Decorated the French Colonial style with gorgeous classical music playing in common areas, Mai House makes you feel as if you have entered a portal into luxury and ease. Yet unlike many stylish hotels, Mai Hotel is a personal experience. Staff are so friendly and attentive and determined that your every need will be anticipated. We were lucky enough to have one of the most stylish hotel suites I have ever seen, overlooking the tropical pool. In the evening we were welcomed to cocktails and appetisers while the staff made dinner reservations for us at a nearby restaurant. ||The gym and spa were wonderful and the buffet breakfast with its selections of Asian and European delicacies was an event in itself. We were attentively attended to by Ms Y and Mr Chi Thien who tempted us with the day’s delicacies. |The concierge was delightfully helpful with tips on how to get where we needed to go and ready with an umbrella for the evening storm. |And if you only have the chance to taste one thing in Saigon, make sure it is the hibiscus tea in the lobby!

I had a really pleasant experience at this café lounge. The atmosphere was cozy and stylish, making it a perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. The drinks were well-prepared and flavorful, and the menu had a nice variety to choose from. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were welcoming and attentive, especially Ngọc, who was incredibly friendly and professional. She made sure we felt comfortable and taken care of throughout our visit. Her warm attitude definitely added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for great service and a chill environment to unwind.

The quality and variety of dishes exceeded our expectations — from fresh prawns and oysters to expertly prepared hot dishes and desserts. It was one of the best dining experiences we had in Vietnam.The hotel’s ambiance strikes a great balance between luxury and warmth. It’s also conveniently located, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants.Highly recommended — and we’ll definitely stay again on our next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

Excellent stay here for 2 nights at the end of our trip. The hotel has a luxurious feel from the moment you step through the door. Our room was on the 9th floor, it was spotlessly clean and the bathroom had a clawfoot tub. Breakfast was amazing with something for everyone available. Pool area is relatively small but is a great oasis from the traffic below. The rooftop bar also has great views over the city in the evening. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

10/10 would recommend for travellers that are in need of a luxurious hotel. The hospitality of the staffs are one of the best that I've ever had the fortune to experience, from the receptionists to the concierges and mostly the Thơm lounge tenders. Miss Ngọc along with Mr. Trung and Mr. Sơn had all given me such care and generosity in my stay. The concierges had offered me generous aids with my luggages and had been extraordinary informers for my trip in HCM city. Overall the experience i had in Mai house Saigon is one that i will carry with me whenever i travel back to Vietnam

My sister and I had an unforgettable five-day, four-night stay at Mai House Saigon Hotel. Our room was spotless, with crisp linens, well-maintained amenities, and daily housekeeping that ensured everything remained in pristine condition. The hotel’s attention to detail in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment truly stood out. Personally we really loved the bath tub, with lavender bath salt provided. The service was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and eager to assist. They attended to our needs promptly, whether it ensuring our stay was as seamless as possible. Their attentiveness made us feel truly valued as guests.The hotel itself is stunning, with a perfect blend of modern luxury and timeless charm. Mai House Saigon is a beautiful, elegant, 5 star hotel that was absolutely wonderful to stay at. I am sitting in the stunning foyer awaiting my taxi and my husband and I are sad to be leaving. The hotel has been a huge contribution to the amazing week we have had in this beautiful country, Vietnam. The first call-out is to the staff. They are so kind and treat everyone so well, with offers of assistance and happy greetings every time you bump into them. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with so many selections. The Premium Club was definitely worth the extra, our room was spacious and lovely. We enjoyed an evening sipping cocktails in the Sky Bar with the beautiful breeze listening to the DJ. And the spa is definitely worth a visit for being spoilt! Thankyou for such a memorable trip, we really do hope to be back!

This is an amazing hotel. All of the staff members are incredibly helpful and friendly and made our stay perfect. Our room was beautiful, as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was delicious, the pool was lovely, and the spa was amazing. We also really loved the views from the rooftop. I highly recommend staying at Mai House!
