Mai House Saigon Hotel

A lovely place to stay. Super friendly and helpful staff. We really loved our stay here. It was my wife's birthday on the early morning that we checked in. The staff had placed a small cake and a card with a happy Birthday wish. So very kind. The rooms were very tidy and well maintained. The gym has all the gear you would expect, and the pool is a great place to relax and enjoy a drink from the poolside bar. The hotel has a rooftop bar with a nice view and is a lovely place to start or end your evening.

My wife and I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel (Mai House) in February 2025. This was our last stay in the country after traveling throughout Vietnam. Overall, this is an excellent hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, clean with modern features. Beautiful lobby and rooftop bar, and pool. Good service and attention by staff. workout area. Excellent buffet breakfast. Nice part of town. Overall, this was a high quality hotel and worth the cost.

Staying at Mai House right now for our anniversary, it was such an amazing experience checking in today. As we approached the corner of the hotel, the concierge/reception gentleman took over our luggage cases. The check in process was very smooth. While we were waiting for the room to be set up, they sat us down in the executive lounge for a coffee. We had such a beautiful cake and lovely room set up. All the staff we met today were extremely helpful and professional! Thank you all.

Staying for a wonderful 5 nights. This hotel and all the staff are elegance personified in every way. Beautiful room. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast and all the meals where to the highest of standards. And one of my favourite parts of the stay was having a great cocktail in the Sky Lounge. Wonderful views, ambience and Theo, I think that was her name, was charming. The location was perfect for me, close to the organised chaos of the wonderful city, but you take on step back to the calmer district 3. I recommend this hotel in every way

Upon arrival Quy accommodates our group. He make sure we have an easy and smooth check in. The rooms are beautiful and fantastic! I love the bathroom! It has a separated bathtub. We had our Saturday dinner in their weekend buffet, it was superb! The food choices are awesome except for the caramelized shrimp which is hard and overcooked already. They serve decent wine also. Overall we had a great stay and we would love to stay again once we're in town. Checking out was smooth and easy too!

Lovely hotel, big rooms with lovely finishes and touches. Nice pool and roof top bar. Staff are helpful. About 20 minutes from the airport. |Easy to walk to Ben Nghe street food market. |Happy hour daily. Concierge are helpful to book things you want to visit.|The biggest negative for us was the New Year’s Eve party. We paid for a table which was great but the drinks were over inflated which I could live with if they were nice but they wasn’t unless you had a beer of soft drink. Terrible wine and cocktails. The menu was so limited to choose from I thought it was very disappointing. It was clear they had made a very limited menu to make the bar staff’s evening easier but that’s not what new years is about especially when you pay 1.2 m VND a ticket.|They should have had more choice of cocktails including a festive cocktail and a punch perhaps. Also paying nearly $9 for a bottle of water is a rip off. |So I say that menu was 2 star hotel offering. Social club menu was better. |Also the 10% off for guests should have been automatically deducted.

Incredible hotel. Breakfast buffet spread unlike any other, truly blown away. Whoever runs this place should teach a master class in hospitality. Staff are kind and attentive, amenities are great, and prices are fair. Would give it more than 5 stars if it was possible.

We stayed at the Mai House Saigon in December 2024. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel if you are planning on a visit to Ho Chi Minh City! The hotel location is perfect for being ble to walk to most sites and attractions in the city. The facilities are first rate, the rooms are clean, inviting, comfortable, and make you feel at home. The pool was such a great way to recuperate after a day out sight seeing. The buffet breakfast was exceptional - so many choices! We also ate at the Seafood Buffet one night - you need to do this! The food was delicious and again, there were so many choices. Finally, the staff...simply exceptional. So accommodating and welcoming. I have to mention Kelvin, the Concierge Supervisor, who went out of his way to ensure we received some medication we forgot in our room when we left, sending Mr. Lam, the bellboy, to the airport to meet us in between flight connections. Thank you Mai House Saigon for making our first trip to Vietnam an amazing and unforgettable one!
