Dined here this evening based on several recommendations. While the quality of the main course (butter chicken & rice & Wok fried crab) was very good and clearly reflects the skill of the kitchen team, the overall experience was unfortunately impacted by poor service.
The staff appeared inattentive, and one item, which is one of the signatures recommended by the staff ( king prawn) was served incorrectly / extremely cold which was disappointing. Basic service standards and attention to detail were lacking throughout the visit.
With improved staff training and better guest engagement, this restaurant has strong potential, as the food itself is commendable. I hope to see improvements in service on future visits.
