Main Beach Tourist Park

Stayed at a powered site and brother stayed at a studio. With booking last minute the team replied back promptly and worked out a great deal for my brother in the studio being the last available option for us. The powered site was a lot bigger then where we have stayed before giving us a car park space, fitting a 4.5x3 & 2x 3x3 gazebo very comfortably. Toilets and showers were clean and tidy and plenty there so never had to wait. Camp kitchen always kept clean, even have guest parking/extra car to keep your car safe for the stay. Swimming pool was shaded and clean and I specially love the longer “step” for my 2 year old to play and splash without having to be held 24/7. The playground just outside the pool area is amazing for a the little ones to dry off while you get everything together properly for the walk back to camp. |Right outside the entrance across the road is another playground and the beach for the little ones to build sand castles. This is truely the best spot if only a little food works/iga opened close by this would be the number one spot. Sad to see the place shut for yr 25 but glad I got in before they did. Can’t wait for them to re open we will definitely be back.

This place is poppin with the new look. Great holiday stay location. The new synthetic turf looks amazing too ! Totally rad park.

Had a great weekend with friends. It rained all weekend, but still managed to enjoy ourselves. Free membership to the surf club over the road with your booking. Nice meals and friendly people. The park and the amenities were clean. Walk across the road to the beach and the surf club. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing experience

Great location, being located across the road from the beach. Amazingly clean new amenities. Friendly staff. . The kids loved riding and scootering around the campsite. It's not huge so you can easily find them. They also loved the pool table and air hockey in the games room. Would definately stay here again.

We had a lovely weekend at Main Beach Tourist Park. Services and amenities were of a high standard. It was a lovely little park to stay at. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were told upon arrival about the affiliation with the surf club across the road, that made our dinner choice easy and accessible. Communication from the park was fantastic. Highly recommend staying here.

We are a futsal team from Brisbane staying at the venue - it is a brilliant facility, friendly and clean. Being a stone throw away from the beach for recovery after games and activities is excellent and makes our lives cruisey. Washing team kits and gear is seamless with the fast and efficient laundry on hand at the camp site.

We rented the ensuite powered site and it was perfect for us. It's in a beautiful area which is close to alot of things and the beautiful beach across the road.|The staff were all lovely and happy to help.|The pool and BBQ area were perfect for us and the kids. With plenty of washing machines and dryers it was perfect when we needed it as we didn't have to wait as there was a machine available.|The cabins look nice and cosy so looking forward to seeing then maybe next time.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it’s a great location, stones throw from the beach and in the middle of Sea World and Cavil Ave/Surfers (both 2km away). The park has a fairly new and modern amenities block, a nice pool for the kids and reasonably quiet considering its proximity to all the appartments and town centre. They are scheduled to close from February for a long period to do some upgrades to the park, hopefully not too long, but we look forward to seeing how it turns out when they reopen.
