I really didn't know what to expect but I have to tell you it was bigger than most condo's in Toronto. The design layout was outstanding. The bathroom was to die for. The service was great; We really enjoyed the rooftop patio. Although we didn't spend much time in the room and rarely used the living room it was great to have the space. Front desk were so helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again. The location was behind the wall where the river was and all the restaurants Loved Milan.

Could be an excellent hotel - yet has some significant problems. I’m very grateful I only booked one night here - and at that, it was a rough night with poor sleep. 1) The room had multiple bright electronic lights blinking through the night, including a fire alarm mounted directly over the bed. Do you like stobe lights when sleeping? Do you like flashing sirens? That was the vibe. Or the light control panel (see photo) which was brightly glowing. 2) Lovely design, but with all hard wood floors and no carpet. Expect to hear - EVERYTHING - your neighbor does (in my case, starting at 6am). I did mention the lights when checking out. The hotel receptionist was aware of the problem. While she did say that I could have called them - so they could cover up the lights … really?! That’s the solution? At 23:00 when I’m dressed for bed - to call reception and have someone come into the room with a ladder to cover up blinking lights? Ridiculous.

My wife and I stayed five nights at Magna Pars Hotel à Parfum in Milan, and it was the perfect hotel and an incredible home base for exploring the city.||The location is outstanding—surrounded by fantastic restaurants within easy walking distance, with public transportation close by for visiting museums and spending time at the Duomo di Milano, which is hands down the most incredible building I’ve ever seen.||Breakfast each morning was fantastic, the on-site restaurant was delicious, and the bar served well-crafted, memorable cocktails. We loved the overall vibe of the hotel—stylish, relaxed, and unique—and the rooms themselves were absolutely stunning.||One of the highlights of our stay was touring the hotel’s perfume lab and getting to smell all the different scents. I even purchased a cologne that I now save for special occasions since it can’t be imported into the U.S., which makes it even more meaningful. There was also an amazing gelato spot just around the corner—an added bonus.||The Navigli district is right nearby, and the concierge along with every hotel employee we interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful with recommendations and logistics.||While in town, I even got to see a match at San Siro Stadium—Forza AC Milan and Forza Christian Pulisic!||If we ever return to Milan without our children, we will absolutely be staying here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a special, boutique-style hotel in an unbeatable location.

Chic boutique hotel with well appointed rooms, centrally located in Milan in what used to be a perfume factory. Design-forward common areas are full of character and charm, which make for an inviting retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. |Really appreciate the warmth and authenticity of Fabio, whose kindness and willingness to help even with small details made far a positive stay. A luxury hotel experience is defined by not just the standards of the physical space, but by the high service standards, and Fabio exemplifies that!

An excellent experience, lovely design. Spotless upkeep. A new hotel designed around an old perfume factory. Family friendly and the staff are extremely helpful. About 10 Min via taxi to the city centre. A few restaurants around the block for all palates and pockets. A nice factory designer clothing shop across the road.

Location in Navigli is good, if you know the city already and not visiting main sights. If you are, it's a bit distant. |It's easy to arrive with a car. There is a garage with recharger but not a valet service.|One wall of the room is a big window. Good shower. Good, firm bed.|Door knob was partially disconnected and a toilet flush was not working properly.|Breakfast was quite standard.|Service was good.

I am a picky person when it comes to hotels. I was a bit worried because the reviews were not that great, but it turned out to be one of the most beautiful & unique property to experience. The space is full of natural lights, clean, huge bathroom etc. Concierge is very helpful, you can ask for assistance via whatsapp and they will help you with anything instantly. Loved the lounge area where i can work, simple breakfast was included for a good start of the day. Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel with excellent customer service. Vlad and Marta were especially outstanding—friendly, professional, and always helpful. They made our stay comfortable. Highly recommended!

Disappointing Stay--Not the 5-Star Experience Promised We were truly excited about our stay at Magna Pars Hotel in Milan. The communication leading up to the visit was great, and I was looking forward to what seemed like a luxurious and unique experience based on the hotel's website, YouTube videos, and various online reviews. Unfortunately, the actual stay left us disappointed on multiple levels. We booked a family suite, but upon arrival, the room we received looked nothing like the photos online. Even the hotel staff agreed that the pictures were misleading, but we were told that "we booked what we booked" and there wasn't much that could be done. There was no manager available on a Sunday, which I understand may be part of local customs, but as guests, it left us feeling stranded without support. We even contacted American Express in an effort to leave early but decided to stay and accept the situation. Eventually, we were offered what was called the "presidential suite," which turned out to be just a basic room that honestly could have passed for a standard family room. The sinks were backed up, the tub's water stopper was broken, and by this point, we no longer had the energy to continue requesting service or complaining. The overall hotel experience also fell short of the polished image they present online. There was no bellhop available to help with bags, no friendly greeting or welcome as seen on YouTube, and no opportunity to create the personalized scent the hotel boasts about--apparently, the staff responsible for this is not consistently available, though that is not mentioned anywhere in their advertising. We never saw the rooftop either, as it was closed, something else that was not communicated in advance. Additionally, we paid for parking but had to retrieve our own car, which felt more like self-parking despite paying for what we thought would be valet service. To be fair, the two front desk ladies were very kind and seemed to genuinely care, though they appeared limited in what they could actually do to improve our experience. I also appreciate that a manager eventually stepped in via phone on Sunday to try and make things right by changing our room. As someone who travels frequently around the world, I understand that not every stay will be perfect. But I've learned that not all 5-star hotels are created equal, and sadly, Magna Pars fell short. The online presentation and photos create an expectation that simply isn't delivered in person. Overall, it was a disappointing and disheartening experience, especially considering the price point and the luxury image the hotel promotes.

Love this property. Each room unique scent which is subtle and soothing. Beds are plush and sheets are of very high quality. Great view from the room!

Magna Pars Suites were a plush landing pad for our arrival in Italy (and our first time in Milan). I was worried that we would be too far away from the sites of Milan, but the Navigli neighborhood and canal turned out to be a draw. We loved strolling around, found some great local restaurants, and visited the canal both nights of our stay for people watching and aperitivi. Our room was elegant and spacious, and the bed was super comfortable - like a cloud. We loved the pillow menu, too! They brought us champagne and the most delicious petit fours on our first night - hooray! Daily servicing of our room was much appreciated.

Friendly, helpful, professional staff. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Maid service and room service impeccable. A bit of a walk to the attractions but not bad. The reception desk staff was very helpful, friendly and informative as well. As an American I had no problem with language barriers. Thank you for making a great trip even better.

Great hotel in Naviglio zone, big suites room with lots of space and great design. Included breakfast is excellent, staff members are friendly and always offering help. As in whole Italy AC it's controlled and with this heat wave is not enough sometimes during the middle of the day. Overall a great place and lots of places to eat around

This was a very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is wonderful and everything looks new and fresh. The rooms are so spacious and clean. In the room there are so many amenities from toiletries, things you might have forgotten (like a toothbrush, hairbrush, razor),in room coffee, which is very good, and complimentary water every day. The metro is a 7 minute walk. Restaurants are nearby, plus the hotel restaurant is delicious too. Breakfast is plentiful and so much variety. I looked forward to breakfast every morning. All equipment in the gym looked new and worked well. We had a great stay.

We loved this hotel! The staff was awesome and the rooms were huge with a full living, room dining room, bedroom and big bathroom. It was super clean and full of light. The area is also great for dining and running around shopping.

Beautiful rooms. Amazing lobby - if it weren't for covid I would've hung out here a lot more. Bed was comfy. Bar and restaurant were nice to have on site. It was my first time in Milan. I picked this hotel because I like finding neighborhoods ands staying out of the touristy areas. The location is just that but also central enough to get to the sites. All the staff were so nice!

Fantastic bed, modern decor and amazing breakfast. We stayed in Milan for one night. The Magna Pars is truly a five star hotel. For starters, they are selling a nights sleep. And on that count they won the World Cup. I am admittedly a bit of the Princess and the Pea. The bed was fantastic. Fantastic!! Possible the best ever! The decor is modern and visually pleasing. The service is gracious. And the restaurant's free breakfast was so unexpectedly good. From the free presseco to the incredible fresh fruit and charcuterie/cheese at the buffet, everything was top, top quality. We did not eat at the hotel for dinner the previous night, and I think we made a mistake. I have NEVER said that, ever. The neighborhood is industrial/chic but felt safe with no trace of edginess. I can unreservedly recommend this hotel for vacation, with family or on a business trip.

We must change room because Shadows on the windows does not work, also the public area and halls are very cold and you does not get cosy feeling when you entrance in the hotel.

Nice hotel but quite a walk to the centre and not along nice roads in places. We took taxis everywhere. Really nice room . Ultra modern and luxury. Breakfast and staff very good. All other staff good apart from nobody collected our bags from our room when departing so we had to do it ourselves. Some noise from an adjoining bar restaurant into the early hours in our room which was a distance away from reception. Room service food and service excellent.

We had a suite with a garden view on the second floor. The hotel had rented the garden bar to a birthday party that went on until 2am. We were unable to sleep. Regrettably the hotel receptionist had not much to say about the incident.My wife had to get dressed to go down and complain at 2am until anything was done to dampen the noise. We had a flight to catch at 8.30am.., Very unsatisfactory experience

Beautiful, modern hotel with large suite room. Lots of closet space too. We had an executive suite. My husband rates it 3-star, however, because he is a light sleeper and specifically requested a quiet room, but he could hear people coming/going inside as the lobby was an open, steel, and glass design. If the room was quiet, he would have given 4-stars. Staff was exceptional and very helpful, breakfast was delicious.

Echoing the recent review from Uli K., between 7:30 and 10:30 pm (and well past midnight on Fri/Sat), the noise (rock music + ruckus) from the bar/restaurant below is so loud that you cannot sleep or do anything else. And in fact, the music starts at lunch time; not as loud as in the evening but enough to distract you from reading, watching TV or working if you happen to be in the room. The hotel has huge windows (single-glazed? sound-proofing non-existent) opening onto the inner courtyard which acts like a sound chamber. It's basically awful design combined with an exuberant young management at the bar/restaurant. The latter is semi-independent from the hotel, so much like the previous reviewer, we have complained multiple times; the management, to its credit, tried to talk to the restaurant but to no avail. So, unless sleeping next to a night club is your thing, we'd recommend staying somewhere else. Other things, too, point to form trampling function. In the largish chic bathroom, no place/surface to put your toiletries on. No light in the shower. Huge red-leather sofas are uncomfortable. If you want to get a drink/snack/light meal at the bar, you'll be given a lecture how the menu is tied to the perfume in your room (right... I know what I was missing in my life so far), but when it gets down to substance, the offering is just a handful of quirky, small and expensive dishes. However, there are plenty of trattorias/osterias in the area, including a pretty decent Les Gitanes bistrot in the building (which has nothing French whatsoever other than the name but is nevertheless a lovely Italian trattoria). On the plus side, beds are very comfortable and the TV channel choice is quite wide... if only one could enjoy them.

This is an outstanding hotel - large, beautiful and functional rooms; very helpful staff; and a great restaurant. The neighborhood is not attractive unless you love graffiti and it is not convenient for walking as it is difficult to get out of the immediate neighborhood and get to the tram or main streets.

Staff was great but air ventilation was very loud and could not be stopped, had to use ear plugs to sleep.

This hotel was wonderful! We would definitely stay there again and really loved the staff, the building, the breakfast restaurant, the rooms, the bed-everything about this place including the location! Really high end luxury living with a cool Milan feel for a great price!

This hotel is very nice with beautiful suits. What is the sense of booking 5 star when out of a five night stay two nights we could not sleep because of a birthday party outside. They should think more about their guests and not about people coming in from surrounding areas till all hours. They may be making money from birthdays and other things but what about your guests, which like us were tired out.

This is a very good hotel that is on the verge of excellence. The ultramodern architecture and decor of this renovated and re-purposed perfume factory challenge the eye and, sometimes, the brain. The public areas are large, comfortable and well-stocked with esoteric 19th-century books on every subject. The rooms are large and comfortable, with some very nice features but a shortage of storage space for multi-day stays. We stayed in both a regular room and a suite, owing to an HVAC problem with our original regular room. We thought the regular room was better and more thoughtfully designed than the suite. The suite's bath room was large and had all the expected elements, but the lighting over the lavatories and shower was poor and counters for setting out toiletries and such were non-existent. The hotel has a large, beautifully-landscaped interior garden that is an excellent place to eat a meal, have a conversation or read a book. Breakfast was good, but other meals were not up to the standard set by several nearby restaurants. The staff was responsive and respectful. There are some issues with noise from inside and outside the hotel, but the friendly neighborhood bar with its historical bocciofila court behind the hotel is a great place to enjoy a drink or an aperitivo and to watch a variation of bocce that you have probably not seen before. Magna Pars is in a rapidly redeveloping neighborhood of design, IT and other companies; small traditional shops; good restaurants; and the important MUDEC museum. The Genova Metro stop on the Green Line is a ten-minute walk away and offers an easy ride to many of the key tourist attractions of Milan.

This is a very chic hotel with spacious and clean suites. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and healthy and the staff were very nice and helpful. The downside to being chic is that there were parties many nights in the lobby which all of the rooms face. Also, the van company they engaged did not charge us the rates the hotel had told us they would.

Absolutely amazing! One of the coolest hotels I've stayed in. The rooms are super modern and I loved the smell. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful served and delicious. Staff very helpful and attentive
