Mai House Saigon Hotel

A very nice hotel. I was looking for a upscale boutique hotel away from city center and chose Mai House based on the positive reviews and room category. The hotel is much larger than I thought. Big lobby, lots of people, bright lights, etc. Standard for a 5star hotel. Front desk and Executive Lounge staff, while very courteous/pleasant, gave conflicting information that I found confusing. Communication needs improvement. Stayed here 2 nights and decided to stay in their Apartment suite as I thought I would enjoy the bigger space for the extra cost. While the room is lovely, there isn’t a full length mirror anywhere. Also, no place to hang your wet towels or wet cloths (it rains a lot in Saigon). Given it rains frequently, I would have expected the doorman to have umbrellas for the guest to use on their walks which is typical for most 5star hotels to have available. We had breakfast included in our room rate and it was good.

Our stay at Mai House Saigon was truly wonderful. From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently excellent. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and guided to our room, where we were pleasantly surprised to find the room was nicely decorated for our occasion. The room was spacious and offered a lovely city view from the window. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of options, and the service was outstanding. The staff were attentive, ensuring every guest’s needs were met and that everything ran smoothly. The hotel’s prime location added to the convenience and overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had a very pleasant time. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended. We spent a week in Ho Chi Minh City and were so glad we chose Mai House Saigon. Knowing the hotel is Vietnamese-owned made our stay even more special, and it exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, stylish, elegant, and impeccably clean. The rooms, lobby, and overall design are chic, full of character, and very well maintained. The staff were outstanding and provided truly exceptional customer service throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious and very generous, with great variety and quality. As someone who usually stays in five star hotels, I can confidently say this hotel is on par with, if not better than, many five star hotels around the world. Room service was impressively fast, responding to our requests in under 15 minutes. The location is perfect. We were able to walk easily to the War Remnants Museum, Independence Palace, and downtown areas. Mai House Saigon made our trip unforgettable, and we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for six nights and had a wonderful experience. The room facilities were excellent, and everything was spotless. We were completely impressed with their service and kindness. It's at an excellent, convenient location, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. One thing that really stood out was the thoughtful service. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh, and we'll definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Exceptional Event Experience at Mai House – Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of hosting an event at Mai House. From the initial planning stages to the final execution, everything was perfect. The operations team was incredibly attentive, dedicated, and professional. They anticipated our needs before we even asked and handled every detail with great care. The level of service provided truly exceeded my expectations, making the entire event run smoothly and leaving a lasting impression on our guests. I want to extend a special thank you to the fantastic team who made this happen: Bui Anh, Dao, Minh, Duc, and Vu. Your hard work and enthusiasm were the key to our event's success. The seafood dinner is incredible value and the service is excellent! They went above and beyond to make us feel special. This is our 3rd time here and it just gets better and better each time. THAO is especially attentive and accomodating to our needs, constantly checking on us! Its a buffet where you can order and it gets sent to your table without having to stand up very often. A great place to celebrate a special event! They gave us an anniversary cake!

Stunning hotel . Certainly has the wow factor. Nothing is too much trouble. Staff are very attentive and genuinely willing to please . The rooms are beautiful and immaculate in every way . The hotel itself is spectacular. And the food so far is amazing. The pool area itself is small but idyllic and adds to the experience. Special mention about the wonderful staff who exceed expectations to make our stay a memorable experience. From the lady at reception who sent flowers and cake to our room for our anniversary,to the reception man who brought us welcome drinks upon arrival and to the lovely pool area man Du who was friendly and helpful on the rainy lazy pool days ….a credit to the hotel all of you !!

The google rating doesn’t lie, I am very impressed during my stay. Check process was very quick, room was spacious, well maintained with super clean bathroom. Gym facility is great. Breakfast variation menu was very wide, it was easy for me as non-pork eater to select the menu, since you can see the notes beside the foot. The taste was very delicious…
