Maid Marian's Diner

Great little diner, first place we stopped to eat at in PEI, we did have to wait a while for a server to sit us even though it didn't seem that busy. The food was very quick to arrive, and we got three breakfast plates and a steak sandwich. The breakfast plates were very good, unfortunately the sandwich was pretty dry as it had very little cheese and absolutely no sauce or au jus to go with it. They provided HP steak sauce for the sandwich but I'm not very fond of the flavor. Luckily I asked for gravy which was poured over the fries, so I scraped up what I could to moisten the steak. The waitresses were fairly nice, we did get constant coffee refills, but no water refills. Long line to pay for food as there is a constant stream of people coming in just to get a coffee and to-go pastry. Overall not bad for the price and food, I would recommend.

Perfect diner experience. I have been coming here after many a night that's gone later than it should have for half of my life now. Quality and prices have stayed relatively the same - which is crazy, in the best way!! Maids is a staple for a weekend breakfast - not fancy, just good, hearty, fairly priced + fast. 🩷

Love this breakfast place. It was packed but we were able to sit at the bar top. We were well taken care of and the food was fast and delicious. Coffee and tea top ups consistently . The servers worked as a team and delivered a smooth experience.

Wanted something quick and decently priced. When we pulled up it was a full parking lot which is always a good sign. We walked in and we’re seated within minuets. We had barely put in our order and BAM foods at our table. Hot and fresh. Our server was there anytime we needed her. The staff were all smiling and cheerful. Can’t wait to come back.

Good food, simple but really good. Even better service. I enjoyed my time here and have been back there times already.

I got the Marian’s Turkey wrap and it was like Christmas dinner in a wrap, so so so good. My lunch date had Bacon Cheese dog with onion rings, and they said it was awesome. All around great place to eat. There is a line during peak hours, but it moves along pretty good.

The food usually is good here but I did take out of a hot turkey sandwich. The flavor was good but the meat was tough and the potatoes were dry. Don't need to order that again.

Great place to eat. Busy, busy diner, perhaps why we had to wait at our table for service. If you go when youre finished just go to the checkout & tell them your table number & pay, fantastic idea everyone should adopt. Plenty of good food on the plate, short wait for food. If Im ever in Charlottetown again I will stop by for a meal.
