the staff acts very fake and unfriendly. almost every one of them, almost every time I visit. they talk passive agressively and it makes me very uncomfortable

My first time in this shop - gift voucher driven! The shop was clear, clean lines, colours. Easy to go for what I wanted... the staff was good. My first impression of the website was NO...depressive, or perhaps, models were "grey" - happy I went in personally, and my impression changed! We live and learn. My style is casual sporty, petite-sized lady that I am. Gelukt!
