stay longer. See you soon!

Yelp
Worst stay ever, room was dirty and outdated, the air conditioning did not work, coffee machine was dirty as well. Spoke to front desk about their reply was call Hotels.com, no apology or anything. They charge a "resort fee" this is not a resort! Not even a cheap motel! Disgusting! Fake 5 stars reviews!

Yelp
Checked in on 12/9. Our initial room had some type of bugs scattered about. Asked to be placed into a different room. We were placed in a room that was absolutely infested with bugs (video taken). Went back to the front desk for a second time to request a room cancelation and to speak with a manager. The front desk clerk flat out refused to give me a business card or the name of the manager. Another associate retrieved the manager after a few moments. The manager appeared as though he couldn't care less about our issues or concerns and was also apprehensive to give me his name (no one wore name tags). If you care about your health and the health of your family, I would recommend you stay clear of this place. And no, I will not reach out to management to discuss this issue so please save the generic response. I've filed a complaint with hotels.com as well as with the BBB. Yelp
Do not let the name fool you, it is not a magical resort. I had high expectations pulling in to place, but was dissapointed from the moment of check in. No wonder the rate was $85 plus a resort fee. The only thing magic about this place are all the inspirational quotes they have all over the hotel premises. If you are looking for a low budget, no frills, and family friendly hotel you should come here. They have no amenities so make sure you pack your toothbrush and toothpaste. Room 260 was right above the laundry room, so our room was extremely HOT , management declined to adjust the rate, but to compensate they did give us a late checkout so giving the place two stars.

Yelp
This review has a more informative character than evaluating the place itself. The spot its neat n clean ,we stayed 3 night while visiting Disney .Located just 15 min away to the Magic Kingdom and the Animals Kingdom this small hotel has bunch of food /dinning options around it like Olive Garden and Unos pizza.,even there is a supermarket next by .The Walgreens and CVS a just 5 min walk away. They serve breakfast which is nothing special but its good to have it as an option.Plenty of kids amenities on the premises including a nice size pool. The only downside was that the rooms were never attended while we were gone exploring the parks. And second the pool is closing to early and opening way too late at 9 am ....other than that its great spot for kids ,my little one enjoyed it so mich

Yelp
So, planning an Orlando getaway just a few weeks after Christmas and looking to save a few dollars after the big holiday spend, I found myself at Magic Moments. The pics looked basic but nice enough and the weather was cold, so I wasn't worried about having the grand pool that we usually seek out in the summer. Check in was good, and Rolando at the front desk was super professional and helpful. However, I was initially surprised by the hotel. The room was clean and true to pictures shown online, but it is amazing what good angles and lighting can do. I would say that Magic Moments is definitely a nice motel, but far from a "resort". It should not be called a resort, and with a $14 daily "resort" fee I consider to be ridiculous and excessive. The positives- Basic heated pool with floats and really nice pool furniture, including complimentary cabanas. Separate game areas for adults and kids with games such as air hockey, foosball, and hoop shooting game in the adult playroom, and coloring, video games, and a giant Jenga game in the kids playroom. Children's playground. Washer & dryer available. Complimentary breakfast which included basic items such as cereal, bread, bagels, bananas, oranges, donuts, and muffins. Mickey Mouse face pancakes, which were a cute touch. There was also a rotating variety of hot items. One day was eggs & bacon, the following day there were cheese omelets & sausage. The hot items were very basic in quality, but tasted decent if you aren't picky. Rooms had a fridge and there were microwaves available in the common areas. The negatives- Tub didn't drain well. It was that nasty situation of standing in your own dirty water. The toilet made a strange, loud noise after flushing which was very annoying in the middle of the night and loud enough to wake me up several times during my stay. The walls seemed paper thin and you could hear EVERYTHING, from the neighbors next door to anyone walking by. The hotel has a disclaimer that says they do not guarantee a quiet room, and now I know why. Also, $14 resort fee just felt too high. Overall, I just couldn't get a good night of sleep here, and that is a major issue for me. When I was booking I had one basic need- a clean and quiet place to lay my head at night and get much needed rest after long days at the parks. Magic Moments was only able to deliver clean. I am not sure if I would consider staying here again, because sleep is life and I was deprived.

Yelp
Omg. Where do I start. This was an awesome experience for my children, my husband and I. So many activities here for the children. The room was simply amazing, the customer service was awesome and breakfast was nice. We do not mind coming here again while we're in town. Kristin the associate was extremely helpful through our stay at the resort. The pool was heated, the atmosphere amazing, the video games, arts and craft and even movie night I couldn't be more happy to have chosen this place. It's great for couples and families. The quotes that's surrounded around the hotel is so peaceful and sweet. My family enjoyed it

Yelp
First off the employees need to read what is written on their website, we arrived early, was not going to pay the $75 fee to check in early, but the website says for early arrivals we could leave our luggage there to be watched, I had to show the front desk concierge a few times to understand. Besides the Dirty floor in our room that I washed myself. Everything else was great there, the price, the breakfast was a nice perk. I would stay there again.

Yelp
BEWARE!!!! FRAUD!! CONTACTED POLICE!!! STEALING IDENTITIES!!!!! SAID didn't give me back my ID when checkout and during the hassle of it (it was a messy check in) I didn't realize. When we are checking out the next day I get into my car and realize I don't have my license. I go to ask Said about it, he says oh go check at the front desk, and then turned around ignoring me. I go there and I tell the girl and the front desk (her name is Daly? Or daily?) and she acts like she KNOWS like it's a regular she opens the front desk and there are AT LEAST TEN IDs from GUESTS THAT THEY DIDNT GIVE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!! I contacted the police now and they are working on it, they said it is most likely to steal identities!!! NEVER STAY HERE! Also, it's not a resort...it's a motel, just fyi.

Yelp
I'm normally not one to complain or write a review about a hotel experience unless what I was shown and promised are almost or completely opposite or what I'm told. And this was unfortunately the case. This will be long, but for a reader who is looking to go to DisneyWorld with their family and is looking to save money on a hotel, I would avoid this one. I was lied to about a microwave being in the room. We had to go out every night to warm milk up for our baby, their website says microwave IN ROOM, when I called the front desk said the same thing. The fridge doesn't have a freezer in it so we're not able to freeze anything either. When I asked the front desk if they could provide a microwave they told me no. There was no room service "because of COVID" so we had to change our own sheets, garbage, request new sheets and towels and garbage bags, yet every other hotel that I called had room service without a problem. They're able to go into a room when no one is there and checked out to clean it for the next person but they can't do the same thing when the residents aren't in the room? Maybe I'm dumb but that makes zero sense to me. I had asked prior to my arrival if the fitness center was open and I was told yes. When I get there I'm then told the fitness center is closed "because of COVID and social distancing protocols" yet the pool is open with no social distancing requirements or masks? Again maybe I'm dumb, but that make zero sense. On top of that, the only members of the staff that speak English are the front desk. That's very frustrating especially when you need new towels or cleaned out garbage. I don't like the fact I'm paying a $100+ "resort fee" when 9/10 things a resort fee is supposed to cover isn't even available. My room had mold in it, noodle like mold coming off the ceiling and other mold in the shower(pics taken and fully documented) in case you didn't know that can make people very sick. And as a major health violation. Their card machine was down and they were declining my card and when I called my card company(AMEX) they were saying nothing was even being processed on their end. These guys come off like they're a high end world resort, and the pictures you see are incredibly deceiving. I'm mind blown this has as many 5 stars as it does. This to me wasn't even a 3 star motel. I've stayed at 1 star motels for work that had 25 times the experience this place did. I would love for the owner to read my review and contact me because I believe I'm entitled to a refund of my resort fee at the minimum due to mold being in my room, being lied to about a microwave being in my room , fitness center being open, and having to do our own room service.

Yelp
**Disclaimer: Not fancy** With that being said, this is the worst establishment I've stayed at, rather stay at a motel 6. It's branded as a resort and the lobby is so nice and well kept but then you walk out to your room and it's absolutely horrid. Opened our room to a roach, nasty furniture, spider in the bathroom, and HAD TO PUT OUR HAND IN BACK OF TOILET TO FLUSH. You can hear your neighbors conversations clear as day and I would NEVER let my kid touch their playground. This place is masked by the resort label and the 4.6 rating. They said they'd give me a refund when I checked out immediately and when I sent them the form, THEY DENIED IT. Also 25$ early check in fee if you check in at 3:45 pm. Complete sham.. was trying to be nice to them but they completely scammed me out of my money so don't do the same.

Yelp
Wishing I did have to give a star. A very dirty place, say internet available (NOT) must of the toys are broken. Don't look the same when viewed online.

Yelp
This place is nasty! It's not a hotel is a motel like the one you'd see that you pay for by hour, yeah one of those nasty ones. Sure they give you free breakfast but it's the same thing every day. Our tv was broken, our phone was broken, shower didn't work correctly. Rude staff in the front. And oh be prepared to pay a "resort" fee on top of your nightly rate. They hit us with an additional $90. Do yourself a favor and find a better place.

Yelp
This place is not at all what we expected. This place is terribly furnished and not what the website described and showed. We were seeing pictures online and how moderen and cleaned it looked, and were then surprised at what we were given. The bathroom had literal hairs on the floor, the room was partially renovated and partially not. You can hear everything from the outside and the rooms are paper thin and you can hear everything on both sides as well. We had just had a 13 hour day, where all we wanted was a nice , clean and modern room. The only thing that we can speak highly of, is the location as it is close to the outlets and highway. We will probably never stay here again, I am only writing this review in all fairness of those who are perhaps from out of state of country that simply look to come to a clean and welcoming place to stay.

Yelp
Stayed at the motel that they call a resort and a day after my check out, they charged $14.99 on my credit card. When I called to talk to the manager, they tell me to send an email. Sent an email and no response. Called and sent another email and they explained the $14.99 was for a case of water and snacks in the room. When we arrived to the motel, there wasn't any water or snacks in the room. We went to Walmart and purchased our own water and snacks. Highway robbery. This place is great for families with kids, but beware of the charge for incidentials and the resort fee for the motel. They had nice china for the breakfast but the gourmet eggs came from a carton with all the fixings. You can't fix up carton eggs. And the concentrate juice in the pretty glass containers had my sugar level elevated. Just stay at Laquinta that is pet friendly, you can get points, and they have a better breakfast. I called and inquired about the military discount and they told me to call back and request the discount after I make the reservation. When I called back, the lady didn't know what I was talking about. "Me don't speak no English." Poor customer service for a so-called resort.

Yelp
UPDATE: still our preferred hotel in Orlando! We've stayed here more than 10 times every time a great experience. Bellow are some suggestions that will help but overall the hotel is amazing! Pros: -Rooms are spotless -Maintenance of the rooms is on point -Play area is well keep -staff of very attentive (Lucas and main chef Ed) -good to see long lasting employees, happy employee = happy customers - front desk staff is welcoming and looking Sharp -parking lot is clean Suggestions: - bring breakfast back! Nice warm eggs with a good tasting cup of coffee is needed! Coffee has to change. Try it yourself, it taste horrible. --easy solutions: boiled eggs, warm oatmeal, potatoes (avoid hash browns), ham(sausages), - plastic dishware doesn't fit the hotel style. Change it! TRAVELER TIP: prepare the coffee from the room..it's better!

Yelp
Don't be fooled by the name, this is not a resort by any means. We stayed two nights as a handful of college kids because it was cheap, although pretty much every other guest was a family with kids. If you do have kids there is plenty to keep them occupied here. The staff we came into contact with were friendly, although housekeeping service never came to our room even though it was promised. The room was incredibly damp feeling, walls are pretty thin and the bathroom has lots of mold spots on the ceiling. The breakfast was pretty lackluster but edible. It is really close to DisneyWorld and there's lots of restaurants and gift shops close by as well.

Yelp
I recently finished a one week family vacation at this "resort" and was pretty angry about the experience. When we arrived, we found that the shower was pretty nasty and the shower head was all but falling apart. There isn't a microwave, the tv only has a handful of channels which are all news.. It doesn't really make sense why they wouldn't have any kid appropriate channels on the tv.. it's a "kids club". The toilet won't flush unless you hold down the flusher and even then it's a low flow and won't clear the toilet. The receptionist told us that our room would not be serviced because we "aren't here long enough" (M-F). Only two towels were available and I found out the office button doesn't work on the phone so we had to walk down there. The breakfast was pathetic and non existent. Black mold on the bathroom vent. Uncomfortable beds. Overall, I'm giving this place a one star rating only because it was a place to stay and it's decently close to the parks. I will NOT be booking my future vacation here. The price was ridiculous for the amount of services we received here. If it was possible, I'd demand a partial refund. Not a resort, it's a cheap motel with a closed pool and crappy playground.

Yelp
PROS: Kid friendly atmosphere Playground is nice Xbox area in the Fun zone Friendly and polite staff Good breakfast Free parking Free wifi with really strong connection CONS: Super thin walls where you could hear normal loudness conversations from outside or the room next door My blow dryer was not working On our first night, the water from the shower was ice cold - did not get warm at all. Second to 5th day the water was extremely hot. We could not get it to just warm temperature Ants in my room and dead roach in my parents' room

Yelp
So I'm not going to lie, we found this hotel because the pictures online made it look really nice.. Literally do not go here. The bathroom in the room wasn't cleaned. Smelled like a crap had been left for 3 days. Within 10 minutes we found 6 live cockroaches. Only giving more than 1 star because we were moved to a new room quickly and it was much better than the other.

Yelp
Horrible hotel! I was charged $500 for the room "smelling like smoke", I DO NOT even smoke! When I called the hotel asking what the charge was for they were rude, refused to give names and hung up on me! 1 had the room from Friday night to Sunday! I got there Friday night around 7pm, left for a concert in the morning, returned to my room around 2am and left because there was arguing in the conjoining room next to me and the room smelled of weed! Never have I experienced such bad customer service! The manager was beyond rude and unprofessional!

Yelp
This is going to be a long review...but it's worth it so bear with me In a simple sentence...The pictures are nothing like the reality. Pictures show a lush, beautiful outdoor area with nice, clean bedrooms and the reality is that I could see the mold underneath the AstroTurf and outdoor washing machines the second we exited our car. (Oh...and the microwave above them...Barf) Speaking of washing machines, the map we were provided with when we entered the front lobby showed that our room was near the "washing facilities". Well...when I hear the word facility, I think of a bathroom and, honestly, there would be no harm in comparing those washers/dryers to such a place. There was old rice stuck to the top of the washer, mold on the bottom, and the inside of all of their machines smelled horrific. Unfortunately I had already been in another hotel, leaving me with no choice but to do laundry at this "resort" (I'd rather call it a motel, to be honest) The bedrooms in all of the online pictures were spacious and clean (and all had a desk...all but ours, of course) Our room had a leaky shower head, no space, and was the FARTHEST from clean. The door frame was rusted and spattered with only God knows what. There were yellow stains up both sides of the shower (which i can only assume were the beginnings of mold) and we could clearly see dead bugs on the inside of the nightstand that had not been removed. Our shower had three soap bottles, one of which was half empty. I don't care if you're a half empty or a half full kind of person because this was just absolutely disgusting. As soon as I got into the shower, I realized that it was most likely that we had a room that had not been cleaned yet, and that I was most likely standing in someone's shower pee. (Amazing visual...I know) There was black mold on the ceiling of the entire bathroom area, which I did not find until the next morning. Late at night, starting around 11:00 pm and going on for hours, there was a large group of people having a party right outside of our door. Even after calling the front desk and asking for somebody to quiet them down, they continuously partied on into the night. I will never stay at this resort again, not if I have a say in it. This was disgusting, filthy, and downright embarrassing..

Yelp
My initial review was posted to google reviews at 1pm on 10/09/22 I've stayed here multiple times and I loved every single minute of it. This resort is absolutely worth the value. The reason why I am giving this particular visit one star is due to an error on their end that has put me out of $350. I brought my own sheets, pillows, and blankets and made sure the room was almost as I found it when I first checked in, and I just got charged $350 for "damage to linens" that I didn't even use. The front desk couldn't help me as they have an external cleaning service so now I have to wait to get my money back for something that isn't even my fault and that they will not provide me any information for. The front desk has 0 information on what exactly it was that I "damaged" and refuses to provide me any help apart from emails that have still not responded to me. This is absolutely absurd and until I get my money back this review will stay as one star. Update #1: it has been 7 hours since the response from the owner below me. They told me to contact them 7 hours ago and after I immedietly responded to them they have still not given me an answer back. It is very obvious that they care about their reviews since they wanted to appear as though they are helping me, but as soon as it became private they stopped caring. Once again, this review stays at 1 star until this is resolved. Update #2: It has been 18 hours since replying to their message and I still have no response from them. I am this close to filing a police report for fraud. If it could give negative stars I would. Update #3: 29 hours still no response. Front desk is no help and continues to give me manager emails that do not respond either. Tomorrow I will be filing a report for fraud.

Yelp
This is a beautiful little boutique motel. For the price? It's great. Absolutely a place for kids. The pool is heated and the rooms feel so clean and nice. We just had the breakfast and it's not buffet but still it felt well worth it.

Yelp
Stayed with my 2 and 8 year old and we loved it! The booking process was a bit complicated but not a huge deal. Very family friendly, clean and super inexpensive! I wanted to compliment the supervisor on the customer service & had the pleasure of talking to the manager, Conzuelo, who was so sweet and helpful. I would definitely stay here again! Worth every penny

Yelp
This is the worst Hotel I have ever visited in my 55 years of living. I broke down crying and so did my 12 year old daughter, because we knew, that having paid in advance to a 3rd party booking service, that we were weakened to a point of no return. They already had our money. Payment should not be made until check out. And the 3rd party services should go away, because it puts trusting consumers at a disadvantage. This hotel needs to be audit and reviewed by all the 3rd party services current taking in advance payment on their behalf. We paid by Booking.com The Attorney Generals Office of Consumer Affairs Division needs to investigate. I will share photos of what we walked into. Additionally, the night we arrived rates where close to half of what we paid. We paid $154.66 per night times 3 for a total of $464.00 and they offered prices in the $50 to $79 dollar range online that evening Upon Check in. Our Room was dirty, worn out and bug infested with a horrible breakfast with food, they required you to eat outside or in your room verbally and not in the dining room they show. The food compared to food, you find at a school that gives it away for free lunch programs or a soup kitchen. The juice no name brand and taste horrible. They offered another room and it was equally as bad. I asked for a manger to call me, it never happened. None of the maintenance staff we spoke to could speak English. The photos online are deceiving and reviews are very misleading and seem like they are given in exchange for some form of compensation. These people ruined our hotel experience for the 3 days in Orlando!!! Don't forget we had to buy bug spay to treat our room !!!!! This is heartbreaking for workings families like ours. They show Mickey Waffles on the IG Page, but they don't even offer waffles.

Yelp
False advertising! This is not a resort it is a motel and a bad one at that. the kids area is cool that's what drew us in really for our daughter however the rooms are scummy, bugs on the walls and the AC doesn't work. It was 10:30 pm before someone would come look at our AC because they wouldn't move us without having it checked first. It was blowing 60 but the room was still 88 degrees after being on majority of the day. We have a toddler and can't stand the heat but that didn't seem to make any difference to staff in there decisions or timeliness. They finally came and scanned the AC temp and said "oh it's working it says 60 degrees, it's hot In Florida it's just how it is" absolutely not I insisted on another room to which they initially didn't want to because they couldn't "justify" it! It is now 11:30pm finally got our child to sleep in a new room that's just as scummy as the last and AC is no better. If you've made it this far in my review please please don't stay here, definitely not in the heat of a Florida summer. The good reviews were the lucky ones I guess because this place has sucked for us and i will never be back. Nothing magic about it!

Yelp
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!! 1. Its not a Hotel its MOTEL 2. They up charge third party (4 nights came out to 600 dollars when one night is only 60 dollars) 3. LOUD. NOT KID FRIENDLY. Management did nothing about complains 4. Room are DIRTY and AC DID NOT WORK. 5. REVIEWS ARE NOT GENUINE!!! They basically force all customers at checking for a 5 star review! We stayed one night , and asked for a different room since AC wasnt working (It was over 90 degrees inside and my baby was non stop crying ) They gave us the key to another room that wasnt available!!! SO SAD, a vacation is meant to relax and not stress. PLEASE BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE . Contacting BBB .
