Magma Soul

Absolutely one of my favorite restaurants in Santorini. I visit Soul by Magma regularly when I’m on the island for work, and every time is just as good as the last. The atmosphere is stylish yet relaxed, with great music and a welcoming team that genuinely cares about the guest experience. It feels effortlessly elegant. Chef Stefanos Kokkalis creates beautifully balanced dishes that celebrate Mediterranean flavors with creativity and finesse. The food is refined without being pretentious - every plate has personality. BBQ nights by the pool (on Sundays) are a must - amazing food, laid-back energy, and a setting that feels both social and exclusive. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and setting, which adds real value to the experience - especially on an island like Santorini. As someone working in luxury travel, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Soul to my clients - or to anyone looking for a genuinely special dining experience.
