I recently bought a few items from this shop. I purchased a top I sincerely loved. It was a delicate piece but snagged after very few wears. I empathize with small boutiques given how hard it can be in this economy. However, the blouse was quite expensive and they refused to accommodate me in any way (store credit would have been awesome). In spite of appreciating the aesthetic of the store, I won't be going back given poor customer service.
