"Rising from the corner ofPark City’s Main and Heber streets, the six-story, 33-suite Main & SKY blends a modern loft vibe with traditional ski-lodge service. Concrete, steel, and glass define the building and interior design, from the fireplace in the lobby to the elevator whisking beautiful people to their rooms. The hotel’s state-of-the-art lofts are unique to Park City, and the one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites feature floor-to-ceiling windows, full kitchens, living rooms with fireplaces and private decks with hot tubs. Sliding wall panels open to the master bathroom, the centerpiece of which is a soaking tub filled by a ceiling-mounted faucet."

Perfect location off Main Street. Our room had a hot tub on the balcony overlooking all the action. Close to food and shopping and bars. Quick walk to the town lift. Small parking garage.

Beware they change the price of your room without telling you. I had my room booked for $258 per night (The internet special) and and was charged $310 Per night without being told. I tried to talk to management but they are unwilling to work with you.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Amazing views and service. Centrally located with lots to do and see within walking distance. The room was great too! Picture taken from penthouse suite.

This is the second time my boyfriend and I have stayed here in the last year and we are so glad we gave it a second chance! It was like we were at our home away from home except had what felt like a personal concierge always available. Bill and Angel were our main points of contact and they were exceptional. They took very good care of us and made sure our stay was perfect and were happy to extend our stay (a few times). The condo had everything we needed and if something wasn't there, Bill and Angel made sure to get it for us within minutes. The location is perfect and the underground parking is very convenient. We stay in Park City a lot and are excited to come back to see all the updates they are doing to the property. I highly recommend staying here and if you had a bad experience before, definitely give Main & Sky a 2nd chance!

This place couldn't be more convenient! When staying here level set your expectations because it is not a full service hotel. BUT, it has all the benefits of a condo AND a friendly front desk staff to assist. The rooms are clean and quite large - totally fit all our ski gear comfortably with room to spare. The bathrooms are huge and the soaker tubs are a nice touch. ||By far the best benefit of this hotel is the location. You can be on town lift within 5 minutes of leaving the hotel. You're also so close to main street that you can put your name in for a table at a restaurant and go back and hang out in your room until they text you. ||Overall if you're looking for a convenient, clean spot where you don't have to deal with parking in town or at the mountain or ubers at night, this is an awesome option.

I rented a Junior suit, paid a lot of money so expectations were high. We had planned most of our meals in the condo. But in our unit 504 the stove was cracked in two places and could only get two of the burners to work. Knobs were stripped out. Refrigerator ice maker and water were not hooked up. Big wet spot in the carpet by backdoor from snow melt. Unit was very spacious had a lot of room for five people. But paying that kind of money I would expect better.

Honestly, I should have known better. So many red flags before we got there. ||1. Reservations never picks up the phone or calls back. (forced to book online)||2. No link to the Spa on hotel's website||3. Front desk gave me a non-working number for the Spa, could not transfer me.||||Then we actually arrived... Front desk did not acknowledge our 5 year anniversary, nor did the hotel. (no amenity, card, or upgrade, typical stuff for a nice hotel, especially in between seasons when it's slow) Probably because I had to book online and nobody read the notes. The front desk checked my ID handed me a key and that was it, no info about the hotel, didn't even tell me when check-out was. Gave me a piece of paper with all the hotel info (spa phone number wrong again)||||Got to the room and it looked like a college apartment that the landlord just touched up everything broken. Obvious damage to the walls and furniture. Hot tub was rusty and peeling at the bottom, deck had bubbly water damage. Pretty bad.||||I would not recommend staying here unless you are coming to ski with a large group of rowdy children, because clearly that's who stays in these rooms.

Beautiful boutique style hotel just one and a half blocks from the town ski lift and fabulous Main Street. The facility is spotless and the vibe is fantastic! All of the support staff including front desk, concierge as well as the cleaning staff are focused on making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Will absolutely be coming here the next time I visit Park city Utah.

Yelp
This place, in short, is the cat's meow! I love it. I travel a ton and stay at a lot of hotels. This place stands out. They have customer service down to a science. We've stayed here twice. Both times for spring skiing. The first time we stayed here, I asked the front desk for plastic cups that we could use for putting alcohol in. They told me they did not and apologized over and over. The second time we stayed here we checked into our room to find a bottle of wine, a tray of chocolates, a hand written welcome letter and A SLEEVE OF RED SOLO CUPS! Our two stays were a year apart and they remembered we wanted plastic cups!!! Where does that happen anymore?!?? From the moment you arrive at the Sky Lodge you feel like a VIP. They offer complimentary shuttle service to anywhere local. If you have skis they check them for you, put your boots on driers and make sure everything is ready for you in the morning. SIMPLY FANTASTIC. The lobby attendants and valet are friendly and quick to answer any questions or requests. The rooms are luxurious. The service is exceptional. They offer both morning cleaning and evening turn down. This is a great location for restaurants and nightlife as all are walking distance. Now the only reason I didn't give five stars is because they have put their rooftop hot tub out of order. We used to love this amenity. It's the only thing missing after a day on the slopes. There is still an indoor hot tub on the first floor but it's not the same as having the fresh air. All in all, this place is so worth it. I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone planning on staying in the Park City area. Book it. Do it.

Yelp
Having the very best time here with our 2 year old. After scouring Airbnb and hotels all over the area, we settled on this for a reasonably priced room with private hot tub on the porch. Based on mixed reviews we weren't expecting to be overly impressed. Wrong! Such a great location, across the street from a ski lift and right in the center of activity and restaurants. And sitting in the perfectly heated hot tub watching the skiers and snow coming down has been so great! Sure there's some signs of wear but hey it's a hotel in a snowy climate, not sure I've ever seen immaculate in these conditions. The place is clean and modern, has a kitchenette, a little living room in addition to the 2 bed/2 bath. Perfect for a family with littles We're here only 2 nights this time but will definitely be back in future. I bet it would be great in summer too, but it looks like they're planning to close for a few months starting in April - renovations to make it even better perhaps?

Yelp
Incredibly disappointed with our stay. We spent just 2 nights here and everything fell short. Once in our room, it was quite dirty and everything felt very unclean. There were spots on the sheet, all dining ware was very dirty, and the hot tub obviously hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. The bathtub was broken upon arrival and everything felt out of place. The parking garage was an absolute nightmare and was impossible to park in, literally. For the amount spent, we wish we stayed elsewhere. The only reason I didn't give 1 star was that the location was fantastic. Perfect spot to get anywhere in downtown Park City. Other than that, this place was a nightmare and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Yelp
I just stayed there 2 nights. It's great. Best central location you can get on Main St and the rooms with the jacuzzi are wonderful. I was actually super impressed. It's not full service but every employee was super helpful and we had no problems. I would stay again and recommend.

Yelp
AVOID!!!! Please save your money and do not book your ski vacation at Main & Sky! They quoted us a reasonable price when we booked initially; but come to find out they tripled the price per night without telling us! They never sent a confirmation email! The manager is only available from 11pm to 7am, what the FUCK is that! Do you really think that I am going to call back between those hours? Is that a joke? Apparently not... There is no such thing as a management at this hotel! The front desk staff is beyond horrific, extremely rude, unaccommodating, and not Interested in your well being! The only nice person is Bill who is the driver for the hotel. After bill had been taking us to deer valley resort for the past two days (which is a 5 minute drive) the front desk employe told us that he is not allowed to drive you that far! How ridiculous is that! She suggested that we take uber or lift to get to our destination! We stayed in a two bed, two bath room. The accommodations were extremely dark and depressing. The bath towels had holes in them. As soon as you walk into the lobby you are hit with a horrific stench! They had a horrible sewage smell that completely entrenched the whole hotel! And apparently this is a recurring problem! This property has a lot of potential but unfortunately it ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!

Yelp
Yikes.. booked a two bedroom suite with my wife, my best friend and his wife. An impromptu outing to park city which was supposed to be relaxing turned out to be stressful and upsetting. The good: location and quality of the hotel seemed to be acceptable. Hotel is a 3.5/5 in hotel quality, appearance and ambiance. The bad: arrived to the hotel to find out the bathroom door in our suite was locked! Called hotel front desk staff to ask for help unlocking the door, staff was not able to correct the problem. They sent someone to try and open the door but was unable. When asking if we can have another room, they declined. For the next 24 hours, our friends had to stay in the suite without a bathroom which was completely unacceptable! The ugly: hotel staff on 11/12 when checking out were very rude, saying we need to wait for a response from the owner regarding our room. I was not able to speak to a manager when asking if we could better understand the issue. I was told we would receive a phone call, which we never received. If you want to be treated inferior and worthless, stay here. Customer service here is absolutely terrible. As a resident of Salt Lake City and frequent traveler to Park City, we will be staying somewhere else.

Yelp
I have stayed at Main and Sky 4 times in the last 3 years. I had a hard time writing this review but it's important as I hope constant feedback helps this place get better. If I wrote this review a few years ago, it's 5 stars easy. But I saw a lot of troubling things - signs of decline that need to be stopped. This place is too good and needs help. On the upside - there are a few dedicated employees who actually care. I came across 3 gentleman who work the front desk. I think honestly they do everything and they put their heart in it. Unfortunately, they can only do so much. But I commend each of them. They went above and beyond to be friendly, maintain some standard, and stem the tide. On the downside. I have worked in hotels before, you can tell, loud and clear this place is in cash preservation mode. Skeleton staff (as good as they are), amenities disappearing, wear and tear. The location is still the best in Park City, it's almost worth staying here to be central. What a cool location. Right on lower Main Street. This place - if treated right, can charge anything they want. When you walk in, it's cool and elegant. But there is no staff....they can't afford it. Many times, the front desk is manned by a sign and a walkie talkie. They don't have a bar or restaurant affiliation anymore. That's OK, but no room service or any options other than to leave the property. The rooms are still nice but showing age without investment. Towels are thin, coffee maker dirty, windows dirty, amenities are few, drains are slow, water only warm, not hot....I could go on but you get it. On our last day, the maid missed our room, which just should not happen here, at this place, at this price....The front desk guy was sorry - and he went up and straightened up our room himself.....see what i mean? A few dedicated employees covering for a huge deficit. I hear from folks in town this place is owed by a development dude with some family trouble and the property is in the middle of that....so I guess I get the lack of investment or attention....but I beg whomever, to either take the place seriously, or sell it to someone who cares. It would be a shame for this place to fade away.

Yelp
We had a medical problem and had to cancel our reservation. We tried to get a hold of someone to discuss the issue but had to use email to cancel. We tried to speak with someone several times but did not get a response - sent two emails (stating in the subject line, "Emergency Medical Situation" and again, no response. We will definitely NOT choose to stay here in the future.

Yelp
Awful. Over charged. would not refund. Had to dispute with my bank. Called over 2 weeks straight, a lot of the times no one picks up their phone. I had to request to speak to the supervisor only to never get a call back. Please was overpriced

Yelp
This is our second stay here at the Main and SKY. My wife and I have loved staying in their residences. With two rooms, two bathrooms and the kitchenette we've enjoyed spending our time in our room instead of going out and about Park City. Staff is very nice and the housekeeping is very prompt.

Yelp
Stayed here in a two room suite and had the best time! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious, as well as the kitchenette area, which also had a pool table. We were in town for a show, so the location was very convenient. Oh, and did I mention the balcony hot tub? Complimentary breakfast delivered to the room was also included. Our only complaint was that we had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk when we arrived to check in, and another 10 minutes for them to complete the check in process. Things seemed a bit disorganized. Otherwise, everything was great and the rooms are very comfortable.

Yelp
Nice place, i was not expecting what i saw. Simply mind blowing. No place is perfect mind you (thats why i didnt give it five stars) but this place is close to it. The spacious room is a serious plus as well the bedding. The tub water flow comes out of the ceiling! The patio was large and we had a 8 person hot tub. Our room was 207. Not much of a view of anything but who cares when you have an 8 person hot tub?? Im going back in August for my birthday and hopefully this room will be available. If you are local and want to stay-cate, Park Citys Main and Sky should be considered for sure. Hope my pictures help.

Ken H.

Yelp
Be careful, I booked my stay at Main and Sky in Park City for April 13th, a week before my trip I found out that the Ski Areas had closed on April 8th. The whole town basically shuts down until the summer season. When I tried to cancel our booking a week before our trip they would not cooperate and said the stay was non-cancelable. They billed me the whole $1,753.00 I have been Skiing my whole life in the Lake Tahoe area and never imagined that the Ski Area would close so early in the year. Hard lesson to learn.

Yelp
TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT I recently got married in October in Park City and chose Main & SKY as my wedding night hotel location. When we arrived, the night manager sent us to a room that was filthy- dirty dishes in the sink, unmade bed, towels all over the bathroom. It looked like someone had hosted a rager in there. When we reported this, he gave us a new room (obviously!) but didn't even apologize. I could live with this kind of issue, because mistakes happen. It was the fact that after this happened, I tried for 4 weeks to get in touch with the manager to complain about the experience and NEVER EVEN GOT HER ON THE PHONE ONCE! I left messages with her team and even hunted down her email address, and not once did she respond. She seemed to have people running interference for her at every turn so as not to deal with my genuine issue with her hotel. If this is how they treat people in the OFF SEASON, I would hate to see what it is like when they are busy. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy-- that kind of service is completely unacceptable for the amount you pay to stay here.

Yelp
Best furnishings in a hotel thus far. 1900 square feet, 2 fireplaces inside, 1 outside on a wooden deck, hot tub outdoors overlooking mountains of Utah, huge insane master bath, full kitchen and 8 person dining table... need to find more accommodations like this across the country.
google avatar

Yelp
You drive up and are greeted by a huge outdoor fireplace that is so elegant and pretty. It has a small hotel sort of feel to it, though I'm not sure how big it actually is. I don't know how we wound up getting a room the size of a one-bedroom apartment, but I'm not complaining. The TV sinks in and out of the bureau in the bedroom so if you don't want one, you can just push a button: voila! We went during the off season (late November) and it was ridiculously discounted for our massive room with kitchen with stainless steel appliances, living room, dining table, balcony with mini hot tub!!!!!!! Unfortunately I had the flu so I did not get to try it :( I'm not sure why the bathroom is so huge though...it seems like there is a lot of wasted space. I think the floor is marble or some kind of stone and the counters in the kitchen are granite and all is oh so elegant. Also, they say it is designed with the environment in mind, not sure how, but feel better about your extravagance! There is no bath tub in the room we were in, just a huge, sexy shower, but remember the outdoor, private hot tub! OOOOh. And a tiny little old-fashioned shaped fireplace in the bedroom!
google avatar

Stephanie C.

Yelp
Heavenly! Staff is so welcoming and our suite couldn't have been more gorgeous and Quiet! I never heard one other person or street noise. Mountain View's from the bedrooms were breathtaking. I loved keeping the shades open to go to bed under the Park City lights and waking up to the mountain sunrise. Hot tub and pool were both clean and we always had them to ourselves, even on Presidents weekend. Location right in the middle of historic Park City meant that non-skiers had tons to do. Valet parking is required, so be prepared for $25/night but they have your car available within minutes and always helped us with our bags. No breakfast but coffee is available in your room with a nice modern coffeemaker. I suggest the Eating Establishment on Main for breakfast...it's delish! Was with 2 seniors and a middle schooler and everybody LOVED this place!!! Can't wait to go back next year, I hope!!!

Yelp
The Sky Lodge is an absolute dream of a hotel. Perfect in every way possible, from check in to check out. Located right off the main street in Park City, you are walking distance from the best dining in town and the bars. Need to go somewhere else, perhaps check out Deer Valley? Fear not, the hotel has a private van that can take you anywhere you need to go and the drivers are extremely nice and helpful. The van will also drop you off everyday at the base of the mountain. We didn't even have to worry about ski storage, the shuttle takes care of everything for you! Beyond the transportation, the employees are polite, knowledgeable, and professional. They are will help with anything you may need throughout your vacation. My condo was spacious and well decorated- it even had a pool table in the living room! The beds were so comfortable, we asked the front desk who makes it so we can look into buying one. I had a good nights sleep every night I was there, which is ideal when you are vacationing. The spa was also fantastic. II had a complimentary sea salt bath which was absolutely perfect after a day of hard skiing. The hotel also has an indoor pool with jacuzzi (your muscles will thank you after skiing all day) and a rooftop bar (chic, chic, chic). The lobby also has an outdoor patio with a fire, which is sublime with a apres ski drink in your hand. Will I be coming back to the Sky Lodge? 100% Yes.

Yelp
I wish there were more than 5 stars for this terrific boutique hotel. I just returned from a girl's ski trip and a stay at The Sky Lodge. I honestly can't say enough about the location, service, accommodations, and attention to details. First, the room is hip yet warm and inviting. We had a two bedroom suite with a beautiful view of Park City Mountain Resort and the Town Lift. There was plenty of room and lots of little extras that make it super comfortable. My friend and I both commented that whomever designed it thought about what a woman might like. Plenty of the rooms have their own hot tubs. Ours did not (sadly) but there are two other community hot tubs that we used. Turndown service includes bottled water. Our room had a great little kitchen with a coffee maker that was stocked with Peet's coffee and all the necessary sweeteners and creamers. The employees are extremely helpful and friendly. The concierges Sara and Carla both helped us with many (and I mean many) requests with a smile. The hotel also has a shuttle van that will take you to the lifts or even to a restaurant if they are not too busy. Our drivers were also always helpful and friendly. Diego was particularly sweet as he always helped us haul our gear after a long day of skiing. The van always was stocked with bottles of Dasani water to quench our ever present thirst. One night I forgot my gloves at a restaurant and they insisted it was no problem to just run and get my gloves. The bar on the roof is a pretty cool little spot and a great way to end a long day. Most days we had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was well-priced and absolutely delicious but that can wait for another review. Lastly, the location is perfect. You are right off of Main Street and can easily walk to restaurants, shopping, and PCMR Town Lift.

Yelp
I booked this hotel last minute before reading any of the reviews and I'm so glad that I did. I've been a nervous wreck for the last 2 days thinking that I was gonna be staying in an abandoned dump because of all of the ridiculous unfavorable reviews. I just checked in, and to my surprise, there was an actual human being at the front desk. A very friendly and welcoming gentleman to be honest. I was expecting a walkie talkie?? I don't know, maybe I'm just not a rich stuck up snob, but I am very pleasantly surprised by this spot. Absolutely zero complaints!! Hopefully everybody reads the terrible reviews about this place, and decides not to stay here, so that there are vacancies for me to stay here.

Yelp
I just came in late from a very delayed flight and walked into a beautiful surprise of a hotel room. I'm in a one bedroom suite and to say that it is spacious and well appointed is an understatement. I think I just found my new Park city home.

Carolyn R.

Yelp
For over $3200 (with tax) a night for their residence, we expected more. We thought for that price we would be staying in a luxury hotel with good service. Their continental breakfast that they pushed as a "great" perk consisted of a room that was set up cafeteria style, with no one to help, scraps of food and no coffee/creamer ever left. We had to ask 3 times for coffee and creamer one morning and it still never came. We were told that the woman that "new" how to make the coffee machine wasn't there so we couldn't have any. We requested a crib in our room upon booking and again upon check in. When we arrived in our room it wasn't there. Upon calling again, they brought a broken bed that would have collapsed when I put my baby in it had I not checked the bottom (there were multiple screws missing). Then on top of it they didn't even clean! My kids highchair was disgusting, the kitchen table was covered in food, they didn't leave any paper towels....the list goes on. We had to call 3 times for housekeeping to come each day. Then they would tell us they would be right there...didn't show up until hours later right as we were arriving back to put our kids down for a nap, which now we had to wait for them to be done. There is a skeleton staff...they are going through new management and re-staffing as I was told. Don't expect to see many people there or get anything fast They offered us a "discount" for staying there- which we still have yet to see. Disappointed in lack of follow up, our experience and the hefty price tag.

Adam B.

Yelp
The worst hotel service I have ever had in my life. This is my first yelp review, I don't yelp, but this place is a dumpster fire. The management is disrespectful and treated us like we were not welcome. The hotel is a ghost town and everyone I talked to in town said it changed ownership recently and since has ruined the place. It's a seriously creepy place. I think there is probably money laundering going on with ownership. Stay clear, not safe! I would never ruin a places reputation, but this place needs to be sold or shut down.

Amazing fresh delicious food and efficient friendly staff. Chef Jordan prepares a wide variety of exquisite delectable menu items Start with an appetizer and end with a dessert. You will be on cloud nine

Yelp
We were here 9/18-23/2011, one of nicest boutique hotes in which we have ever stayed. Great room, great service, great location, great restaurant (Easy Street). We were booked at another hotel that was a nightmare. Called Sky and they accomodated us very nicely. Off season, so price was a steal ($200 per). Probably 3 or 4 times this during high season. We had a car, but left it parked most of the time, hotel had free shuttle to deliver us and pick us up (Rento, the Bell captain, did extra duty to make our stay a lasting memory). Can't say enough about staff, room and whole experience (Sky Lounge on the roof was an intimate and beautiful way to end the evening). Definite keeper.

Yelp
What can I say? I didn't actually stay here but got a chance to check out some rooms. They're beautifully appointed and this would be an ideal place to stay with a wedding party or any other group. A tranquil spa with great energy is tucked away downstairs. If the massages are half as good as the vibe, they'd be well worth it.

Rachel V.

Yelp
This hotel is not worth the price. The staff was absent, we did not see any workers if you need one there is a walkie talkie you can call someone on. The restaurant and tavern is not operating. We had to walk to the Marriott next door for water. It seems like this hotel is 2-3 weeks from shutting down. I will say the room was nice and clean. The lack of staff and amenities ruined our stay. For $600 a night I expected more. Totally disappointed. Do not stay here.

Betsy W.

Yelp
This place is a joke. I am not one to leave a review wether good or bad but the experience my boyfriend and I had at this hotel was so awful it was laughable. I felt like we were in a sick movie where the jokes just kept on coming... The staff is useless and this hotel must be struggling as they don't have any resources or up to date systems to keep track of their clientele and room availability. I called to book the room 3 months prior to our stay as their website was not working. As I reserved the room over the phone my debit card was charged a "deposit" yet as a week passed I had yet to receive a confirmation email. I called again to confirm and was told there was a technical issue and they apologized but my room was not reserved and booked my room and sent a confirmation email as I was on the phone. The week before our arrival to this shit hole, my credit card was charged the entire amount for our planned stay. We arrive to the hotel and they did not have a room for us. Yes, I repeat they did not have a room for us. They said they had an accident and the room we were going to stay in flooded. They said they tried to call us and email us yet we did not receive anything (I check my calls, voicemails, and emails daily). I asked why did they charge our card if they could not reach us and did not have a room for us and they did not have an answer just a blank stare ... They promised to upgrade our room and it would be available the next day. They advised us to stay at the hotel next door and they will call and arrange a night for us yet we have to pay for the room, they could not afford to accommodate us despite this unbelievable circumstance. I literally thought they were joking until we were walking down the street to the other hotel... I just got off a flight and did not have the energy to argue or go back and forth with them if this is how they run their business. We planned this trip to Park City for my boyfriends Aunt's 50th birthday celebration and there was a large group of us flying in. Some of which were also staying at Main and Sky. Another couple from our party left Main and Sky as well as they were guided to their room that was still occupied by previous guests who were still in there when they went into the room! The room had not even been serviced when they tried to give them the room they had paid for!!! hahahahhahahahahhahahahh unbelievable. After we returned to the so called promised room the night after, as we were promised accommodations and a upgraded room for the inconvenience. We were greeted with a plate of Bologna imitating a prosciutto and cheese board and some cheap wine. The room looked nice but everything was cheap and falling apart. the beds were extremely uncomfortable and just like previous posts stated, not the size we were told. As we departed we paid full price for this place despite the inconvenience (They said they discounted it $10 dollars a night hahahahahhaha),at this point we were just like whatever... the front desk person couldn't even print our boarding passed because their printers were out of ink, and they only had "Decaf coffee"...supposedly the real coffee was on back order. This place is broke and has no resources and will probably not last much longer. I did not complain in person and instead decided to leave a review of how awful it was because there was no point in complaining ...They have an excuse for everything and don't take any responsibility for how poorly ran their establishment is. They have a huge lack of resources available to guests yet they charge 5 star hotel prices. They are going to overcharge you to try to stay afloat but your experience will be better at a Motel and I mean that.

Yelp
Find a different hotel!!! I travel for my job and I stayed here for vacation at xmas and it was the worst experience of my life! The staff was absolutely horrible. This place is under new owner/management and it has gone down hill since they took over. I stayed there 3 days and I have a list of about 15 complaints in that amount of time. From no valet being around, no kleenex in my room for days even though I asked, housekeeping not taking my dirty dishes and every time I went to the front desk no one was there. And trust me there was a lot more stuff that happened too. For the amount of money that they charge you think they would treat you like a king or queen.

Yelp
Been staying here for 10 years as fractional owners and I can tell you that each and every year, the service and amenities have been getting worse. For the last 3 years especially, the staff has been turned over and are not properly trained in the hospitality industry. The front desk does not answer the phone half the time, there are no more bellman, and the shuttle service the past 2 days have been awful. This time during New Years at least, the maintenance workers have doubled as bellman and as shuttle service drivers. This has been, by far, the worst front desk service my family and I have ever experienced compared to ANY other hotel we have stayed. Being a long time owner at the Main & Sky, my family and I are extremely disappointed and personally would not recommend staying here, unless you are looking for Do-It-Yourself service.

Yelp
Overall, a very good experience. The location of Main & Sky could not be better -- walking distance to Main Street and all the shops and restaurants, the Town Lift, etc. The two-bedroom suite was spacious and the kitchenette was especially helpful to have. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. We were disappointed that the living room area had no windows and was quite dark, and the view of Main Street was actually from one of the bedroom windows. The ski valet was fantastic - we never worried about our skis, and the shuttle ride to the base of the mountains was extremely convenient and efficient. Continental breakfast was included in the (expensive) nightly rate, but it was not very substantial and left a lot to be desired (skiers need a big breakfast in the morning!) There also seem to be some internal communication issues at the hotel. For example, we were told the restaurant would be open, then we were told that is was open all days except Monday and Tuesday, then finally that it was closed. We never got a straight answer (odd that Tavern is still listed under "Dining" on the website). Overall, while I wouldn't necessarily call it "luxury" accommodations, Main & Sky was a very good option for our stay in Park City. We would be happy to return to Main & Sky for a future stay. A special thanks to the Main & Sky housekeeping staff, as well as to Ian, Romain and Melissa at the front desk, who were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Yelp
If there wou d be less than one star I would use it. Our recent stay was DISASTER!The first day we were there there was a rotten smell in our room. It smelled like sewage. The front desk said they would look into it. Nothing changed. The second day was worse. The odor was sickening. They said they would look into it. Nothing happened. They then said they would comp one of the two nights and the parking. When I received my Amex bill they added $105 for a "resort fee" and was told I had to pay it. We only used the room and nothing else. The irony of it all was we were one of only two rooms rented in the entire hotel. One of the employees admitted that they had the same problem constantly in our room and three others. Why would they put you in a room that they knew stunk to high heavens when they were empty ?????? Their general manager obviously doesn't care about customers.

Yelp
This was one of the best vacation stays ever. Nice room. They upgraded us without even asking. They were so accommodating for me and my family( wife n 2 kids). We just couldn't believe it. They went above and beyond anything we have ever seen before. The staff was super helpful with any request. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone going to park city. It's a great location with a ton of restaurants n stores within walking distance n the lift is around the corner. But really the staff was what really makes this place special. Don't get me wrong, the room was awesome but the way they go out of the way to make sure you are having a great stay makes this place different. Dave from New Orleans.

Yelp
We had our guests stay at the Sky Lodge for our wedding weekend this past September, and we all were treated like kings. The hotel manager Chris went out of her way to make sure our stay along with the needs of our guests, such as transportation and meals were all taken care of. Chris worked with us months ahead, and came up with solutions for our problems before we even thought of them. The rooms along with the Penthouse which we rented out for a night are ridiculous wonderful and large. The Sky Bar at the roof on the back is a spectacular place to hang out with friends around the fire pits. We also hosted our rehearsal dinner at their restaurant Easy Street and the food was amazing. All in I could not think of a better place to host, party and stay in Park City than at the Sky Lodge. The only downside was the lack of personnel to help out at the front desk at times, but they were still always able to accommodate us and help our guests. I would definitely recommend having guests of a party stay here, and hosting any functions at the Sky Lodge given the wonderful and kind team Chris has put together. Thank you! Dave

Yelp
Our room smelled like a nursing home. The service was excellent & someone was always at the front desk to promptly serve us. The room looked super nice and I felt very clean while staying there, but I had to run to Walgreens for Febreze to try to improve the smell in the air. I'm pretty sure it came from the mixture of Aveda products down the hall, so be sure to request your room is NOT on the 1st floor. I was disappointed that this wasn't the ski resort - mountainside chalet type hotel I was anticipating from the photos, but it is in a great location near the shops and eateries downtown. It is not chic but is clean. The website is misleading & dated. I wouldn't consider this hotel upscale so don't spend too much. It deserves a solid 3 stars; however definitely wasn't worth the discounted nightly price we paid. If you're looking for the winter, cozy, fireside experience I was, try any of the options near the ski lifts at Canyons...you can't go wrong & the prices were much better! I wish someone had left this review before I booked. Please management: consider freshening up the smell of the hotel & only book people in the 1st floor room facing the concrete parking ramp if it's the last room available!

Yelp
Spent the night up here with my girlfriend and 2 others and it was spectacular. Upon arrival they upgraded me for free to a bigger room. They also provided us with a couple complimentary bottles of wine as well as a breakfast that consisted off a muffin and fruit. The host was a very friendly guy and the rooms were very nice. The hot tubs are small and personal sized (1 person or 1 couple) but the views from the balconies are great. The best place to stay on Main.

Yelp
It's my understanding that this property recently underwent a change in management. Reading the negative reviews here, I just can't believe we are reviewing the same hotel and staff. Please head over to Trip Advisor for more recent, and much more accurate reviews including mine: Incredible Service, Fantastic Location, Luxury Boutique Hotel My Dad and I just returned from 4 amazing nights at Main & Sky (The Sky Lodge). Immediately upon booking, the customer service agents were so attentive and on top of everything! They immediately arranged for transportation from the airport, and inquired about any other assistance or arrangements we would need. Upon arrival Monday night we were lucky enough to be upgraded from a two bedroom suite to a residence with a hot tub on the deck! There was a bottle of wine, welcome desserts, fruit and Danish basket, breakfast parfaits in the fridge for the morning, as well as a $100 credit to their restaurant Tavern. What a wonderful way to be welcomed!! The residence was a fantastic dual master. Each bedroom had a fireplace, beautiful soaking tub that fills from the ceiling, Bose sound system, bathrobes, and the comfiest beds. The bathrooms even had little TVs to watch while soaking. We were hoping to stock the fridge with a few beers as well, and the most amazing customer service agent ever, Ian, offered to run down to the local brewery and pick-up craft beer for us while we unpacked! After Ian returned from the brewery (in no time) we started chatting with him about the different resorts in the area and where we should go - Park City, Canyons, Deer Valley). He told us that the resort offers free transportation to all 3 resorts and offered to show us around Canyons in the morning since it was our first time in Park City. In the morning, we met Ian in the lobby and he took us down to the garage where he had already loaded all of our gear into a brand new Acura SUV (Main & Sky is sponsored by Acura so they have like 5 brand new SUVs to drive guests around town in). We hopped in the back and in less than 10 mins we were in front row parking at Canyons. Ian recognized that I didn't have anything to cover my face from the wind/snow and so he came to the rescue and offered me one of his fleece neck gators to keep warm. Boy did that save the day!! When we were ready to be picked up, we just gave the resort a call and one of the black Acuras was at the bottom of the lift in no time. The Ski Valet adjacent to the garage was super convenient with hot chocolate, coffee, tea, and glove and boot warmers/dryers ready for you as soon as you hop out of the car. The hotel couldn't have a better location - right in between the bottom of Main Street and the Town Lift. Every morning, the staff asked if we would like a ride to a resort, but we really enjoyed being able to walk to the lift. I can't say enough about the entire staff at Main & Sky, in particular - Ian. He was so attentive and helpful, gave great advice, waved hello when we saw him on Main Street, and really made us feel like we had an awesome friend in a town we had never visited before. The staff at this hotel is truly all about going the extra mile for their guests. We will absolutely return and hope to find that Ian has been promoted to a manager!

Yelp
You basically never have to leave the room unless it is to saunter down main street and get on a shuttle and meet famous people en route to an obscure movie... oh sundance!

Yelp
Great hotel, clean, friendly! Would definitely come back. Close to everything in down town Park City.

Yelp
You can't go wrong with Main + Sky when staying in Park City. We hosted our wedding here and couldn't have been happier. We were a bit concerned (okay, a lot) when our original wedding coordinator at the hotel took a job in another state, but her replacement, Alexandra, quickly stepped up and took care of every detail. I was beyond relaxed leading up to my wedding and day of was a breeze because Alexandra and her team handled everything perfectly. Our guests were blown away by the incredible setting, food, service and ambiance. For those of us who stayed in the hotel, we couldn't have asked for more accommodating or friendly service. They treated all of our guests like royalty and did everything they could to make our wedding weekend perfect. Thank you Alexandra, Todd, Tim, Eduardo, Jim and the rest of the team for an incredible stay. We'll be spending many years to come at Main + Sky!

Yelp
Maybe new management there but right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Tried to book a wedding reception and they don't know when they will have renovation or when it will be done. Could be at the same time my wedding is. But they aren't sure. Oh sign me up for that. Not!

Yelp
Room was fantastic. We had the room with the pool table inside and a hot tub on the balcony on the 3rd floor. Perfect getaway for my wife and I and the kids after they were asleep. However, no vending at all...so hope you aren't hungry at night. I actually walked all the way over the the marriot a block away to get food, and they had a ton of choices. That wasn't a huge deal because I enjoyed the walk, but what actually ended up really bothering me was that a continental breakfast was part of the hotel description. We were even reminded of it the night before, and when we brought our kids down in the morning...no food. They told us something wrong happened in the kitchen, but my actual take away was that there wasn't enough people staying there that night for there to be a breakfast. I also received a surprise $15 bill in the morning for the valet parking, which wasn't optional. When checking out, I did talk to the worker at the front desk, and got that fee removed because I was legitimately upset about no breakfast being provided. They removed the valet fee and I was on my way. All in all though, a good experience...just didn't get a very professional or high end feel from the stay for the price we paid. I also felt bad for my daughter (2year old) who was desperately excited for a pancake that morning.

Yelp
Great rates, location and service. Wonderful rooms with plenty in the area to do.

Yelp
Definitely recommend! The best customer service ever! Conveniently located right in town. Get a room with a hot tub on the deck-so nice!

Yelp
A great experience from start to finish. A group of us were visiting from LA and Seattle and this hotel exceeded our expectations. The front desk person met us at the entrance and welcomed us all warmly. The room was great with two floors, balconies, jacuzzis and amenities to spare. The location couldn't have been more central and equidistant to Prime for dinner and No Name Saloon for after hours. All that being said, the service was the star of the stay. I wish I got their names, but there was a man and women that were awesome and very accommodating. I would go back and recommend strongly to friends. Thanks Main and Sky!

Yelp
If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible experience!! We had been shopping for a wedding venue and came across Sky & Main. I had been to the hotel before and it seemed clean and quaint with a decent location. I began to go over plans via email with their coordinator. We did pricing, menu, room rates etc. I wanted to take my fiancé up to go over everything before we finalized the plans, and thank god we did. When we arrived we were greeted and shown the property. While we were going over everything Alexandra, who was in charge of events, slipped in the word construction. She stated that it 'should be done in time.' Of course hearing this as a bride I wanted to be sure so she stated that she would be meeting with the contractor in the next week and would email me shortly after to update me. A few days after the date she said she'd contact me I had heard nothing. I emailed and left voicemails with no return. Finally two weeks after she said she would let me know I got through to her on the phone. During our conversation she informed me that she had not yet heard from the contractor. I asked why she had not informed me over the last few weeks and she had no response. She then followed with telling me that I should just find a new venue! I have been working with this company for two months to get everything set for our wedding just to be told that I should just find a new venue 2 1/2 months before our wedding!!!! There were no apologies, returned phone calls to the manager etc. How this place is still in business I do not understand. Horrible service. Horrible communication. I will be letting everyone I know that this is an unethical, ridiculous place and to not waste their time with it.

Yelp
The hotel and room was clean and fantastic. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised to find that not only was there a private hot tub on the balcony, but our room also had a pool table in it. The staff was great and couldn't have been nicer. Can't wait to stay there again.
