Small beach, but beautiful waters, big waves, an airplane landing & taking off immediately behind you every 1-15mins & beautiful 😍 sunsets. Clean sand & plenty of local fair without leaving the beach by more than 100ft.

Maho Beach is a must-see in St. Maarten. Watching planes fly just feet above your head as they land is absolutely wild — unlike anything else. Such an adrenaline rush! The beach was packed with people. Sunset Bar looked like it was the spot to be at, but we couldn't even walk in to the bar it was so packed. Ended up getting a bucket of local beers from Driftwood Boat Bar! Highly recommend!

Great beach by the airport runway. It's very popular for good reason it's views are great and the water is blue. There's bars on either side. The water gets deep fast.

This beach is a decent short stop. The water drops off and gets deep quick, lots of waves, and the strong wind gusts from the passing planes. It’s really only nice for a picture or video. The beach itself isn’t that great.

5 stars because the experience of the planes flying over is awesome and the water is amazing, we travel the world, the water is stunning here. If you are going to layout and are looking to enjoy a quiet/ laxed day at the beach... this is not it, IT'S PACKED and the actual beach is small, lots of tourists, but there is a cool bar attached where you can get drinks, food and buckets if beer!

Jet blasts are not to take lightly. Slightly overcrowded beach but the experience is fun. Lots of traffic. Best to go on foot.
